The staff are very professional and go out of their way to help. The buffet evening meal always has loads of good choice. The gym is good too. The other guests are mainly German, but that's fine. English is spoken by all the staff and I had no trouble being understood. The beach is also very nice compared to hotels closer to the town of Side. I would like to mention 2 of the waiting staff who always went out of their way to talk and make sure everything was perfect. What’s matter is great food, clean areas, breathtaking views and totally crazy, funny, warm and kind animators.. on the top with super funny Hasan, who make every show and every activity extraordinary - every guest in this hotel couldn’t stop laughing to his jokes..and all his team did a great job, very fun and interesting activities, kids love them, adults love them, the atmosphere in the hotel is extraordinary because of them ❤️ So one big THANK YOU for this animation team from Alba Resort Hotel for making our holiday unforgettable ❤️Thank you for your comment, we are renewing ourselves with your comments every day. Very good cleaning, here special thanks to Ms Derya. Very professional and allways with a nice greeting and smile. Hotel staff works really well. Very friendly and helpful. Delicious food, professional waiting service. Dress code in the evening. Enthousiastic and well-performed animations. A beautiful wellness area where the guests can book massage and different relax programs. Access to hamam and sauna all day long without booking. Cons: need for more English speaking staff, they were in minority at the reception desk. I understand German and Russian så it wasn’t a problem for us but English-only guests can be really frustrated.hello, thank you for your kind feedback, we will try our best to serve you better. PROS: - The resort is beautiful, it has pools, beach, gardens, a small place with animals and birds- nice for walks. - Cleanliness: the room was well cleaned daily, the beach and other public areas were clean too. - Staff is very friendly. CONS: - We booked a double room and we received a twin room, so we had to put the beds together. - The staff’s english is very poor overall, but most of them seem to speak well german and/ or russian. - They don’t try to create at least a bit of a turkish experience. It is very standardised for occidental tourists. - The food is low quality, some food does not seem fresh. The 3 of us (my 1 year old daughter, my husband and I) got stomach problems, half of the holiday was compromised because we were sick. - The food does not taste great either. It is plain, some foods are covered in souce and they all taste the same. - The a la carte italian restaurants serves a terrible soup and 3 types of meat- clearly low quality, cold and it tasted like it was reheated in the microwave. The only italian thing about the restaurant are the so called “snacks”- mini portions of pizza, lasagna… but they don’t taste good either. - The a la carte doner restaurant is not great either. - They don’t have food appropriate for young children. The kids buffet does not always have food and when it does it is 3 courses of the normal food, plus cakes… not at all healthy for babies who are just starting to eat solids. - Drinks are also bad and taste like cheap soda. My recommendatione for the hotel management would be to invest more in the quality of the products, try to reduce food waste, try to create more of a turkish atmosphere (if I wanted to listen to german music, I would have gone to a holiday in Germany). I don’t recommend this hotel beacause of the bad experience regarding the food. …

First visit in Turkey: I was surprised how kind the turkish people are. A friendly approach from the personal in Hotel , Bar restaurant(the food is excelent) etc. All we needed with my family we found here..swiming pools - programs for guests(childrens)..The beach is close and clean…I can recomend Alba Resort.Best Regards

Terrible experience. I do not recommend it! don't recommend it. Better choose another hotel. The kitchen is full of flies, the rooms are small, the reception staff, including the manager, behave terribly inhumanely, they don't speak English, the children's pool is dirty, the buoys in the slide pool are broken, several people have cut themselves. The evening shows are terrible too.

