Amazing stay It was an amazing night in the holiday inn hotel dead sea …. I liked the smile when i was arrived from the all staff there with a great swimming pool for my kids with the entertainment team they were kind and professional. Also the food is delicious with a very clean rooms . I will try this every week if i can Thank you holiday inn
Infinity pool bar service was great, drinks can definitely be better. But the staff was very friendly and helpful, nice atmosphere and pools. Hard to find a seat by the pool, hotel isnt full ans yet not everything is available
The staff at the hotel have been incredibly courteous and on point. My stay here is now coming up to a week. Breakfast is served 06:30-10:30 - I would usually have breakfast and then go to the Dead Sea (beach is part of the complex here), then at midday when the sun is at its peak I would go to the gym and also use the sauna/steam room, and then return to the beach at around 15:00 for the late afternoon sun. Good points: - Super fast internet - Beach attached to the hotel (with dead sea mud) - Great staff - Nice interior design and well maintained - Has gym/sauna/steam room - Multiple pools to suit all ages - Water bottles are handed out in abundance at the beach, pools, hotel and are free (I don’t know if this js normal for the dead sea but certainly not in other places I have travelled) Needs improvement: - Food - I have only been using the hotels breakfast buffet and unfortunately whilst there is a lot of choice, there is very little that is appetising or tasty. I have also checked out the dinner buffet just to see what would be ‘in store’ if we decided to eat dinner here but again, it needs improvement. There are other restaurants in the vicinity though and one that stands out the most is a restaurant at the highest point of the dead sea where you can have wonderful food and watch the sunset with the beautiful landscape. I’m not sure if I can outright say the name of the place here, bit hopefully that should give you enough info to do your research and find it. A shout out to Salem Ahmed at the Holiday Inn for always going that bit further. Holiday Inn - sort the food out and you’ll have an absolute gem.…
Great experience great staff great food awesome place. Best customer experience. The hotel is not overly priced. Hospitable people. The hotel os specious and the pools are extremely clean and staffed and attended to. The rooms are high end and every single service is optimized to the best of their customers experience
family-friendly stay, very kind and welcoming staff. I enjoyed everything, and my kids as well. Besides that, they have a very delicious breakfast and dinner! Thank you Mr. Maher, Miss Abeer, and Mr Ibrahim, and all of the amazing staff
We only spent one night at this resort but were very impressed with the rooms and amenities. We stayed just after Eid so the resort was quiet. The food presentation at the supper buffet was excellent with many delicious options. A shout out to one of the chefs, Mfleh Shate, for this culinary experience, as well as Eka for fantastic table service. The beach was nice with mud provided for the spa treatment experience. Lots of signs on arrival warning that no outside food or drink was permitted on the premises - not sure why these rules were in place other than to make money off of the guests at the hotel restaurant and bars, but perhaps I am missing something here. Overall a nice experience.
Was great stay at holiday Inn dead sea hotel Marah was very helpful person at the hotel and she support us immediately to check in also the place was very clean and amazing really it was very nice stay
I travelled to Jordan with my mother (I am 27 and she is 55). This hotel is not suitable for anyone unless you are travelling with children - in which case, it’s probably perfect. The pools are big but there is a constant loud DJ blasting out repetitive songs and encouraging participation on his microphone. Children are running around screaming and chasing cats. So I assume it’s very safe if you have a young family, but not if you want any peace. The food is similar to a basic 3 star hotel and consists of things like burgers, pizza, chicken nuggets etc. Once again, good for children but not for any discerning adult. The loud music can be heard from the room at night, so there is no escape from the shouts, horns and booming bass. I would compare it to Butlins so if that’s what you want then I think it’s great, but it was certainly not for us and I would warn against coming if you are looking for peace and quiet or good quality food. Saying that, the staff were all very kind and helpful and I cannot fault them. It is just only suitable for a specific type of guest.…
