It was really nice, we were upgraded to a great room and everyone was super sweet and helpful we had loads of fun in the pool, we will come back here soon for sure, I recommend this hotel for everyone
5 star review!! Loved the service and the animation team. They made me enjoy my stay so much:) all was very friendly especially Anna, nastia, and the whole blossom activites team ☺️ loved it much more than the other hotels and it is so underrated.
One of the best hotels in the dead sea i recommend spending holidays with a family and friends in this beautiful place with clean and beautiful room . wonderful swimming pools and excellent staff especially the employee Odeh alhuemmel and Abed alhameed for the good treatment and constants smile
I really loved the executive lounge for the vip and adults only, smooth check in and check out from shatha She gave us coffee and cupcakes while she was preparing the check in process, we did feel the time she is very fast and friendly and professional
I liked the hotel. The food is amazing. The staff are most welcoming. Guys in the buffet and housekeeping staff are so much helpful. Special thanks to Hussein from housekeeping managers and Salim for making our stay even more pleasant. Thanks Hussein for always trying to help us. We will definitely come back soon. Gulmira from G14
This hotel is one of the most beautiful places that I loved to choose as a permanent destination for me in the Dead Sea I was impressed by the hospitality and cleanliness of the place As for the housekeeping, it was very perfect and the rooms were more amazing than expected Thanks for the great employee ahmed Mohammed R. G15 Room
The best stay ever! The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Love the unique architecture of the place! Old time charm. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. Thanks to Naser from the reception for giving us a good room with a good view! Also the bed is comfortable, the pillows as well! All thanks to cheryl she really did clean our room well. Buffet breakfast and dinner are superb! But most amazing part is the spa. Got the best massage from marie! Relaxation at its finest! Thank you for making my stay great this time. We will visit and stay again. Soon!!!
Greeted by security while still on the main road, guard trying to find our names on his booking sheets while asking for passports through the taxi window, all while stuck outside the barriers getting in the way of traffic, hardly a pleasant welcome, took forever to let us enter. Next layer of security involves Australian style border controls confiscating so much as an apple & bottle of water (heaven forbid you should travel through the desert with water in your bag). So that's two layers of dreadful welcomes. Reception desk officer asks for names, passports, booking confirmation, asks for booking emails, frantically stabs at keyboard and a blank screen, paces up and down, we had no idea what was going on. Asks when I booked & who messaged me from the hotel with details, clearly lost my booking. Paid in advance via a major booking portal to make life easy, but we weren't even registered. 20 minutes later, call to head office, yeah sorry, found your booking, it was never put on the system, no premium kings left now, but you can have two twins instead. Completely unacceptable for the Movenpick / Accor brand to just lose a booking in this way. Reception manager upgraded the second room & made out we owed him a wealth of gratitude, I'd rather just have had a five star check-in as we were celebrating my Mum's 70th birthday, not this one star amateur performance. Room was fine, nice views, mini bar a complete joke, four cans of pop! Complimentary bathroom products were half used, don't really think a 5 star hotel should be re-using previous guest's bathroom products! Head to have a soak in the Dead Sea (please don't stay here if you're not doing this, there really is no point), but very difficult for my elderly Mum to navigate the rocky shoreline, not pleasant for anyone in fact, is it really not possible to create a deck down into the water? Dinner was disappointing, please don't bother paying half board unless you have children, even when we went at 8.30pm, we were soon surrounded by screaming toddlers in the one restaurant you can use, check out the picture, it's like a kids canteen. Would have preferred using the payment towards a better option once we'd arrived and seen what else was available. No idea why these resorts have a stranglehold on accessing the Dead Sea. We've had a great time in Jordan with small hoteliers & guest houses offering wonderful hospitality. Movenpick Dead Sea Resort offers none of that.…
I would like to thank you for the great hospitality and warm welcome from the reception staff they were very helpful and polite The room was great and near the facility’s food great I will recommend this hotel to all my friends
Booked VIP Sea View rooms through Expedia, but unfortunately the actual rooms were different. The hotel has not recovered from COVID conditions, and its main restaurants and room service are all disappointing. The SPA is very good.
