Very beautiful hotel with large well maintained area with swimming pools, with children's attractions, with water park. The rooms are spacious, but first we were moved into a room overlooking the wall. After my threat to sleep in the lobby on couches with a small child, the rooms suddenly came up. Cleaning the room consists of taking out the trash, changing towels, filling the bar with drinks. Bed linen hasn't been changed in seven nights. They rolled elephants out of towels for tips. The food in the restaurant is disgusting, all the meat is hard, dry. The fruit is just as stiff, unripe. The drinks are normal, they don't break. And the worst part is, my granddaughter caught this Turkish rotovirus while swimming down a slide in a children's pool. It's a good thing it happened on the last day of our holiday. They had 10 days of treatment on their flight home.

Relaxed at the hotel from 1 to 10 October 2024. The building outside and inside is very beautiful. Beautiful manicured grounds. The staff are friendly. The room was cleaned normally: the towels were changed, the linen periodically too. There were questions about food: slaves are often dried and meat is chewed up. But since the choice is simply huge, you can choose something suitable without problems. Fruit upset: peaches, plums, nectarines - you can't remorse. But the watermelons, melons and grapes are great. A lot of sweet stuff. The availability of free children's attractions was very encouraging. They didn't try swimming pools, but they always found free sunbeds by the sea. From the downside. Under the rooms facing the sea until 12:00 a.m. music rumbles. Wi-Fi in the room (you have to go to the lobby) is not always sure. Bring fumitox - sometimes mosquitoes come into the room.

After reading the negative reviews we slightly worried about going on our holiday, however we had the best time. The hotel is vast and well organised and equipped for all ages. From water slides and evening fun fairs and various evening entertainment to daily cleaned rooms and ample food choice, the hotel is an excellent choice for a family holiday.

The rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels were available, wifi even worked perfectly...The staff were most welcoming and warm, even if some didn't speak English. In the food court, the tables were served by waiters for drinks and additional needs (otherwise it is self-serve).

The many pools helped us feel like there weren't thousands of people at the same time as us. All pools were supervised by staff and life-savers.

The shops within the hotel were great, the beach was near and also well organised... Truly we had a great time as a family and would happily come again.

The only "negative" I would say is that due to the size of the hotel you will easily do 10k steps in a day just by moving between your room and food court and pool area :)

We are a family of two adults and 3 children aged 16 and 13 we booked 2 standard rooms we travel around three times a year and have stayed in Turkey around 10 times and also in the sister hotel Royal Seginus this was a last minute trip but went with this hotel as loved the Royal Seginus.
Drinks : very low standard they ran out of ingredients for cocktails most of time , hot bottles of water left on bar no cold ones , coffee was bad , wines where disgusting, when cocktails were made they were horrible . The glasses are always dirty and smell be careful as well as they would put the wrong drinks in for the kids as well.
Food: main buffet we only ate 2 times at dinner 1 time for breakfast and once for lunch we paid to eat out most nights. Food was cold very low standards the pasta and the pizza was even bad however the chips were the best thing they severed. The beach restaurant open for lunch, avoid, we tried once and was ill. The snack area during the day very disappointing as food is left out self service so was cold and areas where dirty ,the two ladies making Turkish pancakes they where the best thing there .
Staff and service: the ruddiest I have come across in all the hotels I stayed in , I would also be careful if you have young girls as this is the first time I felt uncomfortable and also my daughter . Make sure you bring lots of money to tip as you will not get served or help you unless you tip that also means to get a table in the main buffet. We reported our issues a few times nothing was done we was also told that out of the 300 rooms we are the only one with issues.
Grounds: mostly well kept and the pool areas are lovely , there was no air con working in any parts of the hotel so this made it very hot areas.
Rooms: The beds are ok and bathrooms clean but dated the shower is in a bath and filled every time we showered to our knees so was not pleasant. Front door was broken so had to sleep with furniture pushed up to door was told it was fixed was taking a shower when staff walked straight into my room even though I had the inside lock on . Please be aware even with your internal lock on someone outside can use a room key and enter. Air con broken the whole holiday and mini bar never restocked.
Entertainment : No music at the piano bar , the hotel doesn’t have much going on we watched 10 minutes of a show but wasn’t good . We have two active boys aged 16 who normally take part in everything however the animation team where not really chatty or bothered to entertain you.

Absolutely amazing! The staff were amazing, very welcoming and made you feel comfortable. Usually in other hotels you would be pestered by the spa staff but here we were not pestered at all. The food was amazing, so many options and so many stalls by the pool. The room was big and clean. Included shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers and a leaf. There were so many pools and a jacuzzi inside the pool. The hotel had its own mini funfair and a walk to the beach. The entertainment was amazing both during the day around the pools and the evening. The mini bar in your room is free and will be restocked anytime you get the room cleaned. Would definitely recommend to everyone especially those who have kids. It is very family friendly. There were slides for both kids and adults. At the beginning of our stay as it was fully booked we would put our towels on the sun beds at around 9am but our second half of the stay there were plenty of sun beds available.

I have to be honest and say that I don't understand the positive reviews about the service and cleanliness.
The hotel itself is really very, very nice. However, the room, for example, was NEVER cleaned. The only thing was that they emptied the trash cans, but they "forgot" to do that twice. The hand and bath towels were also changed, but by the end of the week I wasn't sure whether they really changed them or just put the used ones together.
I really didn't feel comfortable at the end of the week because everything was dirty. Of course I tried to clean the bare minimum myself, but without cleaning products it's not that easy and you don't want to be cleaning all the time on vacation.
The public toilets were often without toilet paper and without hand soap. So they didn't take cleanliness that seriously.
Except for the pools, they were always clean! I have to say that.

We also took the children to the kids club one afternoon, where the fathers were told to paint t-shirts and faces.

