So now I have to write a review about the Alba Resort.

I've known the hotel for a long time and can't understand some reviews.
The Alba is not a new hotel, so even here and there small things are no longer new. The rooms have been refurbished in recent years, the bathrooms and the old wooden railings have been removed from the balconies. The complex is very well maintained, the rooms are cleaned daily and you pay attention to cleanliness everywhere.
In the hotel there is a guest attendant who takes any criticism.

The food is really good and has improved significantly. Again, I asked once and was told that the chef got more freedom, which you can taste clearly. The selection and variety are also not objectionable.

The waiters are always friendly and very fast. However, you shouldn't be so stingy and they should be stingy from time to time. 1... Give 2 euros, that's easy.

At the pool you are also served, there is constantly someone riding around on roller skates and bringing drinks.....

Food at the pool bar has also increased. There is much more choice and something for everyone.

From 10:00 pm there is also a night buffet, so you can eat almost 24 food.....

There is nothing to complain about at the stand.

The service providers from the hotel grounds are not intrusive, and at noon you can also sleep by the pool, as the music is made quiet and the contents are also adapted.

I can't understand what there is to complain about about the food or the hotel itself. There are mostly German families as guests, in my opinion 70% and there are very many regulars.....
If it was that bad, then no one would have a 2. Let's go...

I highly recommend the hotel and give top marks in all respects......

By the way...... at the Alba you still get sunbeds at lunchtime, whether at the pool or beach, you don't have to reserve early at 7.....

Keep up the good work, we will come back.....

I really liked the hotel. Large, well-groomed area. From the hotel on the sea side there is a long promenade with alternating olive and palm alleys. Drinking bottled water and ayran are placed in refrigerators on site for unlimited access. The road leading to the beach has a slight slope, but older people could manage it. At the beach bar you can order food from the menu (pizza, french fries, shawarma, fried fish). Upon arrival, we were given an attic room in the main building on the last 4th floor, which turned out to have a half-sloping ceiling and old chipboard furniture. The next day, they changed it for us without additional charges. We lived in the second building overlooking the pool. The rooms are good with new furniture. The food is quite varied, the coffee from the coffee machine is very decent, the beer is good, local drinks (cognac) are so-so. Room cleaning is not bad, but a couple of times they put in a towel with holes. Tea was provided in the minibar only on the day of arrival, but if you really needed it you could take it in the restaurant. Excellent sandy beach with clear sea and shallow entrance. At a distance of 15 meters from the shore you walk knee-deep. The sunbeds are decent and strong. but without soft mattresses. There are 80% Germans and Poles in the hotel, but this did not bother me at all. If Russian speech was heard, it often turned out. that these are Russian Germans. The attitude on the part of the service personnel is without any clear distinctions according to national standards. sign. I highly recommend the hotel for a holiday.

We are at the hotel at the moment. Check-in occurs almost at 14:00, they try to do it earlier, but it doesn’t always work out. They give you bracelets right away (even if you arrived at 6 am) and you can use all the hotel services. You will never go hungry, they feed you almost 24 hours a day, and they really pour you around the clock). The food is varied and very tasty. Drinks are local. Burgers, pizza, salads, ice cream - all this can be ordered on site from 11:00 to 17:00. The territory is large and well-groomed, the mini zoo is actually a cool thing!). The walk to the beach is about 7 minutes, there are enough sun loungers, 2 volleyball courts. There are Russian speakers at the reception, thank you very much to Olga!
The rooms have really been updated for the new season, everything is clean and beautiful! Minibar in the room is free (water, soda). Beach towels are issued at the SPA center; you won’t find this place right away)).
This is certainly not a five-star hotel, but definitely a solid four, all the staff are friendly and always ready to help, for which many thanks to them!). By the way, free WiFi reaches almost everywhere except the room, it’s not very fast, but it’s ok if you want to connect to full WiFi coverage - 20 € for 10 days (there are other connection times).

