The Senza Garden Holiday Club garners mixed feedback from guests. While the location is appreciated by some for its scenic charm, others struggle with the hilly terrain. The hotel's atmosphere, dominated by constant poolside music, has been a point of contention for those seeking tranquility. Room conditions are frequently criticized for cleanliness issues and dated aesthetics, despite occasional positive remarks on modernity. Service quality and amenity satisfaction vary, with commendations for friendly staff contrasting complaints about neglect and additional charges. Overall, many guests question the value, feeling that the experience does not match the price or advertised promises.

My husband and I vacationed during the period - the end of June to the beginning of July, got an unforgettable experience. The first thing we learned was wi-fi paid, $2 - 24 hours per phone, although when choosing a hotel it was stated that wi-fi was free. For $150 they offered a room with a sea view, we declined. We were settled overlooking the cliffs, which were about 2-3 meters from the balcony. The room is literally dirty - dust on the furniture, the floor is so dirty, you can't walk barefoot - the sole of your feet is black. Cleaning the room consisted only of taking out the trash. There was one worker on the beach (unfortunately I didn't specify his name), really a master of his trade - both clean and orderly. We come to the beach, he will wash and wipe the mattresses, set the table, etc. He's very grateful. Yes, green, but not groomed, either there's no gardener or he doesn't know his duties. As for food - at this time only apples, oranges (not always), grapefruit, cherries and watermelon were made of fruit, and where summer fruit - nectarines, peaches, plums, melons, etc. Loved the fish restaurant Ala Carte.

We rested in this hotel in August with a 3.5 year old child. We have been to many places, but this is our first time in Turkey. If you like nature, sea and mountains, then this is the place for you. Food at the hotel is 5+, fish, meat, a huge amount of sweets and fruits, for every taste, your child will not go hungry. Waves are not a hindrance, we chose this hotel for swimming with a child, there were no problems even if there were waves around, we always swam on our beach, even went to the sea several times. We don't like swimming pools, so relaxing by the pool and bar is not for us. As many people write on the beach, the bistro bar prepares very tasty Margherita pizza, be sure to try it. We bought a standard room, but immediately knew that we would ask for a replacement upon arrival. We were immediately offered $150 for a room with a sea view, right on the cliff. 2 minutes to the restaurant, 7-10 minutes from the beach. You will have to walk a lot, be prepared. But there is a shuttle bus to the beach, the main thing is to understand the hours of its arrival. The hotel is remote from the infrastructure, so if you are interested in bazaars, then it’s a bit far to get there. We found a good shop at a nearby hotel and bought sweets and spices there as gifts for our relatives. The only thing that surprised me in the room was the lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste. The room was cleaned daily, bed linen and towels were changed once every two days. There are lines at the restaurant for the grill and for the french fries. The food is delicious, we were satisfied with everything. Animations almost every day, various games by the pool (but we didn’t relax there, we saw them when we walked by), a lot of different nationalities relax in the hotel, I didn’t notice any negativity towards our family, they generally love children very much. In general, I have very positive thoughts from my holiday, I hope my review will help you in choosing a hotel for a holiday with your family, the main thing is your mood. We were satisfied)

A year later we returned to Senza again, I’ll write right away that I like relaxation in movement, I like to walk and admire the wonderful views, and the number of places for aesthetic pleasure here is innumerable, as well as stairs, so the review will be based on comparison. The hotel provides its regular guests with preferences - at our request, at no additional cost they accommodated us in exactly the building that we asked for, and then they also offered to move to a room with a simply fantastic view when it became available, but the child vetoed the move... And so it remains the same:
These are the rooms: furniture, plumbing, renovations do not sparkle with newness, but they cope with the task - the mattress is comfortable, the faucet does not drip, the refrigerator freezes, there were no problems with hot water, although at night we had to wait for hot water to flow. The pools were just as well-maintained, and you could swim from morning to night; they were cleaned after 2 am. The territory also remained almost unchanged, a children’s playground appeared on the middle tier next to the grill bar, but for some reason it didn’t work, more on that later..., the covering also remained the same - paving slabs mixed with asphalt and concrete, in some places they painted and updated stairs, the hotel has a lot of pine trees with bat nests, banana palms, various bushes and a lot of things that can grow on the rocks. There are also chickens with clings walking around the playground, there are even more cats and lizards. Compared to last year, the already delicious pizzas on the beach have become even tastier, the grandmothers who fried pancakes are even more smiling, the choice of cheeses for breakfast has increased, there are no queues in the restaurant I saw the grill bar, but it wasn’t working, we missed the delicious chicken on the grill, and during “show time” you could be pleased with drinks there. All strong alcohol is poured from fifty gram bottles, this greatly increases the order fulfillment time, as a result in the evening there are queues at the bar, even despite the simultaneous work of two bartenders. “We were lucky” to catch the renovation of a neighboring hotel, so the sound of the waves and the cries of the seagulls were abundantly diluted with the sounds of a working grinder and hammer drill, they promised to finish the construction by the end of May.
Unfortunately, the volleyball court never appeared, darts were also held on the beach, I didn’t find bochu, new tennis rackets and ping-pong tables appeared. Overall, we were pleased with our stay at the hotel, but the construction and queues at the bar were a little annoying. We will definitely come back here if there are any good offers.

