We visited in October 2019 and whilst the hotel does look beautiful I will never return as on the second day we had an ipad stolen from the room when we complained at reception we were made to feel like liars and questioned whether we had even bought the ipad on holiday with us. We had to get our rep involved and also threatened police amazingly it magically appeared back in the room on the bedside table the next door when we went for breakfast! They claimed the key pad entry log showed the cleaner and one other staff member entering the room the day it was stolen but could not watch the CCTV to find out who it was as this breaks other guests data protection so to me if the hotel who has CCTV can't watch it who actually can?? Will highlight pros/cons on other aspects of hotel below: Pool area - fab with plenty of sunbeds, waterslides and two different poolbars to choose from Beach area - again plenty of sunbeds, drinks easy to get at beach bar this also served food and lots of watersports happeneing which are an extra charge Rooms - we had 2 x family rooms which are fab size with separate bedrooms (one with twin beds , one with double). Quilt provided for double bed is not big enough as isn't even as big as the bed also room 5321 has an awful view of some sort of scrapyard yet 5303 had pool and front of hotel great views Also be warned the walls are paper thin can hear everything next door Beds uncomfy and hard everyone went home with achey backs/necks and very broken sleep Food - expect as all inclusive it to be mostly samey but most meats weren't cooked correctly with chicken still pink etc and the themed nights resulted in 4 dishes changing at most // breakfast by far best meal of day so fill up at this time especially the grilled halloumi fabulous Staff - most cant speak english so expect to be ignored even the reception staff when checking in could hardly speak a word. Sipan (Football Sam) in the lobby bar literally was the only great thing about this holiday he spoke to us all the time and had great english with banter thrown in...only absolute credit to this hotel / entertainment staff were also friendly but could be a little pushy at times Location - this hotel is a bit out of the way if you like to explore on foot so we had to turn left then right out of the hotel to the main road to get a bus to the main towns (also please be aware buses are like cattle all stood squeezed on too and the town is a good 25-30 mins away) We also were given as part of our package one meal in a la carte restaurant of our choice for all 7 members of the party which could be booked day before... tried all week and could never fit us in as fully booked yet walking past most weren't open or half empty! We paid for a great trip through our rep which was manvagat boat trip well worth it as its all day and you get different bits thrown in including outlet trip, market, waterfall, boat trip, beach stop and mosque visit. We also had a birthday whilst there and at other hotels usually a fuss is made whilst not expected when mentioned we offered a package deal of 20 euros for table decoration and a cake which we agreed to ... they came out singing but after 5 members of our party had a small slice of cake it was taken away yet we had paid for it?? When i questioned this the waiters couldn't understand us so i ended up just leaving out of frustration. All in all I loved Turkey and will return but would avoid this hotel at all costs I have put an official complaint in with Jet2 also.

What a brilliant hotel, from the minute you arrive they carry your bags of the bus to checking and get you sorted very quickly and you are escorted to your room. They explain where everything in the hotel is and provide you with a map. The rooms are immaculate, mini bar filled everyday and room is also cleaned every day. Hotel is spotless and the staff are brilliant all around the hotel they couldn't do enough for you. We had an issue with the neighbour coming to the room 2 in the morning pi**ed out of their skull and putting TV on full blast but rang reception they were straight up to deal with it. Plenty of choice of food which is all cooked beautifully. You have fridges full with water on the beach with toilet facilities also on the beach. And the carretta restaurant which will prepare you meals by the beach. They honestly can't do enough for you and are lovely people! IGNORE any bad reviews, you won't be disappointed I'm glad we went and won't hesitate to go back.

I am currently staying in the hotel. However cannot make a reservation at any of the separate restaurants. Please can you tell me why I have paid the same as everybody else yet I cant get a booking in any of the a la carte restaurants. Hardly fair!!!

After an upsetting time due to Thomas Cook going down our friends booked for here and we’re not disappointed Serpan in the bar is a credit to this hotel we’re were looked after by him such a sweet young man. Just 2 things that we weren’t keen on was the beach needs to have separate sun shades looked a little cattle shed like all cluttered together and the water in the pool was very cold could be a little warmer in the later months. Overall we had an amazing 10 days and met some lovely people.
