We were greeted by a lady who seemed to take pleasure in telling us that the advertised gym - clearly being shown in the rolling advert in reception - and basketball facility were no longer available (much to the disappointment of our 2 teenage sons). We asked what alternatives were available and were offered a flat football (for which we... More

The rooms are perched on hills - steep hills. Each room has rocking chairs that face the balcony which faces the mountains. The view is breathtaking! Rooms don't have AC, but you don't need it. We were there in early July and it felt pleasantly cool at night. Hotel shuttle takes you to restaurants, pools, and other amenities on site... More

To make a short story, the hotel is nice for its location and overall is clean. It's on an entire uphill peak so you're taking shuttle or walking often.. Which is fine. The service there is lacking further perpetuated by a not so nice manager by the name of Brian Avila. When I notified Brian that my key wasn't working... More

The location in the town and views were terrific. The rooms were oversized and roomy, bathroom was modern, limited space to unpack so I didn't. The way the hotel is designed the rooms are spread out in tiers up the steep incline of the mountain, which means you are relying on transportation to go back and forth to your room.... More

This hotel is perched on a hillside. Our view was great. We slept looking at the hillside and stars. The hotel bathrooms were spacious and lovely, though dimly lit. Be prepared to take the shuttles to and from to rooms because each of the 9 buildings is straight up hill. The shuttles were very prompt, however. Breakfast was very good.... More

Hotel is built up the side of a mountain with beautiful views and so much wildlife to enjoy. We were concerned when we saw it didn't have AC but it is so high up in the clouds the breeze made the rooms very comfortable and even cold at night. Our entire family enjoyed it.

The location is great and has beautiful views. The front office people were very friendly. The down side is if you wanted to go to the pool, eat breakfast or eat at the lounge you needed a shuttle. The shuttles were free but the driver seemed irritated that he had to drive us up to the restaurant and then pick... More

Had a junior suite with amazing views of the pacific and sunsets. I highly recommend this resort hotel. The room was two floors with king beds. The restaurant is great. The property is huge with trails and a zip line tour. The staff is so friendly and very helpful.

This hotel was exquisite. I loved the spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and absolutely stunning views from huge panoramic windows. My group of friends and I were fortunate in that we were able to get rooms in the 500 building (highly recommended you reserve your room there if possible). There were complaints about no WiFi in the rooms, but some of... More