NOT A 5 STAR! I would be kind and say 2 star at best. Where do I start…. The hotel room was crawling with ants, the shower was covered in limescale along with missing tiles, the sink was barely on the wall as it was just welded to a rod and filler which was barely sealing it to the wall at all. The floor in areas was lifting, the beds looked already used as the bedding wasn’t neat and was Infact dirty with staining and visual dirt. The toilet still had previous users stains along with female sanitary products in the toilet bin. The walls, floors and windows were very very dirty. There was no safe to secure any valuable items. We raised these issues to staff who got very loud and angry about this and we were told we haven’t met our LoveHolidays rep yet. We didn’t care about a rep but we were told if we don’t have a meeting with him he can cancel our transfers back to the airport including our flights! Apparently the meeting was to confirm our transfers and flights (which I’ve never heard of) so we had a meeting and it was to try sell us excursions and group trips etc. we requested our room to be changed to which they told us this wasn’t possible so we asked for cleaners to attend to our room which we were told the rooms are only cleaned every two days. We went back up to our room to have a look online at other options but there was no wifi. We come back to the lobby and they told me it was a charge of £41 for the weeks worth of wifi to which I told the receptionist I only needed it for the afternoon. I was made to pay the full £41!!! We immediately booked the earliest flight home (the next morning) and we slept ontop of the bed in our clothes until we could leave as the sun come up. The hotel refused to book us a transfer to the airport until another member of staff intervened. We had to pay in advance a sum of £113 for the transfer which then took us to the airport. Highly highly recommend staying as far as you can from Senza Garden. Our 7 day all inclusive lasted less than 40 hours! Disgustingly rude staff, disgustingly kept facilities, disgustingly kept rooms, disgusting place to be.

Where to start.. First this is more a 3* then a 5*. It isn't all inclusive you still have to pay for fresh orange juice 4€ at breakfast time then outside they have fresh juices for 6-7€ not worth it, ice cream is the same. The dinner finishes at 8:30pm and after you only have soup until 2am then they add boiled eggs, cucumber, tomatoes, olives and cheese with bread. This is left overs from breakfast and not fresh. Breakfast always same option at luch they change one thing all rest continuas the same and at dinner they add other things that becomes a bit better. The bar at the pool close at 2am then there is no more drinks, at the beach they only serve wine or beer and food is pizza, hamburger (most simple thing and not good), salad or fries and this closes around 5pm to eat and 6pm to drink. And the room we stayed wasn't bad for the size of 3 people but the shower was almost no water coming out especially if you a woman it's quite hard to wash your hair. The cleaner just comes to do your bed the towels aren't change and the rubbish in the bathroom changed after 2 days and no water was put in the mini fridge we always had to make sure we bought. Last not to say is if you are a older person or have any disability won't be the best option as you have to walk so much or climb stairs especially from and to the beach it completely kills you. We stayed so far like room 700 and was bad. And the amount of staff there selling things was so bad always asking first where you from and trying to do deals even when you say not interested they continue, and most staff working had difficulty in speaking English. Me and my friends just like the time we spend on the beach and pool and able to have meet some nice guests there that had same option of the place. The animation was very poor and the hotel next to ours was always on fire we just wished we had gone to the next one but we no now that this would be a no next time we wanna visit Turkey and would not recommend to anyone. And just wanna mention that the store that sells bags and clothes next to the pool bar where such a lovely couple we bought some items quite cheap and they were so kind.

