Saphir Hotel & Villas comes highly recommended for its exceptional cleanliness, with guests regularly commending the spotless rooms and pristine beaches. The hotel boasts a wealth of amenities, including a variety of dining options and entertainment that contribute to an energetic yet balanced atmosphere. Despite some concerns over service and noise, many visitors speak highly of the attentive staff and the overall value provided. While the majority of guests relish the comfortable rooms with picturesque sea views, a few suggest that some areas could benefit from modernization.

For me, the score overall is good. The hotel is located far away from Antalia Airport. You have to spend more than 3 hours on the way with the tourist transfer. Water in pools during the summer months are too warm, it's impossible to cool down. At least one pool with cooler water would be desirable. The music at the main pool is too loud, it prevents young children from sleeping in rooms for a day's sleep, and adults can't stay in that noise all day too. Food iin common is good, no special offers (seafood) etc.
There's not even music outside the restaurant in the evenings. You should think about live music here, or at least play something over dinner. there were no fountains working in the area. Rooms are cleaned up every day. There is no shampoo in the rooms, you should wash your head with liquid soap. It's not a 5-star hotel-compliant service.
Alacarte restaurants are below average. I don't recommend visiting them, I'd rather have dinner at the main restaurant.
The animation is organized very good.

Many thanks to the best waiter I have ever met before Mr.Mustafa. Our meals were really charming with new surprises every day.

First time in Turkey and Saphir hotel provided everything we hoped for and more!

Hotel premises and rooms are superclean (we stayed at building 2) which I value the most when I rate some hotel. Clean, nice smelling and well maintained. Staff is wonderful and helpful, and always at your disposal weather it's restaurant staff, entertainment team or cleaning staff.

Hotel is packed with activity opportunities - waterslides, kids playground, kids' animation in a Smurff themed houses, football pitch, theater stage, two pools, video games, gym, spa, a la carte restaurants (not true a la carte but still interesting) and many more. Ultra all-inclusive is exactly that ... always something to drink and eat and the food variety is something you can not describe. Even if you dislike a particular style of some dishes the amount and variety will make even the pickiest eaters will be satisfied. Drink variety it somewhat less but still you have it accessable at every time and step so you won't be dissapointed.

Beach is mosty sand with smaller patches of pebbles and sunbeds and sunshades are available on a long private beach to all guets. Each day we found something new and interesting. Attendion to detail is great and you can see it on every step. Did I mention how clean it is?

Hotel is packed full with guets and it's always bussy so don't expect solitary experience but that doesn't mean that you can not quiet places to spend day, afternoon or even few working hours if needed in a business cabinets available at the central hall.

Finally, the gardens...it is something that makes Saphir hotel above others and like I said, we have not visited other hotels, but this you can see even while driving aloongside the road. No other hotel has such spatious and wonderful gardens. It is wonderfully maintained and real pleasure walking through and it brings the heat down during the day.

Warm recomendation to anyone, especially families.

Really nice hotel. We enjoyed our holidays with children (2+2): they had fun in the pools, swam and jumped over the waves in the sea. Food selection is very wide, everybody could choose what to eat. Rooms were cleaned everyday: everyday towels were changed; linen was changed every second day.
Animation was good, even if we saw better evening programmes.
Over all, we enjoyed the stay and recommend the hotel.

At this moment we are in Saphir hotel.
After arrival on 18th of June 2022, we got the room on the last floor, which had a very beautiful view towards the seaside and some part of the city.
And here it starts - broken wc, telephone was not working. Had to wait approximately 1 hours for the plumber and maintenance team to arrive to our room.
Regarding ULTra all IncLusiVe pack - keep in mind, that no international alcohol drinks are not included in menu, only locals, rather than it is stated in arrival brochure, that it included, in real you can only buy for tripple price in lobby bar.. Qustioning the bartender, pretends, that he doesn't know nothing about this..
Food.. nahh nothing special, every day the same.. from the main courses, deserts was quite ok, but everything else is almost the same, looks more like general eating place, rather then ultra all inclusive 5 star hotel. Had to spend 1 day in the hospital, due to infection. Stomach burn everyday, but seems like this is not happening only in Saphir. Went to some different places, meeting with different people, and sharring our experiences, they had also the same problems.
Regarding the entertainment.. hotel's atmosphere is created more for the family travel and recreation. As for the adults, nothing at all, maybe if you will be lucky, and if you will arrange an appointment with the reception, they will tell you about the program, but few nights we tried to go to open air disco, and everything was closed. Fair enough, had a good time next to the hotel club.
Be prepared to give tips for everybody, or you will be sorted and a second type of human being, nor they are trying not to show this. If you will want to go for some excursions, better go to the city, and there are a lot of more convenient and more fun companies, who can arrange for you best time spending arrangements.
No information from the beginning on the reception, trying to give in spa center only "pay money" services, although turkish sauna and other spa services, are included in Ultra.

