We been in Hedef in the middle of October. We are a couple with a little baby. The room was very large and it have comfortable bed and balcony. Before we go I was read many comments here, and many people complain for the cleanness. That is not exactly true, because every day the cleaning women cleaned the room and change the sheets. One of the problem is that to staff is dosen't speak English, maybe because 99% of the guest is Russians. The food is not perfect, but is not poorly. It have many option - BBQ, salads, sweet cakes, pasta bar, pizza and traditional food like "giozleme" and others. The quality is not the best, but quantity is huge. Every day the same food. The pool is good but very crowded, and is not easy to find sunbed after 11h. The hotel have sunbeds, food and drink on the beach. Beach is not like in paradise, the water is not cristal, but It have sands and it is near the hotel. You must weiting for drink and ice cream. The music is only Russian and Turkish and it is very loud, not for couples with baby. For the price we are pleased.…
Stayed at Hedef in August 2017, would never go back. Hotel is OK, it was full of (mostly drunk) Russians and their behavior was horrible, demanding, they push you, don't wait for their turn, throwing up every single day in hallways,on the stairs ,beach... leave the mess everywhere, just terrible. Everywhere was overcrowded and yet not enough staff to cover it at all, huge shortage of workers in every field! Staff was soooo tired, working so hard like slaves, 24/7, you could see in their eyes sorrow and sleepless nights. I think that no one ever cleaned or washed the sunbeds. Bar (if you could call it a bar) at the beach was dirty as well. Would never go back to this hotel, very dirty EVERYWHERE, I blame owner for this situation, he needs at least 100 more workers and Russians (most of them) MUST and should learn how to behave!!!…
This hotel it used to be ok, some time ago... But now I will not recommend to go to. It's not a pleasant place to spend your vacation not at all.......... The place is too dark, no air-condition anywhere in the hotel. The standard room is ok, but the air condition is just above your head not to good at night. Beds are too old. It's not too clean. No one speaks English since all guests at the hotel 98% are Russians. They don't bother with the English. Well, this is my last time in this hotel for me and friends Serge
Room - we had nice, clean room, with good view. Food - not tasty, big rows; Dinning hall is Huge and it is good; There are clean 2 Big Swimming pools and aqua park, but very crowded; also I advice to take Yacht Tour in Alanya
This place is dirty folks.... The territory of the Hedef hotel is now well kept at all - dirty, the beach is dirty, swimming pools are dirty and nobody cares, rooms are dirty, towels are dirty, bathroom hardly been cleaned - dirty, even mirrors are dirty, stayed one week for the conference - the rooms was never cleaned, not once! Balcony was dirty, full of sand, windows - dirty. Food not good at all - the gooish mass that was given cannot be counted as Turkish food, plates were dirty, glasses dirty, tables - dirty, floor dirty....I had to rinse spoons and forks in the bathroom as they were just plain dirty! No WiFi on the floors, even in the reception it was weak... personnel were unkempt and unorganized, poor English... There was a spa,.... but I did not go - I can only imagine how dirty that was... DIRTY!!!…