I don't often post reviews, but for this hotel it is necessary to clarify certain points. The hotel is good overall, the beach is perfectly clean and very pleasant (sand). Furthermore, the staff is a disaster, they lack professionalism, fight in front of customers, sing while walking in the restaurant and do not serve you if you do not leave them something to drink. Services, such as wi-fi (which works) and safe, are subject to payment. The rooms are very good, but be careful, you really hear everything, even the neighbors going to the toilet... The rooms on the amphitheater side are unlivable, because you hear the whole show and the music from your room. The hotel is clearly not worth a 5 star in Antalya. The dishes are not very different and lack quality, the desserts a real disaster too. For a low-budget hotel it can work, but if you're looking for comfort and professionalism, run away.

Side, Alba Resort Hotel

A very cozy hotel for a family holiday.

1st line, sandy beach, shallow entrance to the sea (very convenient with children), there is a heated indoor pool (we found it useful in early April), not very active animation (for me this is a plus), new renovation (renovation in 2023) and very tasty food.
The first time I ate delicious food at a hotel)
Absolutely everything was delicious: Turkish food and fried fish. It seems that in those hotels that we were before they just don’t know how to cook)

The variety of dishes is also impressive. Any meat: beef, lamb, turkey, chicken.
Fruits: oranges, grapefruits, kiwis, pineapples, pomegranates, quince, apples, strawberries, bananas.

The service at dinner is excellent, despite the large number of guests the guys really try.

A special plus is that they collect towels scattered on the sunbeds, so no one takes them in the morning and there are always free places.

All staff understand Russian and support dialogue.
There are Russian animators in the children's club.

First line, two outdoor pools + mini pool for kids, 4 water slides.

Mini-zoo, very pleasant promenade along the hotel line, past fruit trees. We saw oranges and ate mulberries straight from the tree.

There is a trampoline for children, a playground, a football field, tennis courts, a ping pong table and beach volleyball.
There is also a gym, but I didn’t go there.

Cons: people smoke.
There are a lot of Germans in the hotel, who are known smokers and, thanks to the ashtrays placed everywhere, smoke almost everywhere.

I highly recommend that the hotel create separate areas for smokers and non-smokers by the pool and on the beach.

We returned to this hotel again after 4 years. The hotel price has more than doubled. Prices this year are not encouraging at all.

Pros:
- Large hotel area. The sea is nearby.
- The beach is excellent, gently sloping, there are always enough sun loungers. For two families we needed 7 pieces nearby, we always had them.
- Breakfast is more varied than in many hotels.
- Lunches/dinners are not bad. You’ll pick up something for yourself and you won’t go hungry. We've seen more variety, but I don't see the point in paying even more for food.
- Now there is a bar open 24 hours. The bartenders are trying.

Minuses:
- Paid Wi-Fi in rooms.
- Paid safe in the room.
- In the first half of the day, everything is bad with sunbeds on the pools.
- Often you have to look for forks or a clean table. However, the same thing happened in other Turkish hotels.
- Food on the beach is open until 16:00. And already at 14:50-15:00 all napkins are removed from the tables. And the forks run out.

Animation:
- This is the first time I’ve seen the animation team prepare some kind of evening shows themselves.
- Most of the show looks like an amateur performance. Skip - you won't lose anything.
- Once a week there is a big party in the garden. With DJ and photo zones. Liked.

Tips for vacationers:
- After dinner, there is no need to crowd the lobby bar. From 18 to 24 there is another bar - stairs up from the entrance to the main restaurant. It's much freer there :)