Our conclusion, never again into this hotel. And not for this money.
Not recommended. But it is only personal opinion. Nothing else.

Great place to have a good vacation with lots of fun, good food and in a great place. The food is almost the same everyday, but the variety and quality is at good level, everyone will find something. As for the territory, everything around is clean and green, lots of tress etc. The beach also is clean, but to take place, you have to arrive at about 7-8 in the morning, or at about 16, when some people are already leaving.

Big thanks to the animation team and especially iLHAN. Great guy, had some nice talks, played football and you always can see big effort that he puts in his work!

Pros:
The gardens are lovely, so green and lush
Pools are very nice
Lots of sunbeds, near the pools, on the beach, in the gardens under the trees, plenty for everyone
Food was great
Rooms were cleaned every day, everything was very clean
Comfortable beds
We stayed in the Diamond building, the rooms are spacious.
We loved the pier, it is great for walks
Staff was really polite and friendly but they don't speak english well.

Cons:
Incredible thin walls, you could hear every noise from the rooms next to ours.
The entrance in the sea is a little bit steep. Not a problem for swimmers, but for small children is not the best.
Low water pressure in the bathroom
Wi-fi is not the best near the pool or on the beach, required constant reconnection. In the room it was good quality.

To sum it up, it is a lovely place and we had a nice vacation. :)

My first stay in Turkey was in Saphir Hotel and Villas. For more than 4 years I was thinking that it was my first and last stay in Turkey ever. Staff is extremely unpolite. I've have met such an unpolite receptionist, front desk manager and shift manager. During checkout I forgot to brought the key from safe and our bus should to leave in 5 minutes, so I asked for a member of the staff to take the key and payback my advance payment for the safe. Front desk manager refused to do that and once I've asked for my deposit to be paid back, I even heard some really bad words referred to me because being too "annoying" with my requests.

There were multiple misunderstandings, e.g. once we left our towels in the morning on sunbeds, we found then into the trees. Each time you need to reserve the sunbeds from late night but there's no guarantee that you will find your personal stuff on it. One morning we found kid type of life preserver completely damaged (by knife) and broken next to the sunbeds.

All in all it was my worst experience ever staying in this hotel so I made my first impression only based on the experience I had there but don't let this feeling across your minds, as there are some other amazing hotels in Turkey and even in this region.

Hotel in economy class. Beautiful, well-kept surroundings. Good beach, bar, snacks. Two large swimming pools, one with three water slides, the other with a children's pool nearby. There are no sunbeds available at the large pool at 9am. There are various activities around the pool during the day. Ice cream is distributed during the day. The restaurant has a wide variety of food, but it is often cold. Lots of desserts. There is definitely a choice of food for children, with a variety of milk drinks and lemonades. There are themed dinners, Turkish cuisine, seafood etc. There are 3 a la carte restaurants, we had fish in one but missed it. The food is not very fresh, not tasty. Tastier food in the shared restaurant. I wouldn't recommend the cocktail bars as they just don't know how to make them. The quality of the cocktails is very poor. You can only drink beer, wine (mediocre). Children's discos every night, but always the same. Same music, no programme. Evening programme varied. Some nights are really cool, others are very amateurish. I would suggest replacing the same two older editors, not very charming :) Room arrangements are cool. Cleaned every day, towels changed every day. Staff friendly. Room card often gets demagnetized. General atmosphere of the hotel, cleanliness is good :)

A very nice place to spend your holiday. High standard of hotel services. Friendly and helpful staff. Great activities for families (not only) with children. Despite the large number of guests, the whole area was always very carefully maintained.
