Staff rude, food cold, bar areas filthy and under stocked only alcohol vodka, gin and beer. When paying £10 for two shots of malibu. Very few staff spoke English. Rep had been informed many times of problems and nothing changed. Seems only geared up for the French. Nothing at all to do in the evenings and only hotel lobby to sit... More

So glad we read the reviews before travelling as we were prepared for "THE TUNNELL". Our hearts sank as we were led to our room through the dreaded tunnell under the dual carriageway. They sank even further when we stood on our balcany to be faced with green, tin sheds with smoking chimneys!! Our toilet seat hit us on the... More

We have just returned from our second visit where we secured 10 nights all inclusive for £380 each which we considered a bargain. We found the hotel to be much the same, food had actually improved from our first visit although fish night... More

Went to his hotel with my partner in September 2011 after looking through the Thomson brochure and liking the look of the place. The brochure is decieving!!!...The hotel is right next to a busy dual carriageway (more like a service station motel) and our room was actually outside of the resort! We had to walk through a tunnel (underneath the... More

arrived after food had finished but nothing had been set aside for new arrivals. The accommodation was clean and tidy but we were located under a tunnel and away from the main area as shown in the brochure. The hotel is occupied by French holiday makers too, who are not particularly friendly towards the british or the staff, infact very... More
