Cozy place. The hotel itself doesn’t have a big area so its perfect for relaxing. The rooms are amazing, clean and look really nice and the cleaning service is also really lovely (had an encounter with a cleaner and she was really chatty and nice :D). Food is like in any other hotel but the sweets are out of this world. The service team is amazing especially the bartenders and waitresses in food service. And the receptionist Atakan is really friendly and funny guy. But i would recommend this place for a couple because in my opinion the animation team could be a bit more active or social…. but overall amazing and really sweet experience in this hotel. Loving it!

We booked this as a late getaway as we just wanted a week to melt in the sun and eat all inclusive food. I must say if this is what you want then the hotel is fantastic. Couldn’t complain at the food, the weather, the bar staff or the drinks they offered. Sun beds were usually easy to find, although I think maybe in the height of summer this may be more of an issue. We were the only English speakers at the hotel, which wasn’t really an issue as we just kept ourselves to ourselves, but it is definitely predominantly Germans and various other Europeans. Be prepared to hold your ground in a drinks queue as lots of guests tried to bypass the queue. The rooms were lovely and when we wanted it cleaned they were cleaned to a high standard. The night entertainment was very poor. We ended up just sitting on the very nice balcony and having drinks each night, as when we went to the first couple of entertainment shows, they were both painful. I would warn anyone going to be wary of people trying to sell you things everywhere you look. The photo booth people are the worst. They are rude, pushy, and the whole experience was horrible for us. Their sales tactic very much resembled bullying, and my partner left the shop feeling very upset, despite having spent quite a lot of money. I assumed a customer who spent lots of money would be treated a bit better, but as soon as the card was accepted, we are instantly dismissed and it was like we didn’t even exist to them. I would have had a much nicer time if the photo booth shop was not in the hotel, and I believe they have made a return to this hotel impossible for us unfortunately. This is a real shame as 90% of the hotel was fantastic. A smaller issue I had was perhaps me being picky - but I got an awful vibe off the general manager of the hotel. Whenever I saw him he was seeing rude to staff. One occasion we were sat at a table eating our lunch (waiting for a member of staff to come and ask us what drinks we would like). The GM strolls into the dining room and picks a table that was barely used (despite there being plenty of unused clean tables surrounding him). He snapped his fingers and gestured to a member of staff to come and clean his table immediately, no thank you - and then barked his drinks order, which again was met with no thank you once it was brought to him. I don’t think I saw him praise or thank a single member of staff all week. It’s not a big detail and it didn’t affect us but it just stuck with me. Overall the hotel was perfect for what we wanted our holiday to be, but if you look for a little more than melting in the sun with a few beers for a week, I would maybe look elsewhere.

The photo booth is a SCAM!! they're rude, they made they rules on the go and are never told until they want money. The person in charge even yelled at me saying it's hard to get money and he needs to trick people to get at least a bit. Do you want that experience in your vacation?? Additionally, it looks like soap and room cleaning is a luxury service in the top floor. In a full week our room was half cleaned only twice (just made the bed and replace the towels) and we never got soap again, so we had to trade with another room

Actually, the worth hotel we've ever been in Side. 1) Monototnous dishes. You woun't found here any seafood, fruits are very short. No strawberry, only apples. 2) Very dirty dishes , lack of hygiene. Plastic glass for beer are oftenly in send. 3) Rooms are cleaned formally, if you can named it cleaning. Probably it is once wiping with a mop with no special hygiene. 4) waittress near pool are some under inlegal thigs, drugs. Never recommend this "hotel" for staying.

