We visited in mid November, purposely out of season, while my wife recovers from Surgery. We arrived at hotel late at night, first impressions very clean, we had a problem which was resolved quickly at reception and we were to restaurant was open should we want food. Room was functional, with a small balcony and again very clean. Food, I tried different foods and I enjoyed all the hot foods and offer and gave me the chance to experience Turkish food. Didn't use the pool, however looked very clean and those who had done said it was nice . Bars were ok, with usual all inclusive drinks / cocktails available. We had proffesional pictures done in hotels garden and on the beach, massively impressed with these, we were just going to have the digital pictures but they were that good, we bought a hard album. Shop outside well stocked and very helpful staff and good prices. Downside for us, although this was the difference by between 4 and 5 star, the hotel is predominantly geared for Germans, which isn't a massive issue, but Germans seem to get better service during service and at the bars, there were a handful of Brits staying that week and we all felt the same

Reception won't do basic stuff for you unless you give them a tip at every conversion. Poolside bar were they prepare pizza/burgers makes you wait over an hour for your food then serve others within 15 minutes (only guests from some countries get this treatment while others are rudely spoke too). One towel for a week stay as Reception and spa were you pick up towel won't give you a new one even if you return old towel. Outside the hotel there is a bazaar were women get followed until they get back to hotel by the men running the shops during the time were they are followed the men shout words in Turkish at them or wolf whistle at the women. No iron provide by hotel so which need ironing won't be. Only part of Seher hotel that worth the rating hotel is the lovely elderly gentleman who driver you from pool to beach. Don't book it this hotel if you are black please bare in mind that it doesn't matter if you have the same religion as some the people who work inside this hotel as they view themselves as European first then Muslim second. They only cater to white Europeans/or Turkish, and blatant incidents of racist by their staff get ignored.

I don't normally write a review but given some of the negative reviews here, which almost had me cancelling and booking a different hotel, I though I would as i was glad i stayed with my original choice. No i don't think the hotel is a 5 star, but its a good 3+, but i'm not sure really what others are expecting for the price being paid. The Hotel is a smaller hotel and caters for a more relaxed holiday and was perfect for what we were looking for. Yes the main clientele are from Germany and given that its their bread and butter it stands to reason that they would cater towards them. We arrived late due to a flight delay and we were checked in swiftly and politely by reception, given a top floor room which i requested, not with a direct sea view unfortunately but close enough (in hindsight this was a mistake as all the evening entertainment is by the bar and can be very noisy, but it didn't really stop any of us from sleeping). We were advised that although the main restaurant closed at 9pm, there was food provided at the patisserie, which included cold meats, cheeses, lots of salad, soup and some hot meals, which was perfect as filled a hole before we sent to bed. Our Room was clean and functional i don't have any complaints, the drains were a bit pongy but that resolved itself after 4 showers, to be expected with all the dry weather. There was a safe which you pay 2 euros a day for which we utilised and a mini bar which was stocked everyday with bottles of water, coke, fanta, and some juices. The main buffet restaurant had a large selection of choices, and yes very continental but why go abroad if you are expecting bacon and egg. The extend of the food on offer, someone should find something to eat. All fresh salads and vegetables, there is even a kids buffet for the fussiest of eaters (pasta, nuggets, chips etc). Outside by the bar they have a set up for cooking breakfast they do omelettes and fresh pancakes, and for dinner its a grilled meat and fish. The Garden Restaurant does personal pizzas, Burger and lovely Jacket Potatoes, and the Beach restaurant is similar to main buffet but on a much smaller scale, although there is a lovely lady doing quesadillas sweet and savoury. The Main buffet has a different themed dinner most evenings and there is entertainment every night with the exception of Sunday. The Beach is kept clean and there are plenty of loungers both in shade and sun, given the time of year i found the sea warmer than the pool as its not heated but it didn't stop the kids from being in there. I found the staff to be very friendly some speaking good English some don't but i never found any trouble conveying my requests. Not in anyway did I find them rude, they are a little abrupt but thats the nature. Side Town itself is definitely worth a visit and you can catch the Dolmus from the main road it takes between 5-10 minutes to get into town depending on traffic and is about 100 lira for a family of 4 so just over £3. All in all we had a lovely holiday and we would return.

