Disappointed with: * The check in lady who seemed unpleasant to answer questions and gave me a wrong type of room unsuitable for a family. * Low quality food at the main restaurant (blunt, chewy meat and cold). * old room that needs some maintenance.
an amazing place like crown plaza hotel i didn’t found , the service was perfect , food was delicious , beer was great , pool was amazing , room service are the best they are so fast and clean ❤️ . I just wanna thank everyone who work there and serve me 🙏❤️ See you soon
Everything was perfect. Gave us the best room and the service was great. We really enjoyed our time at their amazing beach and the staff were always doing their best to maximize our experience. Simply would recommend this Hotel to anyone looking for a great service and a lovely family time.

Rude staff on reception , despite the fact that he is in a senior position , he acted to rude to us upon check in . We were 2 adults and 3 teens and one child , booked 2 rooms , upon check in we discussed about having an extra bed with extra charge . But he insisted that we should pay 2 extra beds not 1 as we wanted . whilst my husband that was waiting for us to check in to go back to Amman because he has work , this unprofessional one said in a very rude manner ( let the man with you go out NOW ) .. Is this a 5 star hotel ? At least wait for ( this man ) who is my husband - to get assured everything is ok before going back to Amman .. when we asked for the hotel Manager ( Mr. Wissam shubat) he did not come but Mr. Shadi al Khateeb from the front office desk came to solve the problem when we were about to leave to another hotel . Mr Shadi apologized and promised that the stay will be okay .. he extended the check out the next day .. so we agreed because we wanted a real relaxing time , plus because he was extremely polite , understanding and helpful . Next day on the breakfast , the service was extremely slow , highlighting that the hotel and the restaurant were almost empty . After we made a complaint to Mr. Bilal , the service became better and quick , thanks to him and Mr . Mousa One more incident happened when we checked out , the concierge refused to keep our luggage, he claimed that we can’t leave the bags temporarily as per rules .. Is this a 5 star hotel ??? I am doubting it .. Next , an incident on the pool , specifically in the aqua , while we were about to order shisha and use the adult pool , we found that they closed the door at 4:30, tried to contact the hotel on mobile , the call jumped from one to another, from front office to guest relations to room service ( don’t ask me why room service, they were very clever in transferring the call ) everyone with a different response and the most weird and awkward answer that the pool door does not open to aqua bar from long time ago and it has only one door which is near the kids area!!!’n , this is hilarious because few minutes ago and previously in all our visits it was open . Then I looked for the staff in charge around the outlet . Mr. Mahmood and Mr. Marwan on the pool service and aqua bar opened this door .. Any clear regulations here ????? Is it logic this hotel that considered 5 stars has a yo-yo opinion ?!?!!? No logic response to the guest is so disrespectful. To add a cherry on the top , when we ordered the shisha , we were told that it’s a disposable one that costs 16 JD, and as we are taking in mind the Covid 19 situation , we were used to this , and used to always buy this disposable shisha , then take it away like all other places in the kingdom .. because the clue is that it’s our shisha now .. normal Shisha is only 8.5JD .. The shock was when we paid and wanted to leave , we were not able to take our shisha , the disposable one, that is legally and healthy wise is ours .. they said that it’s forbidden !!! How come !!!’ This is a disposable shisha we paid 16 JD for !!!!! Why the hotel wants to keep it ??? This is so unfair and simply we considered it a kind of robbery . At the end I want to highlight that I am a travel blogger , a service oriented person . In the tourism industry and even in the hospitality, I travelled all over the world and vIsited more than 128 cities & heep of hotels from all categories and types , I have more than 40k followers on Instagram that rely on me and my recommendations in every single city & place I visit , they trust me because I am always clear and objective in my tips and recommendations, I know what service is , I know what is tourism , and now I know that I am unable to recommend anyone to visit this low standards hotel , while I used to convey beauty & positive experiences to my followers , make recommendations of destinations and accommodation, now I am unable to cover my stay locally . Irony !!! Apologies for the long story but this is just a few of what we encountered during our stay…
