Beautiful hotel... !!! I love al the days in Turkey every time I spend hear..!.. today we have , difficult time, but my vacation is very good.. every day I had the best breakfast, and dinners, and suppers.. every workers of the hotel do their job very good!!.. nice and clean yards, very clean beach, clean rooms, nice and clean .. We had interesting performance every evening.., workers in restaurant and reception were very carefully and kind with us.. next year I really want to came back to Sural Saray!!.. Actually, hotel’s service is quite good due to pandemic. The beach is very clean if we would compare it with other nearby hotels. Meal is good too but the range was not so big in first days because hotel opened not long ago. A lot of meat like chicken and beef, vegetables and deserts too. Another benefit is that the hotel is only for adults, children not running around. It’s very calm, greeny and clean place with good service. I want to thank AYDIN ERDEM manager for good service and timely helping. Probably the WiFi should be better because it’s working only on reception and hairdryer is work not so good(quite old) but everything else is excellent.
-:First 4 days the food was bad. No meet only chicken, no pancakes for breakfast. after it was better. there is one room card for 2 people and it’s not good. the wifi is bad we didn’t have it in the room. sockets are not working you need to change your towels at not comfortable time +: very clean beach no children good beer you can ask your music in the evening good vie the personal is very polite. they will listen to you AYDIN on the reception is a good person, he helped a lot.
We had a trip in early october 2018 and we have decided to visit this hotel, because of reasonable ratio between it's price and quality. Here there is some information that would be useful to make decision about this hotel: 1) This hotel has great sand beach without rocks in the water. 2) When we were checking in, the receptionist offered to us to pay additional 30 Dollars to get room with sea view. Our room had no double bed, it had only 2 single beds. The room itself was clean and average size. In-room TV was modern and had enough turkish, german and russian channels. 3) Inner quarters of the hotel looked old but clean. Territory of the hotel wasn't big but it was comfortable, with pool sunbeds and palm trees. There was also a nice promenade that goes through the hotel along the coast line. It is a very good place to walk at the evening. 4) Hotel didn't offer in-room WiFi. It means that you can use WiFi only in the lobby. 5) In this time of year the most of clients of this hotel were german speaking (70%). The others appeared to be russians (30%). The most of clients (80%) were more than 40 years old. Also there were no kids at all. Therefore I wouldn't recommend Sural Saray Hotel for young people. For them it would be boring. 6) Animation was poor. It started every evening at 21:00 but it lasted about 1-2 hours. Animation itself appeared to be a small cultural evening with national dances and quizes. 7) Food was ok. But there was too less of natural meat. The most of meat (60%) was in form of sausages. There was a lot of fruits and vegetables. Quality of the drinks was not good - there were no juices, only softdrinks like coca-cola and wines. 8) It takes about 20 min to reach center of Side with shuttle bus, that you can catch just right out the hotel. It costs 1.5 dollar/euro in one direction. In Side there are a lot of ancient greek and roman ruins and one of the biggest ancient amphitheatres of Turkey. In view of the above I would give this hotel 4 stars. It is comfortable but not the best.…
Due to health problems my mum needs a diet food which we did not find upon our arrival to Sural Saray. Our multiple efforts to talk to restaurant management asking for help had no success at all. Until hotel general manager Nail Okumus has heard our issue. Immediately the required food has been served to my mother. Moreover, Nail has organised the separate stands with diet food for common regular use and introduced it to us and other tourists. Lots of guests have found this change very useful! Thank you very much Nail for your so professional attitude to your guests!! Our family will be happy to stay again in a hotel under your leadership.
