I've known the hotel for a long time and can't understand some reviews.
The Alba is not a new hotel, so even here and there small things are no longer new. The rooms have been refurbished in recent years, the bathrooms and the old wooden railings have been removed from the balconies. The complex is very well maintained, the rooms are cleaned daily and you pay attention to cleanliness everywhere.
In the hotel there is a guest attendant who takes any criticism.
The food is really good and has improved significantly. Again, I asked once and was told that the chef got more freedom, which you can taste clearly. The selection and variety are also not objectionable.
The waiters are always friendly and very fast. However, you shouldn't be so stingy and they should be stingy from time to time. 1... Give 2 euros, that's easy.
At the pool you are also served, there is constantly someone riding around on roller skates and bringing drinks.....
Food at the pool bar has also increased. There is much more choice and something for everyone.
From 10:00 pm there is also a night buffet, so you can eat almost 24 food.....
There is nothing to complain about at the stand.
The service providers from the hotel grounds are not intrusive, and at noon you can also sleep by the pool, as the music is made quiet and the contents are also adapted.
I can't understand what there is to complain about about the food or the hotel itself. There are mostly German families as guests, in my opinion 70% and there are very many regulars.....
If it was that bad, then no one would have a 2. Let's go...
I highly recommend the hotel and give top marks in all respects......
By the way...... at the Alba you still get sunbeds at lunchtime, whether at the pool or beach, you don't have to reserve early at 7.....
Keep up the good work, we will come back.....

The rooms have really been updated for the new season, everything is clean and beautiful! Minibar in the room is free (water, soda). Beach towels are issued at the SPA center; you won’t find this place right away)).
This is certainly not a five-star hotel, but definitely a solid four, all the staff are friendly and always ready to help, for which many thanks to them!). By the way, free WiFi reaches almost everywhere except the room, it’s not very fast, but it’s ok if you want to connect to full WiFi coverage - 20 € for 10 days (there are other connection times).

A very cozy hotel for a family holiday.
1st line, sandy beach, shallow entrance to the sea (very convenient with children), there is a heated indoor pool (we found it useful in early April), not very active animation (for me this is a plus), new renovation (renovation in 2023) and very tasty food.
The first time I ate delicious food at a hotel)
Absolutely everything was delicious: Turkish food and fried fish. It seems that in those hotels that we were before they just don’t know how to cook)
The variety of dishes is also impressive. Any meat: beef, lamb, turkey, chicken.
Fruits: oranges, grapefruits, kiwis, pineapples, pomegranates, quince, apples, strawberries, bananas.
The service at dinner is excellent, despite the large number of guests the guys really try.
A special plus is that they collect towels scattered on the sunbeds, so no one takes them in the morning and there are always free places.
All staff understand Russian and support dialogue.
There are Russian animators in the children's club.
First line, two outdoor pools + mini pool for kids, 4 water slides.
Mini-zoo, very pleasant promenade along the hotel line, past fruit trees. We saw oranges and ate mulberries straight from the tree.
There is a trampoline for children, a playground, a football field, tennis courts, a ping pong table and beach volleyball.
There is also a gym, but I didn’t go there.
Cons: people smoke.
There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, who are known smokers and, thanks to the ashtrays placed everywhere, smoke almost everywhere.
I highly recommend that the hotel create separate areas for smokers and non-smokers by the pool and on the beach.

Pros:
- Large hotel area. The sea is nearby.
- The beach is excellent, gently sloping, there are always enough sun loungers. For two families we needed 7 pieces nearby, we always had them.
- Breakfast is more varied than in many hotels.
- Lunches/dinners are not bad. You’ll pick up something for yourself and you won’t go hungry. We've seen more variety, but I don't see the point in paying even more for food.
- Now there is a bar open 24 hours. The bartenders are trying.
Minuses:
- Paid Wi-Fi in rooms.
- Paid safe in the room.
- In the first half of the day, everything is bad with sunbeds on the pools.
- Often you have to look for forks or a clean table. However, the same thing happened in other Turkish hotels.
- Food on the beach is open until 16:00. And already at 14:50-15:00 all napkins are removed from the tables. And the forks run out.
Animation:
- This is the first time I’ve seen the animation team prepare some kind of evening shows themselves.
- Most of the show looks like an amateur performance. Skip - you won't lose anything.
- Once a week there is a big party in the garden. With DJ and photo zones. Liked.
Tips for vacationers:
- After dinner, there is no need to crowd the lobby bar. From 18 to 24 there is another bar - stairs up from the entrance to the main restaurant. It's much freer there :)

Beach is great and sea is very shallow, which is handy for less confident swimmers.
We plan to return next year.
Staff really make this hotel what it is and the ones that we have interacted with have been truly a credit to the hotel.
Sevda Orhan (by reception desk) helped throughout our stay and made our holiday a better experience.
Kabir, Segit Ozan & Burak were bar/ restaurant staff who were truly exceptional and made sure we never had to wait for anything.
Sema was our room service and did a brilliant job every day throughout our stay.
Köksal & Ugur work really hard to keep the beach area looking clean and were really helpful and hardworking.
Look forward to returning next year
