Dear karengrave2016, We are more than glad you had the opportunity to enjoy the magical views of Monte Verde seen from El Establo. We're very sorry about the problems with the room lights. However, it should be noted that the hotel is surrounded by the cloud forest, and the reason why the lights are dim is so as not to affect the forest environment. We have addressed all your concerns with the team to ensure we improve on this. We thank you for your opinion because for us it is of utmost importance the opinion of our customers to implement improvements and always provide the best service. Greetings! El Establo
