We spent a fantastic week at Doganay Beach Club recently. Our stay was especially pleasant thanks to hotel manager Ibrahim who looked after us before we even left the UK. We emailed the hotel asking for their help sourcing an airport transfer when we couldn’t book one from the UK. Ibrahim was fantastic arranging us a private transfer at a great price and staying in communication over email and WhatsApp to make sure we were happy with the arrangements. When we arrived at the hotel Ibrahim was there to greet us and it was lovely to put a friendly face to the name. Our room for us and our child was lovely and the hotel had everything you could ask for on an all-inclusive holiday - plenty of food, drinks and entertainment for the kids and adults. There at two pools (one a bit quieter) with pool snack bars preparing fresh food and drinks in between main meals. We particularly enjoyed Turkish night (on Monday’s) and the fish a la carte restaurant (which you should book when you arrive as it gets fully booked). Management (including Ibrahim) are very visible at the hotel and they are doing a fantastic job, along with all of the fantastic staff, to keep guests from many different countries happy. When we couldn’t get a table at the a la carte restaurants, I told Ibrahim and he was able to get us a table at both. He also arranged for us to be taken to the shopping outlet and the Marina restaurant (very reasonably priced compared to UK restaurants) both of which have affiliations with the hotel and can be reached by free shuttle bus provided by the hotel. The only thing I would say is that you are left to your own devices to get up to speed with how things work in the hotel - where the pools and restaurants are, how quickly the a la cartes get booked, what kind of drinks are provided at the bars, the etiquette of other guests etc, so took us a few days to find our bearings. But all in all, after not getting away abroad for 3 years since Covid, we were very happy with our choice and the price we great paid to get some sun, sand and relaxation. This was our second visit to Turkey and we will definitely be back again.…

Just came back from a fab 2 weeks at the beach club doganiy myself Allison and Darren we stayed in room 5001 lovely view of the sea the hotel was stunning the food was stunning lots of choice snack bar with lovely pizzas and chicken curry was lovely lots of choice lovely cocktails all staff where brilliant they can't do enough for you will return I recommend this place

We have enjoyed several holidays at the Beach Club Doganay Hotel in Konakli, nr. Alanya, Turkey, but, as a result of Covid, missed out over the past three years. However, we managed to go there again from 4th. to 18th. May 2022 and enjoyed it immensely once again. It may not be as lavish as some 5 star hotels in the Antalya area, but I doubt if you would find as value-for-money 5* hotel around. There are two large pools and an attractive beach to laze around, with snacks and beverages available at all times during the day, and the main dining room offers a large range of meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, where you may enjoy indoors or outdoors at your convenience. The Garden Bar is open from 10 am to 2 am every day, where the range of drinks, including cocktails are varied, and all included in the price of the hotel. The facilities also include a wellness health spa, an outdoor children’s play park, tennis and basket ball courts, evening entertainment organised by their own Animation team, a pre-bookable a-la-carte restaurant and a nightclub disco, but we did not partake of these facilities on this occasion. The rooms are more than adequate, with fridge, T.V. air conditioning and free safe, and the bathroom is quite spacious. Rooms are serviced daily. In all, a hotel that offers real value-for-money, but their most valuable asset is certainly their staff. Without exception, we were totally satisfied with the service given by all, which made our appreciation of the hotel all the more special. Particular mention must be given to Yeliz, in Reception, who, from the time of entering to leaving the hotel, couldn’t do enough for us. Truly a value to management. Wow what a place we had the most amazing 10 days here (was supposed to be a week but we just had to extend) lots to do and the entertainment team were just the most welcoming people! Big shout out to Alpe! What a guy he's hilarious and just the kindest guy! Remembered all our names amazing considering there was 12 of us! There's so much going here entertainment every night was so good and the kids had the best time! They are asking when we can go back already! The rooms where great cleaned daily and spacious. We had the most incredible view. The hotel was just beautiful my 2 year old loved seeing the lights from inside the lift. The pools where great and the kids loved the water slides. The beach is also such a small walk through the tunnel and wow the water was so clear and warm there's a nice shaded bit under the pier 30c with a 2 year old so we played there with her. There was foam parties down there too which were also amazing. Food was great the breakfast was amazing! The omlettes are something else haha. Lots of choice for all meals and the all inclusive was really all inclusive the kids eat their weight in ice-cream! The first night we asked for a table for 12 and every night after there was the most beautiful table for 12 set up always different with flowers. Also a member of our party had a birthday there which we mentioned and they made a birthday cake specially and we all sang happy birthday it was just beautiful!! Loved this hotel from top to bottom. The staff work so hard here, non stop cleaning & serving, entertaining team were so funny, entertaining, fun & always happy to help. So upbeat, swapped instagram with a few of them to stay in touch. Sinan is one of the nicest guys who we met, he is always the first one to smile, to say hello & to make sure we are entertained & having a good time. Definitely laughed a lot at his aqua pool classes.

Had a brilliant time here, staff were very welcoming and friendly and catered for everything we needed. Always entertainment on and food available 24/7. Great place for a family holiday.