Firstly I would like to point few positives. Room ( we had a double family room as we been party or 5) was nice, large and clean well daily. Resort it’s self was nice and large and that’s about it. Negatives. FOOD - well same things everyday, boring, bland. Main restaurant was always full of people and we struggle daily to get a sit for 5 people. Not even saying about tables being clean and ready for the next guest. We been removing cutlery from other tables to eat. Drinks at dinner almost not available unless you will get attention of a waiter who is snow under clearing tables or on mobile phone. POOR Entertainment- we come here for kids to have a good fun as it’s consider to be a family hotel we been very wrong. Kids club is boring and not what kids club is to be about, foam party was poor. My kids had not much to do my 9 years old son was not impressed. NOT ENGLISH Friendly - I will leave it like that as it’s should explain everything. CLEANLINESS- apart or the room and main lobby place was dirty and dated. Any of the pool toilets been disgusting and I am not saying do to the daily use. It’s been not deep cleaned for moths. Horrible had to go back to the room for my kids to use bathroom. FOOD SERVICE - other than main restaurant they have some other places that serve food that is pretty much fat fest - chips, burgers, pasta, pizza all looking dry and it’s if you want to put weight on holidays you will enjoy. DRINKS Service- poor in each place. They have a cocktail list and when you order a drink it does not taste how it should. Overall not going to be back and do not recommend…

Beautiful resort, very nice position, clean, unprepared reception staff, tasteless food. We were promised accommodation before 2 p.m., but we were told to come back in a quarter of an hour, in half an hour, in 40 minutes... and we were accommodated at 14.45. When leaving, they could not tell us when the bus to the airport leaves, even though they received the information from the travel agency the day before. At the bar I asked for Pepsi without sugar, they didn't tell me that they didn't have it and gave me Pepsi mixed with mineral water.

Service is great.. Food excellent and the staff is so friendly. I would recommend the spa area with very professional massage and the Turkey trational Hamman is a dream. Visiting Side is amazing. Entertainment is good. Beach is perfect, clean. Inclusive is really inclusive… eat and drink as much as you want.

This is my first time for Turkey. Alba royal hotel perfect. Animation best(Karde really perfect person), service good, ms Serap good. Some parties and shows every day. Hotel very close to the beach, clean and good sea. Hotels rooms has all, what your need, at the restorane all, what you want!

Great location , good hotel but not a 5 star , will be with some adjustments, staff needs improvement with guests relations , a 5 star hotel needs English speaking staff , food was great , in general all good will come back again .

The room was great. The bed was super comfortable and perfect for me. However, there were some areas, which fell short and were disappointing. The food started very well. But after an influx of guests on Fri 28th Apr, the food went rapidly down hill. I had food poisoning on Monday 1st May. The chicken served at lunch was repurposed and recooked chicken originally served the night before at dinner. I vomited for several hours. The cleaning staff were very helpful. But reception did not make any note of my illness and made no effort to help me. I checked out 2 days later and had a night time flight. It would have been gracious if reception had allowed me use of my room until my departure complimentary and free of any cost given I had food poisoning. I was exhausted and very sick. I could not eat any of your food for those 2 days. I was also disappointed with the spa manager who I found rude. He agreed a price for a massage and then declined it because I did not take it up immediately. I've been to Turkey 10 times and never experienced food poisoning or rudeness from staff before. It was only the spa manager who was rude. But after the experience, I would not return to the hotel. A few other negatives were the aircon in the bedroom did not work, there are additional costs to use wifi in the bedroom and the safe, the indoor and outdoor pools are not heated and freezing in April to use, the security woman outside the hotel scowled when you walked in and out of the hotel, and kids rode on scooters round the dining area at dinner. There is nothing for kids in the evening. They tend to sit at the bar and cry. Wifi is only free in reception and bar area, which tends to be crammed with guests. Positives are the size of the room, comfortable bed, cleaning staff and waiters and waitresses are super helpful and friendly, rooms are cleaned regularly, you can see a real peacock, flamingo and ducks, I also saw some horses, 5 min walk to pool, 5 min walk to shopping centre with good selection of shoes bags and a great hair dresser where I got a pedicure including callous removal for 14 euros. The hotel spa and hairdresser are far too expensive. A bus direct to Side and on the opposite side of the road to Managvat can be caught outside the hotel. Its only 30 mins to each destination. We have 3 food engineers in our facility, daily warehouse, kitchen, restaurant, bar, used water controls are made daily. The cooking and presentation temperatures of our food produced in our food warehouses are regularly recorded. The District Directorate of Agriculture inspects our facilities frequently. In addition, it periodically performs food analyzes in the laboratories we have contracted with. We have not received any negative feedback from the guests staying in our facility regarding food poisoning. We will be happy to welcome you again in our hotel.
