Amazing hotel, best possible location in Antalya region. Reception Staff need to become a bit more welcoming... other than that great services, food and atmosphere. Best thing about the hotel was the orange tress .... FRESH FREE ORANGES :)

This was my fifth time at the Saphir Hotel. The last time was in October 2023. I really enjoy coming to this hotel and already feel at home. It offers everything you need for a nice and relaxing holiday. I attach great importance to cleanliness and this can be found in the room, in the restaurant, on the beach, actually everywhere in the hotel. The food in the restaurant tastes delicious, varied and, as I said, beautifully served. The beach and pier are very beautiful and very well maintained and continuously cleaned. The SPA is worth mentioning. I took advantage of professional and pleasant massages every day. These are the best massages I've ever had. Absolutely to suggest. The gym is also adequately equipped and offers every opportunity to train. The evening entertainment is very well attended and also offers interesting performances. After the entertainment, it's time for disco. I think it's a pity that the disco bar wasn't open this time and hope that it will be open again next year. A big thank you goes especially to the hotel director, the reception manager and the beach manager. My next trip will be at the Saphir Hotel next year.

Little heaven, We have been several times in Turkey so we have a real basis for comparison. We spent 7 days in this hotel and reading some of the previous posts we feel as if we were not in the same hotel. We thought a lot about what negative things we could report back, but we came to the conclusion that there is nothing – of course we have different expectations. We would rather list our positive experiences: Entering to the hotel: beautiful garden, conveys the feeling of being in an oasis, clean and tidy, you can smell a good scent inside the whole building. Everything is organized, maintained, super clean - don't be surprised if you see a cleaner cleaning surfaces that I suspect you wouldn't do yourself at home. The pictures show the truth you will get what you see. Attitude of staff: warm welcome, helpful mentality, they really want you to have fun&relax - they feel where the line is between pushy and kindness independently from cleaning, restaurant or reception staff Free living space: despite of full house we always felt comfortable we found no queue in front of buffet table or waiting for elevator – it seems math works😊 This hotel offers a lot of entertainment options really for every member of the family. Don't worry you won’t be able to try everything during one week stay. Meal: surprise awaited us every day, the variety that you can not imagine. Kitchen from different areas like Ottoman, Mexican, Italien, fish etc. Beautiful food sculptures, foods that I didn't even know existed. There are different buffets&bars in the hotel area. Everyone will find food to their liking, whether they are meat lovers or vegetarians. And now I remember that I still have a negative experience that is the extra 2 kg I put on myself because of fresh and delicious baklava… Drink: more than enough selection, if what you want is not on the drink menu, the staff is helpful&creative, I guarantee you won't stay dry. Beach: the sea water shore is pebbly however where the sunbeds are located is sandy. Despite the end of September, the water was so warm that we could have been in it for any length of time – I loved that feeling. We preferred to stay on beach pier, we do not know the reason but in the afternoon we felt the same good smell as you can in the sauna. The staff constantly took care of cleanliness and waste removal. Location: I assume that there is no such thing that you can't find in the bazaar which is appr. 300m away from the hotel. I had no idea how large an area it was. If you do not prefer bazaar you can find outlets also. If there were still not enough entertainment options small amusement park also located near the hotel. I can highly recommend it to everyone, especially for families.

This hotel was great and exactly what we needed for our break in Turkey. Located right on the beach, we stayed on the 5th floor in a sea view room and it did not disappoint. All staff were very accommodating and could not do more for us, the country as a whole do not speak English fluently but I don't think this a problem, we are not in England after all!! Everything is geared towards a German speaker but this is because there a larger German presence in Turkey than English! My only complaint would be the lifts/elevators in the hotel, they are extremely slow and my Mum has mobility issues so we had to wait a long time, in a very hot corridor (I would recommend getting air conditioning throughout the entire hotel) for a small lift that only fits two people in comfortably. They definitely need updating but this had no negative impact on our stay! The food is in abundance, we did not go hungry and found the variety of food satisfactory for the week we spent there. They have multiple options of where to eat throughout the day, we especially liked the snack bar. Also special shout to Mazmul from entertainment who was always eager to ensure we had fun and were comfortable, and also Serkan from the restaurant who made sure we ALWAYS had a drink in our hands!

I was in a hotel for 7 days. I want to tell that in the hotel i was robbed, from my wallet disappeared 50€ and hotel did nothing do with it. Also minibar is always empty and it wasn't working when we got there. And bunch of other things. I don’t recommend this hotel to stay for the weekend.

Relaxing vacation, nice hotel, good beverages and meals. One thing that must to be changed is paving stones on the sidewalk, it is terrible solution use that stones. I stayed in room 3604 and every morning and evening local staff transporting food and etc. from main storage to the Diamond restaurant . And carts made such terrible sounds what my family couldn't sleep. P.S. Internet quality and coverage is bad. 5star hotel and so bad Internet in now days.

First time in Turkey and Saphir hotel provided everything we hoped for and more! Hotel premises and rooms are superclean (we stayed at building 2) which I value the most when I rate some hotel. Clean, nice smelling and well maintained. Staff is wonderful and helpful, and always at your disposal weather it's restaurant staff, entertainment team or cleaning staff. Hotel is packed with activity opportunities - waterslides, kids playground, kids' animation in a Smurff themed houses, football pitch, theater stage, two pools, video games, gym, spa, a la carte restaurants (not true a la carte but still interesting) and many more. Ultra all-inclusive is exactly that ... always something to drink and eat and the food variety is something you can not describe. Even if you dislike a particular style of some dishes the amount and variety will make even the pickiest eaters will be satisfied. Drink variety it somewhat less but still you have it accessable at every time and step so you won't be dissapointed. Beach is mosty sand with smaller patches of pebbles and sunbeds and sunshades are available on a long private beach to all guets. Each day we found something new and interesting. Attendion to detail is great and you can see it on every step. Did I mention how clean it is? Hotel is packed full with guets and it's always bussy so don't expect solitary experience but that doesn't mean that you can not quiet places to spend day, afternoon or even few working hours if needed in a business cabinets available at the central hall. Finally, the gardens...it is something that makes Saphir hotel above others and like I said, we have not visited other hotels, but this you can see even while driving aloongside the road. No other hotel has such spatious and wonderful gardens. It is wonderfully maintained and real pleasure walking through and it brings the heat down during the day. Warm recomendation to anyone, especially families.

Really nice hotel. We enjoyed our holidays with children (2+2): they had fun in the pools, swam and jumped over the waves in the sea. Food selection is very wide, everybody could choose what to eat. Rooms were cleaned everyday: everyday towels were changed; linen was changed every second day. Animation was good, even if we saw better evening programmes. Over all, we enjoyed the stay and recommend the hotel.
