Very nice and quiet hotel with a large pool area. Delicious food in the restaurant with plenty of choice. The staff is extremely friendly and very obliging. The large and clean beach with plenty of sun loungers and its own bar can be reached in five minutes.

A wonderful place to spend a great holiday. Very nice garden and pool area. All areas very clean. Polite and friendly staff. Very good food. Beach very nice, always free loungers available. Beachbar with drinks and food included.

This hotel is simply great! Great service and very clean! The staff is always friendly and although always in a good mood in stress! If there is a problem, then the dear people from the reception always try to solve it right away! Children's animation is a great relief for the parents! The animation team is also very good and strives for the guests! This hotel is 100% recommended! Pure vacation! Whoever was there once comes back again and again! In this hotel is everything your heart desires and what you don't have at home!

Well, what can I say, we had some huge concerns about going given the fact it was all German guests & we were English! I absolutely wish we hadn’t worried, it was a fabulous holiday. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are lovely, food was great & so much choice….beach restaurant, pool bars, waffle restaurants…. Honesty, you could want for more! The staff in the restaurant were superb, especially Ebru, she was adorable & remembered everything without fail! The bar staff were also excellent & went above & beyond to try to make us feel welcome. Special mention to Ali & Hassan, great cocktails 🍸 Moving into the entertainment….. words will never express how great this entertainment team were. We have been to many countries & never had such a fabulous entertainment team! Eddie, Hasret, Ersin, DJ Mali ….. they were all just fabulous & made our holiday special!! Finally, the German people were lovely, made us so welcome & we have made friends for life! Novum Garden, we cannot wait to come back….. Thank you 😊 ☀️…

Nice hotel, very clean and the restaurant staff were just so lovely Reception staff were so rude and not helpful at all. We wanted to get a late check out on the last day which I emailed about months in advance. They said to wait until we arrived to ask. We asked the first day we got there but they advised us to wait to nearer the end of the holiday. So we went the day before, man sent us away and said we had to come back at 9am the following day (which was the day we were leaving). Went back at 9am for them to say there was no rooms available. Very unhelpful with where we could go to shower after we checked out of room. Had to shower in this grubby room and shower- it was dirty and had hairs all inside- clearly was not regularly cleaned. I would not go if you are English- everybody is German and the reception staff knew no English so was very hard to communicate. The night manager was very rude and had eyes rolled at us multiple times. Not nice when you come in from a late flight and are greeted with someone rude and un-helpful! Most sunbeds were gone every morning. You have to get up super early and leave your towel there if you want one. Food got very repetitive in the buffet but was nice tasting. Had burgers and chips by the pool which was a nice change at lunch. The staff in the restaurant/buffet were SO lovely, we got to know them and were speaking English to us pretty quickly as they would recognise us! Overall- would not go back but was a very nice hotel and very clean. Just wish the reception staff were a little nicer. …

Chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews and have to say it definitely met those high expectations. The staff are wonderful and friendly, always ready to help. The food is the best we have had (having stayed in a few hotels across Antalya). Varied and generally tastes good. The rooms are so clean, the cleaner on our floor cleaned the room every day even when I did not put the light on for cleaning. Pools are clean and there was always sunbeds for us even when we went in the afternoon. Location is fine, you are 15 min car drive from Novamall and just under 30min drive from the land of legends. It mainly caters for German citizens so the staff speak turkish/german and English is limited. I am turkish so we were okay but my other half (not turkish) did have trouble communicating so if I wasn't there it would have been somewhat tricky. But the staff are so lovely and make all the effort! Generally great hotel to visit, definitely one to reccomend!…

What a fantastic hotel with accommodating staff. I am unsure where to start, but this hotel is a real treasure in Turkey. We stayed in July with my four-year-old daughter, and she loved every second of it. The hotel is immaculate, and they cleaned our room daily even though we didn't require it. One thing is sure about this hotel; you will never get hungry. The food is impressive and delicious. There are three adult swimming pools and a kids' swimming pool, which are all impressive. The sea is beautiful, especially in the mornings. There is a restaurant by the beach too, and you don't have to go to the hotel for lunch. There are so many bars in the hotel, and they are all delightful. Someone can easily do a pub crawl. Overall, it is a beautiful and spotless hotel. I would recommend anyone who is considering going to this part of Turkey. We are coming back again next year. Before I forget, thanks to hotel manager Mr Bulent Ercan who was extremely helpful and friendly.…

Magnificent hotel ! Amazing and unique. Anyone who has ever been to this hotel comes here again and again. Once Novum - always Novum. There is a special, very warm atmosphere here. Friendly, communicative and competent staff. Service at a high level. Cleanliness is everywhere, a lot of greenery and flowers, the water in the pools is perfect. Room cleaning excellent! And at a time that is convenient for me. Top notch service desk staff and guest relations. Very varied cuisine. Just one continuous gourmet pleasure! There are themed evenings, Gala Night, night bistro, cocktails for every taste. I am delighted! The hotel has an excellent animation team. The artists are great!!! Charismatic, friendly, they make the rest unforgettable! Professional dance groups from different countries. Mini club is the dream of any child. The beach is always clean, very convenient entrance to the sea. Enough sunbeds for everyone! There is food and entertainment. The hotel also has a gym center, spa, shops. You can use the services of a hairdresser, photographer, doctor. My huge respect to the hotel managers for the great work done. This is top class. Everything was great. We had wonderfull rooms, the food was as usually delicious, the staff was very friendlich and helpfull. We simply had a great time and can recommed this pace, which is a little heaven on earth. This year (2022) we had already great holidays in June and October. So you see we like it very much.