Just back from a lovely 6 nights away staying at the Glamour Hotel. We arrived late at the hotel in the early hours of the morning due to our flight being diverted but we were greeted at the hotel by smiling staff who were very polite and helpful. All of the hotel staff were friendly and polite but there are a few who stood out - the bar tender at the cocktail bar in the hotel lobby - Yunus, remembered us each time we visited the bar, remembered what we liked to drink and always made conversation with us. The man ( sorry I didn’t get his name) who worked in front of reception in a black uniform always had a cheery smile, twinkly eyes and a friendly hello and the male cleaner on the beach who worked very hard to keep the sun loungers, beach area and toilets tidy and very clean. There was an array of food to choose from on a daily basis and although the same things most breakfast and lunchtime there were different foods for the evening meal and always a huge selection of desserts. You could choose to eat meals inside or outside and at the beach bar up to 4 pm or at the main restaurant. It was good to see that masks were worn when moving about inside the restaurant and the use of plastic gloves while using the serving spoons was a great idea. The a la carts restaurant wasn’t open during our stay. The bedrooms were a good size, comfortable and cleaned everyday. The bathrooms provided toiletries and had a large walk in shower but no bath. The whole of the hotel was very clean, tidy and well maintained and had a feeling of spaciousness with different areas to sit or sunbathe - on the lobby terrace- lovely for drinks in the evening, by the pool, in the gardens or down on the beach. At the beach there were plenty of sun loungers, the beach was Sandy and clean and the sea was very clear. As it was the end of the season it was very quiet with many of the hotels closing down or already closed along the beachfront. We had a Turkish bath and massage which was lovely at the hotels spa, and there was evening entertainment at 9pm for those who wanted to go. We were the only English couple in the hotel but this was fine as there was always a member of staff somewhere who could understand us and help us if needed. For the price we paid this was an excellent hotel, the only improvement would be designated areas for those who smoked during meals, on the beach and on the lobby terrace.

Stayed 8 nights 8-15th August 2021 in this hotel. One thing for sure - this is not a 5 star hotel. I have seen other 5 star hotel and have the experience to compare to. 1. Room - the room was tidy but not clean, bed sheets changed on request (I had to ask to change our bed sheets on day 4 of our stay) - it won't be changed if you don't ask, very narrow bathroom, TV didn't work, tiny balcony was never cleaned, use of safe-box is €2 per day. However air conditioning worked perfectly 2. Food - beef/lamb dishes were mainly of processed meat, majority of dishes cooked with chicken and turkey, good choice of fruit and vegetables both cooked and fresh, deserts are mainly made using gelling agent but plenty of choice. Evening meals had more variety. 3. Beach - this is the only thing that brings the hotel to a higher level, clean and sandy beach, sandy entrance to the sea, plenty of sunloungers, bar on the beach and a summer cafe a bit further, the beach itself is close to the hotel (approx. 300 meters) added to this a shuttle bus service every 10-15 minutes to/from hotel. 4. Overall overview - majority of guests in this hotel are Russians and Germans (or turkish people from Germany), all staff members more or less speak russian or german, very few understand English. Guests are mainly families with kids, however people still smoke on the beach and pool being near kids. Outside the hotel plenty of shopping amenities (located on the same street as hotel, just outside the hotel). All staff members wear masks, but not guests, floors are marked for social distancing but no social distancing whatsoever! Entertainment was ok, started 8.30 every evening. Separate warning - do not use barber/hair dresser (same person) service, absolute rubbish! Wanted to shorten my long hair by about 5 cm, OMG! I could've done same job myself.