I vacationed with friends in September. All the most unpleasant things began immediately with the decision. They don’t hesitate to demand 200 dollars to put you in at least a bad room and closer to something. Wi-Fi costs $3 per day. The numbers are dead. Showers are a different story altogether. People themselves pumped out the water so that it would not flow into the room. The rooms are not cleaned at all. Not well maintained. For the first time I was faced with the fact that there was nothing to eat out of the abundance of food. It felt like plumbers were working instead of cooks. The staff is not friendly. Angry fat guy at the reception. Angry bartender in coffee on the beach. When you ordered pizza from him, he yapped in a language you didn’t understand. People who arrive at night until the morning sit at the reception. At the bar in the evening there are lines like for sausage in the nineties. Complete unsanitary conditions. In short, people don’t want to ruin their vacation, then this is not the place for you.

One star for food, second star for nature.
The hotel is not typical: it is located on the mountains, pine trees grow on the territory, and in some places the nature resembles Italy.
BUT it doesn't deserve 5 stars at all.
It’s interesting that all tour operators list this hotel as 5*, but on Yandex it’s 2*.
Starting from the rooms where there are ants running around, pipes are leaking in the toilet, the door to the room is internal and can only be closed with a button (latch) from the inside. That is, the security is only nominal. We were placed in a room in the main hotel building on the first floor overlooking the wall.
The room was not cleaned for 3 days and shampoos, gels and all that were not brought.
There is also a tiny TV, which barely shows 7 channels in different languages with ripples.
Wi-Fi is paid, about 4-5 dollars a day, if I'm not mistaken.
The only alcohol at the beach bar is beer and red/white wine, which I pour into plastic transparent cups 0.33. The bar is only open from 10:00.
The second bar is located by the pool. It is impossible to reach it from the beach.
Several times in the dining room I was faced with the fact that there were no clean forks. I had to walk around empty tables and collect cutlery myself, because the staff also couldn’t find forks, just shrugging their shoulders.
I found the “disco” once during the whole week. Either they started after 11 pm or there were none at all.

Pros:
The food is very tasty and there is a lot of it, varied, there is meat.
Nature is beautiful.
Hotel on the mountains. You can at least try to do fitness while you walk to your room or go down to the sea with a full belly.
The beach has small pebbles, making it comfortable to go into the sea.
The sea is magical, warm, but this is not the merit of the hotel :)

The hotel is not ULTRA all inclusive, it is 100%, it is not 5*. Maximum 2-3 stars.

You need to go to the hotel in the best possible mood and with an open mind. It’s better to forget how much you paid for this hotel and imagine that you are in a 3-star hotel. Then there will be less frustration.