Overall, the hotel is OK. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet, you are in the wrong place. You are always bombarded with relatively loud music everywhere. As this is a family hotel, there is naturally a lot of children screaming. It really bothered me (but it was my own fault as I hadn't read enough reviews beforehand). Unfortunately, our room was near the hotel's construction yard, so there was constant noise from work. I would strongly advise against rooms near the Dolphin Bar. There is an event there every evening and later on there is pretty loud music. The hotel is getting old - you can see that, but the rooms have all been renovated and are really OK. The very large selection of food at the buffet leaves little to be desired. As is usual in Turkey, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, if sometimes a little helpless. Cleanliness and hygiene are impeccable - there is nothing to complain about. The distance to the beach is relatively far (approx. 400m) and it is quite downhill and then quite steeply uphill again! It is also worth mentioning that the air conditioning only works or doesn't work, or heats up when it is a bit cooler - you cannot adjust the temperature yourself. When I asked, I was told that I should open the balcony door to regulate the temperature. That is also an option. Given the low price for this hotel, the clientele is accordingly. You should be prepared for a slightly louder conversation near the bar from late afternoon onwards... We paid €1100 for two people during the Easter holidays including flight for seven nights & all-inclusive - you can't complain at all. Basically, the price-performance ratio is absolutely right. I give it three stars, but I won't book this hotel myself again.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff. All areas of hotel very clean and well maintained. Service everywhere was brilliant and can have no complaints. Food is really good quality and we found something to eat for every meal without a problem. Restaurants are well staffed and there is never a wait for table service to remove plates or to order drinks etc.
Beach is great and sea is very shallow, which is handy for less confident swimmers.
We plan to return next year.
Staff really make this hotel what it is and the ones that we have interacted with have been truly a credit to the hotel.
Sevda Orhan (by reception desk) helped throughout our stay and made our holiday a better experience.
Kabir, Segit Ozan & Burak were bar/ restaurant staff who were truly exceptional and made sure we never had to wait for anything.
Sema was our room service and did a brilliant job every day throughout our stay.
Köksal & Ugur work really hard to keep the beach area looking clean and were really helpful and hardworking.
Look forward to returning next year

We're relaxing in this hotel now. She paid for a room overlooking the sea, and that's where they put it. The room is lovely, new, climate control works great. Minibar replenishable with soft drinks. Safe and Wi-Fi in the room are free, in the lobby, bars, on the beach. Cleaning is daily. The area is small, green, well maintained, a mini zoo with chickens and other birds. In the evening, a hedgehog comes to the bar:) The ars vote, of course, but not at night, funny, I was not prevented :) Two swimming pools, each with its own bar. The animation is calm. But we were by the sea mostly. The beach is wide, clean, sandy. Sun loungers under awnings. Despite the large numbers, it's better to be there early. It's a good thing you can't do things between tonight and 8:00 a.m. deck chairs, but their staff will clean them up anyway. The entrance to the sea is very smooth, there is no pier. There's a coffee machine and water on the beach. For drinks, you have to go to the beach bar 50 meters. To the beach from the hotel walk 200 meters, the descent is smooth, back a little into the slide, but it is not critical at all. The staff are attentive and friendly, and everywhere. I didn't notice any special treatment for the Germans, that's nonsense. Check into any hotel always only at a certain time of arrival. It's the master of the barin. You can choose an evening flight. We arrived early, too, left our things at the reception, changed in a hammam and went to rest. It's not very comfortable with a small child, but then you have to plan to avoid getting into this situation. Side can be reached by taxi for 20 euros or by shuttle. There's no entertainment in the village itself, no promenade.

Great hotel, great holiday. We didn't find any cons. We'll definitely come back again. Beautiful, well-groomed area, just a stone's throw from the sea. The beach is very clean, the water is clear, the sunset is sandy. There are always plenty of sun loungers. The beach is being cleaned. Sand and sun loungers are cleaned and trash is removed. There is a mini zoo with birds. You definitely won't leave hungry. The food is varied. Fish every day, there were seafood, meat, vegetables, baked goods. Snacks in bars The cocktails in every bar are delicious. The rooms are new, the minibar is cleaned and replenished every day. Drinking bottled water in bars 24 hours a day. Beach towels are always available. The staff is responsive and friendly. The receptionist speaks Russian. There is a miniclub for children, the child went a couple of times and liked it. The only trouble is mosquitoes, but the fumigator saves the day. An excellent hotel for a family holiday, I really liked it.
