Was a fantastic experience in this Ramada Resort on the DEAD SEA .
Helpful staf in all areas especially on this incredable beach.
They provide all for a relaxing spa on this almost private beach and also the safety you need to approach the sea with the highest salt content to my knowledge in the universe.
A convinient Mud Bath facility by the beach front makes an ideal and rare Wellness Spa .
A tranfer van can take you back to your room if you dont want to walk back (3 min.)
400 meters below sea level DEAD SEA is the lowest point on EARTH.
Even in the beginning of Jan we had a confortable swim .
ONE TIP .....Wash off into the sea after your Mud Bath to have the right and natural wellness spa .

There were several issues that were a bit disrespectful for the guests.
Firstly, the reservation was made through Wyndham membership. Both the room reservation confirmation emails were similar and had no mention whether breakfast was included or not. We were only been made aware about the breakfast after the first night when the staff asked us to pay for breakfast for one room. This confusion could have been avoided. Although, I would like to thank the manager for upgrading one of the rooms and adjusting one of day’s breakfast.
Secondly, the room 443 was not fully ready when we moved into the room. The toilet door lock was broken. The staff had to work on it for more than an hour to fix the door lock. During this repair time, we were all stuck inside the room and were not able to use the washroom.
Thirdly, the lobby floor restaurant and bar did not have enough choices for food order. Some of the listed menu items were not available and that had actually reduced the choices more than anything else.
Finally, the staffs could be more proactive in helping families to manage their baggage during checkout. It is expected that families with children would need assistance to load their bags into their vehicles. No staff came forward to assist.
I must appreciate the varieties of items offered in breakfast. The food quality was also good.

We arrived perfectly, the receptionist greeted us with kindness and I appreciated that they took notes on my request. The hotel was kinda dead when we were here of course maybe because of the season which is winter. On summer it would be pack I guess. Arrived in our room with a balcony which is a very nice touch. Only thing with it is, it could’ve been more pleasant if they’re cleaning the glass doors because it was so dirty. So that you have a very nice view from inside and appreciate it.
We then went downstairs to check and supposedly buy souvenirs but I hate the fact that there’s no prices in them. But that’s okay it’s free to ask right? When was asked, the guy who’s in charge in the shop told me the prices and when we’re about to pay the price is not the same as the one he told us. I even asked it twice. It’s a shame that a nice hotel like this has this kind of manner inside of the establishment. I got pissed and just left because it’s really unreasonable manner. It’s not like the ordinary shop from outside but it’s inside and they are still ripping us off.
We then went to the bar. It lacks of ambiance but nothing much to fuss about. Ordered beer and 2 cocktails. Ordered 2 different drinks which is the Purple Kamikaze and Blue Hawaii but it totally tastes the same. The barman just mix my drinks all together in my glass and stirred it as if it’s like an instant juice or something. Doesn’t have a proper bar tools. The taste was nice but again, tasted the same. Didn’t taste the pineapple which was in PK as what the menu said. I paid almost 20JOD for only a draft beer and one cocktail. My bf ordered me another cocktail just to see if it’s gonna change my perspective but still same. Though the barman was nice to let us play billiards for free.
The morning has come and we were about to go to the sea, upon walking towards the lift, the floor is so wet! I bet they just mopped by that time which I almost slipped!!!! There’s no sign on the floor that it’s wet!!! This is a slip, trip and falls hazard!!! Which the hotel has to acknowledge. Good thing my bf had a good grip on my arm, otherwise Im gonna be on accident.
There’s a positive content as well of course, the shuttle going to the beach which provides you a towels as well and a mud bath! Near to the beach! It’s very good that the hotel has their own beach spot. Overall, our mini stay was enjoyable as we didn’t let negativity destroy our fantastic stay.
As what Im saying, it has a good potential for a very good hotel. The hotel is kinda expensive for a night that’s why just hope in the future they could take notes of everything and have a proper training for everyone. Am I coming back?? Could be. Thanks!

We have spent one night there and really liked it, although services in the hotel as well as the shop are really expensive.
The beach for going to the Dead Sea is about a kilometer away, but they have a shuttle that runs continuously. The pool at the hotel is nice, but could have been heated during the colder months for people to enjoy the actual warm weather.
Breakfast was ok, maybe not as diverse as expected.
Rooms can overlook the field, while the ones in front offer views of the sea.