We chose the hotel just a couple of days before departure; the price was very attractive. This is a hotel-village on a picturesque hill near the sea, consisting of a couple of dozen buildings with several rooms each. Upon arrival, we paid $150 for a room of a different category with a gorgeous sea view. This turned out to be much more profitable than initially taking from a tour operator.
The food is varied and of good quality from morning to evening, alcohol... regular hotel alcohol, served from 10 am to 2 am. In order not to ruin your vacation, it is important not to forget how much you paid and expect accordingly. In my opinion, the price-quality ratio in this hotel is excellent: we came for the sea and the sun - we got it (the sea is warm, thanks to the breakwaters you can swim even when there are waves, there were always enough sun loungers and umbrellas)... we had a good room, We were regularly cleaned, we were fed deliciously, and were entertained at times, but we were also able to entertain ourselves (I, for example, relied more on books; the children were given the Internet, which worked reliably and well). We took a break from the bustle of the city - the hotel is closed from the noisy D400 highway by the natural terrain, and it’s literally 10 minutes to get to Alanya or Konakli. We enjoyed beautiful views. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Five stars is too much for this hotel. After a long journey, we arrived at the hotel at night, and the accommodation went smoothly and in a nice atmosphere. After reaching the room, we wanted to have a drink, but despite assurances that welcome drinks were waiting for us, the fridge was empty! We were also disappointed with the view from the room, the lady at the travel agency said that all rooms had a view of the sea, ours had a view of the stairs and the neighboring building. The room was quite clean, but there were two sets of towels for three people. The bathroom seemed clean, but the mirror was dirty and the shower door was stuck. Cleaning staff terrible. He only takes out the garbage, doesn't sweep or wash the floor, the sink is dirty all the time, the beds were made only once, the towels were changed once upon request, and you have to ask for toilet paper, even though you left a few euros, nothing changed. We had to refill the water ourselves because no one cares whether there is water in the fridge. Air conditioning great. Large restaurant, beautiful view from the terrace, very good food, very nice and helpful staff, it was clean, someone was sweeping every now and then, the tables were cleaned quickly, there was always cutlery and plates. The beach is clean, the sea is beautiful, and unfortunately the sun loungers are occupied with towels for half the day. Beach bar with drinks and good snacks with friendly service. The main swimming pool with pleasant water, unfortunately, just like on the beach, towels are left on the sun loungers overnight in order to make a reservation. This is irritating because it's hard to find a seat after breakfast. The animators are great, very nice, smiling, trying to fill the time of the rest. The service at the reception was fine, apart from the lady with black curly hair, she was very rude, she didn't try to help, a typical servant girl and one gentleman whom we had previously asked to call a taxi at a specific time and after half an hour of waiting he pretended to be surprised and then said that the taxi would be up to 5 minutes, after another fifteen minutes we were already angry, only after an unpleasant exchange of words did he call a taxi, which arrived after two minutes. Total disregard. The area itself is very large, but a bit neglected. One yellow bus cannot transport all those in need. Indeed, there are a lot of stairs, uphill. This is definitely not a hotel for people who have problems with mobility, or families with small children. Despite the inconveniences, we had a nice holiday, which was rewarded by beautiful views, beautiful weather, nice service in the restaurant and bars, and animators. The travel agency should verify the number of stars awarded and not mislead, because currently the hotel deserves three out of five. Mil

This is my favorite hotel, which amazes with its views and nature) my husband and I have been there 3 times already. The first time in May 2012, then in September 2014 and last year in May 2023, we vacationed there again, we were a large group of 14 people and small children. The hotel has stunning green and beautiful surroundings. If you are going to a hotel to enjoy nature, then this is definitely the place for you! Pay special attention to the restaurant overlooking the sea, standing on a cliff! The views are amazing, you won’t find anything like this anywhere else! We have been to the most luxurious hotels in Turkey and believe me, there is a luxury hotel and the restaurant is an ordinary dining room where there is an echo and everyone rattles spoons. And here, having a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoying the view of the sea, it’s just an unforgettable experience! There are always enough places for dinner, and the views of the sea and the night view from the cliff to the lights of neighboring hotels are also very beautiful. We celebrated our anniversary in this hotel, they made us a separate table for a huge company, decorated everything beautifully and fenced us off so that we could have fun, but this, of course, came at a cost.
By the way, there is a children’s playground in the restaurant, it turns out that children play and parents relax in peace, it’s just great!
It is very good that the entrance to the Sea is sandy, and there are breakwaters that protect the beach when there is a strong wave, it is very safe for children and you can always swim regardless of the waves. By the way, for children there is a separate pool with water slides, and for parents there is a bar near the pool)) The view from the upper level where this one stands is gorgeous. There is a bit of a lack of flowers and blooming rose bushes, as we remember this hotel used to be surrounded by greenery and flowers, but apparently when the hotel was renovated they would be cut down.
There is also a huge swimming pool near the restaurant, where sometimes karaoke and various games take place in the evening, and foam parties and water sports during the day.
The hotel has an amazing smell of cedars, eucalyptus and coniferous trees, you can walk and enjoy.
In addition, the territory is very huge, there are many steps, I think we counted 108, and there are also many paths for walking. With a stroller and small children there are paths and downhill paths. The funicular does not work in other respects as in previous years. There's a lot of walking at the hotel, but that's a plus; you definitely won't gain weight! There is a free minibus running around the hotel grounds that takes you from the rooms to the reception. beach and restaurant, so you don't have to walk if you're too lazy.
The food is excellent, varied on a Turkish night in the show restaurant, the alcohol is tolerable, poured from different small bottles, the waiters are polite and try very hard. Special thanks to manager Kadyr, he always resolved all issues and helped.
In general, the hotel is excellent, you will like it! By the way, this year we will go there again with a large group of friends!
