We came from 28.08.22 to 04.09.22. We stayed at the Elite. It is all one big resort. I am not giving it full rating because of the following things. Only one place to take out towel, you might think is not a big deal but when you have to go several hundret meters daily it will be. Lack of fresh or eveb botteld drinks. All the drinks except water are from dispensers. You can literally taste the chemicals. Very few people speak english, you might have better luck speaking with them in german or russian. Problem with the AC in our room, it only worked on one speed "freeze mode". Luckily (and unlikely you will see) for us our room didn't need AC because it was situated at the ground level in a corner. The vegetation and orientation made the temperature ok in late august even without AC . BUT our room was situated near a laundry or kitchen and during week days in the early morning IT WAS TERRIBLE. There was sometimes a sound like thousands of marbles dropped on a floor hard (literally) and it woke us up four times at 4 or 5AM. The sound was repeated a few times (1-3x) then it stopped. We complained at the Elite front desk about it. It was reduced then stopped (it could have been because of the weekend i don't know). The bathroom in our room doesn't have any window or any ventilator, just a useles ventilation hole that doesn't work. Due to that it was a constat bad smell in the room, like mold. The Elite was recently renovated so it isn't that bad YET but in the next years will become a major issue (at least in the rooms without bathroom windows). On the good side, we liked the food, quite diverse, personal was polite eventhough they don't speak English they tried helping as much as they could and with what they could. The beach is quite ok, the Aquapark is fun if you have kids 4-14 years old or so.…

This is a wonderful hotel with something for everyone Lots of pools, activities, great entertainment Kids pools and kids club Food good and varied. Wonderful spa. Had an amazing Hammam today and very reasonable priced Would def recommend the spa packages. Staff friendly and helpful. Just beware, tried to charge us in Euros, not Turkish Lire, which would have obv cost more Otherwise superb

Every small detail of this hotel is perfect. The entertainment guys, the service, the performances and concerts, they even took me to a disco tour in the city centre. There are lots of activities to spend your time, and you can find bars and snacks at all times of the day around the hotel. It especially feels good to drink your beverage next to the pool. Totally recommended.

Everything was great. Super food, nice pool, near sea and big pier. I Will come back. Super relaxing gardens and restaurant. Recommended for families. Monday to saturday activities, evening shows and other activities to relax. The Elite hotel is smaller but has an 70 meters long pool, 24h lobby bar and its own restaurant

The hotel has a very nice resort ;the beach is the best in Side ,very large . I drank my favourite cofee ,a Turkish cofee and I must recommend the bartender from the small pool as he prepared for us a special secret cocktail that was yammy! Everyday they cooked guzleme . All the hotel personnel is very friendly ,they smile all the time and they are very kind. The resort is good for sports and outside activities : tenis , swimming etc. I experienced the Spa also and it was great!I recommend the girl from Bali - after 3 sessions of massage I felt better and more relaxed. The resort is very clean and all the health measures are respected so you don't fear the pandemic situation of Covid 19. All in all I recommend Vonresort Elite and if you have the chance to spend your holiday there,do not hesitate!!…

We (family with a 6 yr old child) have just returned from our 7 nights vacation at Vonresort Elite and I have to say that I am very disappointed by this hotel and its management. We are travelling to Turkey for the past 7-8 years, each time different locations like Kusadasi, Antalya, Alanya, and we have even been to Didim - so imagine we have seen places like Pine Bay in Kusadasi, Sunmelia Beach Resort in Antalya, Long Beach in Alanya and we compared all these places with Vonresort Elite and the Elite one is not even near to the others from all aspects. We had problems with our room, had to go 2 days in a row to the reception and ask them to clean up my room. The furniture in the room is quite old and the mattress was very hard, still trying to accommodate back home to sleep well. The cleaning in the room was done very superficial, you could still see dust on the floor or on the furniture. When I was asking for an international drink like J&B or Baileys at the bars near the pools of Elite or Golden Coast, the staff was asking me from time to time for my room card. I can understand that there are different concepts in the hotel like AI or UAI. We bought UAI and it was very frustrating that we had to explain each time to the bar staff that we do not have our room card in the bikini but we can give the nr of the room and the staff can check it and see which concepts we have bought. Other example which we found very frustrating is the language. I personally speak both English and German. In English it was very hard to have a conversation or even an exchange of a few words throughout the entire hotel, only at the reception desk they can understand and speak both these languages. But if you wanted to have a more clearer conversation I had to speak with the staff in German. I mean that's no problem for me, but what about the rest of the people who do not know German at all. Not all my family members can speak German, so I had to be the one talking in their names. We would have expected a much bigger food diversity, but it was not the case. There were small changes from day to day but pretty much the same food each single day. This time I have to say that we did not have what to eat and there was a poor diversity of food. In a nutshell, I would say that Vonresort needs an upgrade on how to hotel and its rooms look like. At this stage, I am not recommending this hotel at all.…

NU RECOMAND! Camere cu miros urat. Saltele cu miros de mucegai. Minibarul din camera, desi inclus in pret, era gol. Am reclamat la recepție de 4-5 ori si tot nu s-au luat măsuri. Servicii de proastă calitate. Personal lipsit de profesionalism. Oferta săracă de băuturi nealcoolice si de FOARTE proastă calitate. Prosoapele de plajă la mare distanță de cameră și de plajă. Echipa de entertainment nu respectă programul afisat cu activitățile. Deși afișează 5 stele, serviciile oferite nu depasesc, cu bunăvoință, max 3 stele. NU RECOMAND! UN HOTEL CARE TREBUIE EVITAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Odorous rooms. Mold smelling mattresses. The minibar in the room, although included in the price, was empty. I complained at the reception 4-5 times and still no action was taken. Poor quality services. Staff without professionalism. Poor supply of non-alcoholic drinks and VERY poor quality. Beach towels at a long distance from the room and the beach. Cats inside the restaurant. The entertainment team does not respect the program displayed with the activities. we stayed 2 night at this resort, all in inclusive , resort was very good a group of 3 hotels , we were on the Elite hotel but were able to use other facility like water park, food was very good , you have access to the beach , night life music was very good its a 4 star hotel for my view