The stay in your hotel room no: 209 for 1 night of 10.7.22 and check out on 11.7.22 was horrible. 1st of all it started with Washbasin getting choked and having to call the plumber from the maintenance department. The 2nd was an AC problem which was started and again started late in the night and had a sleepless night due to AC not cooling down. Again on check-out day, there was a leakage in the bathroom and the washbasin got choked again.

Overall the free breakfast and dinner were fascinating. Good quality food was served at 'Element Restaurant' and had a nice time over there only.

Too much noise in the corridor of room no 207. Could not sleep also properly. Very bad and lousy services. Even the curtains were torn.

We request the Ramada Resort management to take care of Indians, as I noticed that for us such kind of room was assigned and for others good and well-maintained rooms were given. This is one of the bad experiences I had in Ramada Resort at the Dead Sea. Also, the private beach of Ramada was very dirty and full of stones and one cannot walk over the dead sea. They need to improve a lot. I will post this on Trip Advisor also.

Please improve the services to remain in 4 star category

This hotel would need improvments and refurbisments.
Breakfast was good and offerend enough variety. I would recomend introducing an espresso machine. Towels should be replaced, as they are no longer white, but grey. Water in the shower is not hot, but mild to cold.
Pool area is nice, but unfortunatelly the pool is not heated and it was not possible for us to use it in december/january.
The buss taking tourists to the dead sea is horribly old. the beach at the dead sea is not cared for: there are not enough sundbeds, showers were not working. it is a pitty that such a place with great potential is left a bit un attained.
we spend New Years Eve here at the party organised by the hotel and it was quite nice. The DJ plaied attention to the nationalities in the room and played music that pleased everyone, the staff danced on the local music (maybe a bit too much), food was good, drinks included were not enough .
The shop in the hotel lobby sells the same things as other in the city od Madaba, but 10 times more expensive.
Staff is nice and willing to help.
It would not qualify for a resort in my view and serios invesment is needed. We did not visit the spa facilities, but i would have appreciated a hair dresser and nails service for ladies in the hotel.

Food is not too tasty. Therefore they put a lot of sauce to cover it. They charge you for the buffet 14JOD, while it's worth maximum 5 or 6 jod for the quality provided, and you have to pay water/beverage, as extra.
They force you explicitly not to bring any food so you must pay this two (or 3) times a day extra charges.
It is called hidden cost of 30 jod, to be added to the price of the room.
Finally, at 4pm they close the door and you can't go to the sea.
All in all very costly experience, for not great quality and service.

Your comments are helping us to learn and improve our service. I took a note of your comment about the prices. We will have a thorough review about our pricing to make sure we align ourselves in the market. As for the beach closing time, please note that due to the fact the Dead Sea area is on the border side, we are required by the Jordanian Government to close the beach at the sunset time. This procedure is for the safety of our guests and is applicable to all hotels and touristic places located at the Dead Sea. Once again Thank you and we are looking forward to welcome you back soon. I recently stayed for 2 nights with my friend. We were disappointed that the quinoa dish was not available, there was not a lot of vegan food and it rained -- so there was no available shisha. With the cold weather, it felt like there wasn't much at all to do. I suppose we should have thought about that before booking at this time of year.

However, the staff was helpful and professional at the front desk. The downstairs restaurant staff was fairly helpful with accommodations for my diet. I enjoyed walking around the facility. The room was clean. My friend loved the gym. I ended up doing a facial and massage. Mary Grace was absolutely phenomenal - she is certainly an expert at what she does and deserves all the recognition. I will say between her skills, comforting presence and wonderful chats I really did enjoy this stay more than I would have otherwise. If anyone should ever be considered for a leadership position in the future, I hope it would be her. She was knowledgable, talented and efficient. If you book a massage, I recommend her! She is an absolute gem.

We spent the night in Ramada Resort and we really liked it. The staff is lovely and ready to help. The hotel is located in the north area of Dead Sea and it’s far away from all the hotel area which I find it nice because it’s more quiet and relaxing. The beach is clean and there are all the facilities you may need: towels, shower, free mud, lifeguard. It’s located 10min walking from the resort building and there is a free shuttle bus service each 30min. We went by walk and it’s easy and nice. The resort as a pool, with jacuzzi and a terrace bar. It also as a restaurant and the buffet breakfast is amazing. Really nice stay, nothing to complain about.
