We had a fantastic family reunion for Xmas at Sural Hotel. Absolutely enjoyed the stay. We loved everything about it. Lovely beach and waters. clean and spacious. Long promenade and one way is leading to Manavgat center. Enough sunbeds for everyone on the beach but it wasn’t a peak season. Room was good, clean, comfy beds, some higher floors had a balcony with fab views. Also the shower is powerful which is always a plus. Hotel was nicely decorated for Xmas, modern and pretty. Nice bar areas serving cocktails, tea and various drinks. Food was amazing for everyone taste and desires. Lots of meat fish salads soups fresh fruits desserts, freshly cooked dishes too. Beach bar was also good, they make nice guzleme and massive beef burgers. So as the late nite bar who served burgers after 11pm. Different dishes every night so not repetitive - couldn’t ask for me. Dishes had allergy advice which was really good. The only thing I would advise to provide is a soya or almond milk for dairy intolerance people for breakfast. We had few issues with tables for dinner especially as we were a bigger group the staff wasn’t accommodating to put tables together. And as we had 3 families from 3 different part of the world we were not prepared to sit separately in a tables of 2. Staff was nice in general. Hotel territory clean and green. Had some birds on site which was different and Zorro welcoming everyone at the entrance. Didn’t have chance to use a swimming pool as preferred the swimming in the sea. Didn’t use the gym but used indoor swimming pool sauna and hamman which was really nice. Hotel provides towels for the beach which is always good as didn’t have to carry all the way from UK. Entertainment was also great- piano player was amazing, superb!!! Disco was great every other night and of course Xmas entertainment was fun and different. I visited the Resort on August 2019. Hotel is beautiful, clean and well organised. Lovely green surrounding with places to sit and rest. Nice to visit with family and friends. Rooms are clean and comfy. Good variety of food available.

I've never felt so special as a guest before. This is an excellent hotel providing an excellent service. Rooms were bright clean, food was delicious, the staff was amazing at making you feel like a queen. Beautiful garden and golden sands beach. The only thing I regret is missing to leave tip for the housekeeping ladies. I will get back next year to correct this :)

This hotel have about 3 stars, for sure not 5. It's an old hotel... But that's not all ... Nobody ask you if you want something. ... A smile??? No way. ... too much for them. The beach bar is opening at 10 o'clock .. so if you go to the beach before you have nothing. The coffee machine was damaged for 1 day. The same for the pool bar. If you want to drink something with alchool , you will find it one or two days maximum. Next day : no whisky, no rom, no gin .... nothing. About the food: this is good but it was the same for 7 days ... The rooms are nice.. clean but not more than 3 stars.. maybe for... not sure... In 21 century , you will not find here Wi-Fi in your room. You will have only in the lobby The most beautiful things here are the garden and the beach.. Sural have 3 or 4 hotels here in Side and I understood is the same thing anywhere. I don't recomand... For sure I will not come back in Turkey for the next 10 years .…

When you book holiday.Your travel agency should warn you though all thise information are indicated in the catalogues or online presentation pages of our hotels. Our staff is praised very much by being friendly to our guests. What is indicated in our concept in all our hotels, we realize exactly the same. We are an English family of 4 currently staying at this hotel. The hotel is lovely, although if you like to holiday with other Brits, this may not be the hotel for you. I think we are the only English tourists here, that said, we do not mind and it has not stopped us really enjoying our stay, we will happily come back. The staff are amazing, always cheerful and happy to help, they may not be fluent in English, but with nods, smiles, thumbs up and, learning please and thank you in Turkish, communication is easy, for trickier tasks there is always Google translate. There are 2 large warm, very clean pools, one quieter and one with more activities and slides. The beach is amazing, yellow sand and you can walk into sea without worrying, there are a few random rocks but these are visible. Sand gets very hot so remember flip-flops to walk down. There is a huge variety of food, some repeated but it would be difficult not to, whilst keeping the huge choice at each meal time. Turkish bread and pitta pizza as always fabulous. Rooms are very clean, with cleaners every day, the towel sculptures are also amazing. We have a two bedroom family room, enough space for everything, the only disappointment would be the balcony which is only small, with 2 chairs. But there are plenty of other seating areas around the hotel to sit and play cards and games etc. Bottled water is freely available with 500ml bottles at each bar and fridges dotted around to help yourself. 2l bottles are also renewed in room daily. My daughters are delighted that ice creams seem to be available all day, even though the literature says 14.00 to 18.00. On the whole I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Having had our Egypt flights cancelled a week before we were due to fly and having very few choices, this was like finding a Diamond in the rough. Thank you, Sural Resort, having a fabulous time…

Good staying ! We are happy ! I was here with my wife and we are happy together for choosing that hotel . But there are few things to mention : 1. Food was almost the same everyday . 2. Very poor animation ( probably because just the start of the sesson ) . 3. Rude and unfriendly bartender at lobby bar . Special thanks to Alpi ( guest desk manager ) .He solved all the things what we needed . Strong 4* for hottel !

We are staying here at the moment, and we love everything about Sural Resort hotel. Most of all probably - wonderful nature around: palm trees, flowers and lots of plants. Staff is very friendly, polite and always eager to help. The beach is also a huge plus point - wide and sandy, and also very clean. Only one small warning - there are some stones in the water, but they are mostly quite visible. Food is also delicious, and there is always enough choice. We will gladly come back with our son - it seems to be a great place for kids. The hotel might not look very modern or trendy, but it has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere - for me it is way more important.