Myself and my daughter have just returned from a 2 week break at this hotel. Arrived just before midnight, cases unloaded from mini bus and disinfected whilst we checked in. Hotel & amenities explained throughout and we were given 2 room keys and 2 towel cards. I was asked if I wanted to use the safe in the room which I did and it is chargeable, I think I paid around £35 for the 2 weeks. Lovely young bellboy took us and our luggage to 2nd floor, Room 1206. Our breath was taken away at the beautiful room in front of our eyes. The bellboy explained how everything worked, and told us how to set up a combination for the safe, wished us a good holiday and left. We did tip him £5 and he seemed happy with that. The room had a spacious bathroom with walk in shower, toilet, hand basin, hairdryer, shaving mirror and huge wall mirror. There were 2 double built in wardrobes one with shelves and the other with hanging rail, shelf, 2 drawers & the safe. In between the 2 wardrobes was a full length mirror. There was a single bed and a double bed with bedside cabinets either side with wall lights above and reading light. Opposite the end of the beds was the dressing table area with large mirror with back lights, chair and 1 small drawer. To the left of this dressing table was tea, coffee making facilities. At the end of this table built in a cupboard underneath is a fridge which contains still & fizzy water upon arrival and topped up daily. There is a flat screen tv on the wall, the only English Channel being BBC News when it worked, all other channels were Turkish, Russian, German, Arabic. Over by the window is an armchair. There on the balcony are 2 chairs, small table & metal hanging rails for washing. Lifts, corridors immaculate. Meals times are still buffet but the staff serve you from behind glass screens, all staff wearing gloves & masks. Breakfast- lots of choice, hold & cold - huge thank you to Food & Beverage Manager for sorting out my plain omelette for me on day 2. Tea Coffee, Juice, Water all available Again served to you from behind screens. Lunch - lots of choice, drinks brought to your table Dinner - lots of choice, drinks brought to your table. Snacks - fresh pancakes with sweet or savoury fillings made over on the grass area in between meal times. Coffee shop with pastries also available at selected times. Special themed night meals also. Pool is big and clean and has walk-in access & ladder access. Sunbeds are ok but could do with cushions as really uncomfortable and a few broken ones about. Despite the hotel being quieter than normal we still had to get up early to get a sun bed as some tourist put towels on and then went out for the day. This was a bit frustrating as we are after all on holiday and a lie in would have been nice. Slides for kids well managed by the lifeguard. Pool Bar well stocked and drinks served quickly & efficiently. Mini shop on site with basics run by the lovely Mr Muscle Man !! Hairdressers, photographers and Turkish Bath & Spa. I had 7 massages as suffer with bad circulation, arthritis and am waiting for a knee replacement. Emre was extremely professional and I would highly recommend having the massages when there. There are several shops close by within walking distance, taxis and dolmas outside the hotel. The hotel offers courtesy bus to the beach where they have a restaurant and bar which is part of your All Inclusive - can’t comment on it as never went. The staff are lovely, so friendly, helpful, courteous and professional at all times. Our room was cleaned every day by the lovely Theodore and she made us special arrangements on our beds. Entertainment team work really hard to interact with guests. The only negative I have is that we were the only English there for 12 days of our holiday. We made friends with 2 amazing English guys and a lady but they were going home on our 3rd day. The hotel has lots of Russians, Germans, & other Eastern European Tourist. Made lots of friends with the staff and hope to meet them all again soon. Would love to go back there next year. Amazing holiday.

Glamour resort is a lovely hotel , it’s about an hour away from the airport and located near some hotels but the area around is generally very quiet and a few touristy shops. Overall I think the hotel is fantastic . All the staff had face sheilds on and masks and all obeyed to social distancing. The hotel was exceptionally clean with staff deep cleaning the restaurants, bars and rooms to a very high standard . I could not fault the cleanliness of the hotel what so ever. The staff are very very helpful also. I had seen a lot of reviews that no staff speak English which isn’t the case . All staff spoke little bits of English and could all understand and help you . The hotel is definitely better for Russian and German passengers however as an English couple we had no issues what so ever. The food at the hotel was good . We did find breakfast dissapointing as it was just egg and hot dog sausages for the hot option and there was no cereals or toast to offer. The lunch and dinners were very nice . I would say if you are a fussy eater that you would struggle hear as a lot of the food is Turkish tray ales and stews (which are Devine ) but as someone who has a fuzzy eater in the family I could see them struggling to eat for the week . The food however does get very repetitive . The same food is served everyday with little or no change between the meals . This is the only fault I had with the hotel . I do have to say that on the Friday night they have a Turkish night which as very good. They have a band to greet you into the restaurant fruit carvings and decorate all the tables and serving areas with Turkish decor . They also do a night show which was fantastic . Overall I would 100% recommend glamour . The key points being the very kind helpful staff cleanliness and facilities being up there . The only thing I would suggest as an improvement is change the meals up a bit and offer more variety.