Loveholidays were great from start to finish with updates and information. I Must say the holiday really wasn't great though, not on Loveholodays behalf but In fact the resort we stayed at, they really had no Hospitality skills what so ever, not a single member of staff except x1 member from reception understood or could talk English which made staying there and asking for things an impossible task, the staff were really rude and quite aggressive when we didn't understand them, there was literally no food thought of for children, places such as hotels need to understand children from the ages of 2-13 do not necessarily eat thw foods we eat, smoking all around the resort starting from the main entrance door which I'm sorry is discugusting and not what what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, also around all the pool areas including the children pools, on top of this we was given milk for the babybwhich was out of date and this happened on several occasions. I once went to Turkey 2 years ago to Kusdadasi and it was horrendous and had been told good stuff about Antalya so gave it another shot and I will never return to Turkey or this resort again whatba horrible experience yet again.

I just don't know that this place exists as a 5-star hotel. For me and the company that were there for 12 days, it left a bad memory of the end of the summer vacation. This hotel is no more than 3 stars. I don't know where to start, bad food served several times, wilted salads, smelly meat and many other things about the food. Absolutely incompetent staff and service and if you don't speak German you are not welcome here .No fun at all. Everywhere they look at your hands to see if you're going to pay and leave a tip. Even when I'm hot I order a drink and the barman took a dirty glass and just rinsed it and gave me a gin and tonic. This hotel is a total disaster stay away from it.

The worst hotel ever. I would give a zero stars if it’s possible. The food is smelly and expired. The rooms are old designed. The corridor carpets are stained and stinky. The manager is so rude and unprofessional. He lied about the family rooms that they got only on the noisy street , but I found out that they got them everywhere in the hotel. He didn’t want to change because it’s so noisy and impossible to sleep on the main road and windows aren’t double glazed. Very very disappointed with this hotel. Don’t know who gave them 5 stars. Far far away from that. I would never even comeback there for free. Shame I didn’t take photos as the food is the worst I have ever seen in my life

Overall our trip to the Seher resort hotel was 4/5. The hotel mainly caters for German and Russian so being English is made it quite difficult to communicate with others due to the language barrier, however the staff mentioned in the title were lovely. One issue we did face however was our first room we were given we were told to have a room with a beach view yet when we arrived they told us the room we had wasn’t great, the reception staff offered us an upgrade which we took but when we got to our ‘new and improved’ room we were next to the lift which was constantly running all night which proved to be an inconvenience because it vibrated the room. After we told the reception staff this they moved us to a ‘better’ room. However on arrival after checking into our room we looked around the hotel and went to the spa. In the spa we were greeted by Bariş a lovely man who was very helpful and helped us with any concerns or questions. He made us feel very welcome and was always there to help us out with travel or the hotel. In the spa there were many facilities that catered for all. Opting for the massages they were incredible and extremely well focused and very reasonable pricing too. I believe that the spa is one of the highlights of the hotel and made the whole experience more enjoyable due to how lovely and good the spa and spa staff were. Throughout the whole week we were at the hotel the waiters and servers were extremely helpful and very chatty. Many waiters were very open to have conversations with us and had a laugh with us. Some waiters even joined in with jokes and were just very enjoyable to be around. Lastly the entertainment staff were very lovely and of course entertaining! Again being one of the only English families there it proved difficult to talk to others however after we mentioned this to 2 of the entertainment staff they made sure to talk to us often and made us feel more included and for that we are very thankful. Mustafa and Alevtina made the experience more enjoyable because we were able to participate in more activities as we had understanding of what is happening. The activities that the staff run for the guests is non stop and always fun. For that we are very thankful to these 2 staff members especially for making our trip a lot more fun. And overall to the spa and waiters included they made our time very fun.

The room was away from the noise which was very good . I had a full body massage in the Hotel Spa which was great and relaxing. Good variety of food and drinks too. Hotel does NOT cater for English people…mainly for German Polish and Dutch Hotel is is nice and clean Entertainment…. Well not much going on unless you are a keep fit fanatic or sport orientated !! Hotel staff generally polite however I was overcharged for safe for room and when I queried this I was made to feel I was guilty one ! The room I stayed in was clean and tidied every day fridge stocked up with water and juice…. there is a kettle coffee and sugar BUT nothing for a tea drinker unless you like herbal fruit teas ! Speaking to other English residents at the hotel they had the same opinion as myself regarding the food and entertainment Beach was nice but shared a lot of other hotels I don’t recommend this hotel if your English