After about an hour the children came back ALONE because they weren't allowed to paint t-shirts because we had to pay for them in advance. But it didn't occur to the lady to mention that!! I also think it's very unprofessional to send 3 small children back alone!! That could have gone wrong!! These days anyway.

So we (we were 2 families) wouldn't go to this hotel again.

Of course there were also service employees who were great, but you could count them on one hand. Because when it came to drinks too, you had to wait a very long time to be served.

Just returned and had a fab time not sure why so many complaints will give an honest review
Arrived early hours of morning to be greeted by reception and told could have food, we’re taken to room
Room was big a double and a single big bathroom and very clean, room cleaned everyday and towels changed, so don’t know how some people say room wasn’t cleaned or towels changed?
We got a pool / sea view and we only booked a superior room so didn’t expect that view.
Pools huge and again all areas kept clean toilets by pool and cleaners going round throughout the day cleaning. Yes people were up early to get sunbeds but there was plenty of sunbeds.
Water slides great fun could do with a few more rings for the amount of people.
Food was really worried about this due to reviews that I had read don’t get me wrong the hotel was very busy so there was some queues to get food.
Breakfast you will never get bacon and sausage as a Muslim country so don’t know why people expect an English fry up?? Lots of choice for breakfast omelettes freshly cooked and pancakes etc.
There was so much choice the Pide bread so nice!!
There was fish, chicken rotisserie, steaks lamb different variations every night there was even doner kebab meat, loads of salad. I liked the chicken stir fry that was cooked fresh.
We took a 13 year old who is a fussy eater and he always found something to eat.
Desserts never seen so many to choose from some didn’t taste of anything but again you can’t moan about the choice. Some nights there were chocolates like smarties and other treats as you walk in.
There was moonlight beach bar for lunch very quick service they had a salad bar and then you could order off menu, did prefer main restaurant at lunch.
Then there was the snacks in the amphi yes they were set times you could get ice cream, waffles jacket potato, pizza there was two ladies cooking Gozlem I think they were called always a queue as cooked fresh you could have fillings inside we always had Nutella so nice how they coped in that heat I don’t know.
Drinks were good all local but didn’t bother us and bar staff always smiling they all work so hard. Water always available in bottles at the bar.
Beach just a short walk was lovely sea was so warm I always saw sunbeds free on there.
Great foam party on Thurs afternoon was great fun.
On last day we had to check out at 12 and we’re not picked up until 7 you could use the showers in the spa so no problem.
Staff were so friendly and work long hours people saying miserable, maybe it’s how they spoke to the staff as there were some rude people there of different nationalities.
Overall we had a great holiday and would return

Royal Alhambra Palace Hotel is a very nice and good facility. The staff always welcomes you with a smile and is understanding and all of them were very helpful throughout the holiday. Our room was cleaned daily, there were many kinds of food, the service of the waiters was very fast, Miss Gülay was very helpful and when you have a problem, she finds a solution immediately. smiling

Where to start, literally the worst hotel we've stayed at.
Food - good luck getting a table, massive queues and food is horrible, bordering on inedible. Under cooked food, same stuff every night, the driest chicken you will ever eat they should advertise it as a challenge to see if you can eat it.
Health and safety - no life guards throughout the pool, kids left to their own devices and allowed to run down massive slides and hang over edges of 60 feet drops.
Service - literally horrendous, all the staff bar a few are awful, rude and see anyone speaking English as a pain, speak absolutely no English and make no attempt to understand. We waited over an hour for a replacement duvet after an accident, guy came in on his phone with towels, then with a single duvet, still on his phone this is after I've phoned reception twice asking for a double duvet.
Reception - when we were checking in so our first impression, mid way through checking in the girl said I finish and walked away, we then stood for 5 minutes waiting for a replacement to come over, now I get your shift is finished, but I have just arrived at a supposedly 5 star hotel and thats our first impression?
Asked if they would be able to show a football match on one of their Telly's which aquasis did absolutely no problem, said they couldn't change the channels.
Pool - unless you are willing to get up at 6am (not exaggerating as me and my wife had to alternate through the week) to go down and reserve a bed you WILL NOT get a lounger by the pool, they allow people to go down reserve lounges which then aren't used all day.
As the pool is heated by 12 pm the pool is warm and when it's 35 degrees the last thing you want to get into is a warm pool.
Arcade- half of the stuff is broke, we put coins into a machine and nothing happened, we went looking for the worker who was playing FIFA on the PlayStation, he was annoyed at us for having the audacity and front to question his machine. Once he confirm it was infact broken he did refund the tokens.
Make sure you bring enough suncream, a small bottle of Nivea suncream from the hotel shop is €35 and that is not a mistype.
I have uploaded images of the kids running down and standing on the slides, if any one from the hotel would like to get in touch please do.
Overall you couldn't pay me to come back.

Was very disappointed with the hotel overall. Cleaning was not done on a regular basis, it was only done after several calls to reception who kept on stating they will inform the cleaners to clean the room but no one ever came. 2 days later the room was cleaned. Hotel generally is very dusty and unclean. Staff working in the resort are very rude and unhelpful. Every time we asked anyone anything the response was no English. Activities were poor and not organised properly as half the time the activities advertised were unavailable. Food was plain and a repeat of the food every day at lunch time and dinner. Chef working their were rude and many times at breakfast the bread would run out. Half the time we ended up eating out and spending extra money. The à la carte restaurant were not free nor where any vouchers provided as on previous trips they would provide one voucher per family. The rep organised a jeep safari which was absolutely rubbish as all we did was drive around in the jeep with no sight seeing as promised when we booked. The spa was also average when I compare my other stays in turkey at other resorts. Turkish bath was disorganised and massages we purchased were not great. Will definitely not be returning here again.
