We visited this hotel in the last week of July. The hotel is described as a first class hotel. We cannot agree with that. The hotel is in a crowded street and all you see are other hotels. When we arrived at the hotel, we immediately had to change rooms because we got a room that did not match our reservation. The air conditioner in our room was unable to change the temperature to a normal level. Only very cold. We had to regulate by turning the air conditioner off or on. The entertainment was poor in the evenings and it was mostly music that was played extremely loudly. We went with Airtours who had no written information either on notice boards or welcome letters. If we wanted to get to the dining room, we first had to take the elevator down to the reception and then walk about 30-40 meters to take another elevator to get down to the dining room. This was what we thought was very bad. The same procedure when we were going down to the pool. What we thought was good was that it was for people over 16. In the dining room there was a perfect, calm atmosphere and it never got crowded. The food selection was also good. The staff at the hotel were very service minded and our room was perfectly cleaned. Everything you want to buy in shopping centers has become much more expensive. It is of course possible to haggle, but if you want better prices, Kazban in Manavgat is the place to go. Hotels to recommend as first-class hotels are e.g. Jacaranda or Crystal Palace

Upon arrival we were met at the drop of point and our bags collected by the concierge team and escorted to the reception , the reception team checked us in without any issues and we were escorted to our room. The room had been amazingly set up for our arrival as it was our honeymoon and they had made an extra special effort to help us celebrate that ( See Puctures) the room was big and spacious with a lovely balcony that faced the pool area. Staff were helpful even if at times was a struggle as most didn't speak English as this was a German hotel but they tried and in the end if you learn a little basic turkish like what a bottle of water is at dinner etc then everything was good. Pool area was amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about the entertainment team that kept us busy every day apart from Sunday ( people have to rest ) Drinks are plentiful and snacks in the afternoon by the pool amazing. The food was amazing they had different days for different things which you got to know so could get repetitive if there for a while but the quality of the food was amazing . Every night they had a different bit of entertainment . Bars open late and on a couple of days a week a little disco of an evening.

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, it is very calm and relaxing. The Gin and Tonics were branded gin and schweppes tonic. The food may not be instantly recognisable to a British palette, it is however of high quality, tasty and plentiful. There was always a large choice, and if you approach with an open mind you will not be disappointed. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful, and the General Manager was visible and accessible, which is not something I have ever witnessed before. The hotel is very clean and every member of staff clearly takes pride in their work and it shows. Our visit was at Easter, and while Turkey is a Muslim country the hotel went to the trouble of making a lovely Easter display in the restaurant. The majority of guests during our stay were German, therefore the Entertainments Team catered for its audience, however I would like to commend Tom (who is Turkish), as without being intrusive he ensured we felt included . There is a Dolmus stop within walking distance, and it is easy to get around. My only negative comment is that the bed was very hard, but that is just a personal preference. If you are a tea drinker, you may wish to bring your own, as Turkish tea is quite different, also there are no individual tea pots.

This is a great choice if you need totally peaceful and relaxed vacation. This hotel offers amazing service, very clean and comfortable rooms, very polite staff. Highlights: food and animators. Variety of dishes, tasty prepared, once per week national Turkish kitchen and lot of sweets 😊
There is opportunity for spa, also there is small market and several shops in the hotel which fulfills different needs.
All inclusive in the real meaning 👌
We are looking forward to cone again here - thank you Diamond Elite

This hotel is highly recommended, you arrive and the luxury begins. The hotel itself is clean, the rooms cozy and the staff always friendly and accommodating. The food tastes very good and there is something for everyone. There are also animations, but more intended for the older generation. The beach is an 8-minute walk from the hotel, but there is also a shuttle. The beach is clean and even there the staff is top! We felt completely comfortable all the time and will definitely come back!

This was my first time in this part of Turkey and I really enjoyed staying at Diamond Elite Hotel and Spa. We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us an early check-in. While it may not seem like a 5-star hotel when you enter their premises, you will have the best vacation ever if you are there to relax, enjoy a portion of good food and have fun in the evening.

The rooms are nice and clean and the service is exceptional even though at times you might feel like they do not understand your English.

The staff is nice, kind and lovely. The animation team at the pool is cheerful and even if you don't take part in any of their activities, you will always have a smile on your face around them.

We had a great time and we will definitely come back.

Very nice staff, especially the maid Sevgi and the waiters Sulejman and Ahmed. The rooms are cleaned every day with decorations from the maids. The food is delicious, you can't taste everything!!!!!
We will go back there for the third time!!!!!
We were delighted with this place for the second time and we discovered it again, in a completely different version!!!!!

never again in this hotel. Me and my family traveled for 12 hours and when we arrived in this hotel the welcome was very bad... but ok we went straigh to lunch. When we came back they said that our rooms arent ready yet. after one hour the manager came to us and invite us for a drink. we knew that something isnt ok. and it wasnt. APPARENTLY hotel was overbooked and they said that if we want, we can go and stay in the basemement rooms for "only 2 or three days", full of moisture, for that, bad smell... we said no, because we paid for standard rooms... we lost a whole day argueing with staff and the main manager. Then we contacted our agency and achieved that we can go to another hotel. While doing that, the manager recognize that he and the hotel are gonna loose the money that we paid, and suddenly going from 3 days in basement rooms, than sharing 2 rooms instead of 2 standard rooms, we got 3 standard rooms with balcony. afer one whole day of traveling and fighting we finallly got what we have paid for.
2 rooms out of 3 were good, but the third one was a disaster. you couldnt close the door to the bathroom, there was no shower cabin, water was everywhere... moisture, bad work in all room...
catastrophe...
the only thing good was the food and thats all.
And what happened to us, happend to all guests that came after us.

Please don’t think this is a good hotel, we were put in the damp and smelly basement rooms they call the stone rooms, which is where the hotel staff sleep. The sign on the stairs says staff only; you have no windows to the outside so you can’t dry any clothing etc. It is so dark down there its dangerous; the hotel information of fire exit etc, was missing from the back of the door. And with the animation team drunk and staff banging on doors to wake each other up to start their shifts it noisy. It took us 3 days of being lied to before we got a proper room 1st day hotel was fully booked 2nd day your booking was for an economy room. 3rd day after demanding to see the manager who was never available we got a proper room. I had looked on the net and the hotel wasn't full, plenty of rooms to book and no economy rooms? The pool is so cold because the hotel shades the pool well past mid-day, the drink choice is one cocktail or beer or you pay extra, and only up to midnight. Staff are rude, and ignore you at the bar, animation teem play the same loud music all day so you would never have a sleep by the pool. They just walk around blowing there whistles at people and shouting and are only after girls. Kids club is a colouring in book, food is poor, fresh orange juice is extra and if you want to weigh you suitcase you have to pay. Nothing to do at night, shows are a joke so it’s go shopping or try to get on the slow wi-fi on your phone. I have stayed at far better hotels than this even in Turkey this is 3 Star at best.
