While camping at Kinkuna we were very much looking forward to lunch at Woodgate. It was a very disappointing experience. The food in general was poor. I had the worst steak I've ever paid for. The main person serving us was very surly and we...More
Called in for lunch after a morning at the beach which as usual was fabulous . Unfortunately the same can't be said for the bitters lime and soda water I had. Bitters was merely tipped in no swirling it around the glass no slice of...More
Quality pub meals at reasonable prices. We have been here a couple of times and like the food and atmosphere. The seafood options are decent but could be more generous portions. Regardless, we'd still return.
This pub has great friendly staff, awesome food, great live music, Friday night raffles and much more! Come and visit for lunch or dinner and say hi to the friendly manager Kroppy!

Food was good, classic chicken parmy. Busy on weekend nights, so best to book a table for larger groups. Typical small town pub with lots of friendly locals. Can get loud as night goes on, best to go earlier evening for families with young children.

Hi Ian, I can't answer this VERY GOOD QUESTION, but suggest you ring the hotel. I can't recall the TV set ups in the bar, but as it has a Gaming Licence for TAB or similar, and was broadcasting horse racing and other sports when I was there, it'd be likely. Many 'Mexicans' like me are in QLD now, and demand to see the Aussie Game :) Good Luck, Shame about the Tigers. I'm in Hervey Bay and there are plenty of pubs and bars to watch AFL here. Cheers, Robyn
