The Aria Resort & Spa Hotel comes highly recommended for its exceptional cleanliness and extensive amenities, with guests particularly enjoying the pristine beach and spa services. Many guests agree that dining and spa experiences provide good value, although a few point out that drinks can be pricey. The service at the hotel is often commended for being friendly and professional. While the location garners mixed reviews, the vibrant atmosphere, complete with lively entertainment, is a hit, though it may be too loud for some. The rooms are celebrated for their cleanliness and modern touches, but the size and storage space may not meet everyone's expectations.

This hotel is honestly the best we’ve been to. My boyfriend and I travel a lot and always go all inclusive, but we have never experienced facilities and service like this! The rooms were cleaned even in late afternoons, with rose petals and fruit being left out for us on a couple occasions. The facilities were wonderful and the free spa was lovely and the extra services were so good for the amount you pay i.e- the massages. The food was always delicious with so much variety and even themed nights. E.g we had the pleasure of Turkish day where they even set off fireworks! Although the extra free restaurants weren’t really to our taste, the food and services they offer are brilliant considering it’s all free. Entertainment was also good and the animation team and staff were all so friendly and helpful. You wouldn’t even have to get up to get drinks half the time as they’d just bring them to you! One staff member in particular, Kadir Ogurlul, was one of the most lovely people, so friendly and helpful! The man deserves a raise for how much trouble he went to just to ensure we always had everything we wanted/needed. Naz was also a delight and so nice - such a fun person to be around…especially on a night out!! We really loved the location as a 7€ taxi away was the city centre with markets and loads of shops, restaurants etc. Closer to the hotel were also some small shops and a shisha bar which we found ourselves visiting very often due to the cheap shisha and such friendly staff there too. We definitely recommend this hotel as we paid such a cheap price for so much!! The private beach was also perfect, we could literally go for a swim whenever we felt like it. We never would have dreamed for such good quality food, facilities, services and location with how little we paid!! :) only thing we thought to improve would be more entertainment events (as some nights were just music) and my boyfriend would have loved some blankets during the evenings! Besides these minor improvements, there’s really nothing bad you can say about this hotel. Even for off-peak season it was sublime.

Hello,
our only experience with Turkey started this summer at the Aria Hotel and I think our feelings after the holiday couldn't be better. Check-in was quick, the room was cleaned every day, the minibar in the room was replenished regularly and the reception was available 24 hours a day. 5/5 in that regard.

In our opinion, Turkish cuisine is one of the best in the world. A different selection of food every day, so 5/5 for the kitchen as well.

The price of the resort is difficult to evaluate because we flew last minute through a travel agency, but still... it was worth all the money we paid, so we rate it 5/5.

The beach was clean and maintained every day. Free sunbeds and umbrellas. 2 bars on the beach - one with food, the other with drinks. Gradual entry into the sea from the beach, greater depth of the sea from the pier. The only downside is that there is no underwater world at this resort. With bigger waves, the barriers that are built work perfectly, so you can swim even in bad weather. During larger waves, the sea was relatively polluted with plastic. But if I evaluate it all together, I give a beautiful 4.5/5.

The animation team was very friendly and I would like to thank everyone for a great week! I must especially thank and praise Volkan, who participated in almost all the animations and was great and friendly. And the biggest thanks to our darts colleague and the best DJ Murat, he was really fun. 1,2,3 - bye bye! Love it! <3

The only minus we found is that there is not much life in the evening in this resort, but for disco lovers it offers trips to discos in the city or neighboring resorts, so everyone will find something for themselves. What could definitely be improved is to write on a board every morning what time it will take place, surely more people would come to specific events, but these are small things that do not determine the overall feeling of the holiday.

We made some great friends on this vacation and combined with this great location we rate it as the best vacation of our lives. Thanks Aria and we will definitely meet again sometime.

Greetings from Czechia.

A hotel without any complaints!!! I utterly recommend it to everyone as there wouldn’t be a person that won’t like it. The staff all around the hotel is kind, polite and careses the guests. All pandemic measures are observed - the staff is wearing masks, there are disinfectant gels at all areas and I also saw how toilets were regularly disinfected, the food is served by the personnel and etc. The interior and exterior is modern and chic as it is NEW! The animation team is consisted of acrobatic guys who make an incredible show at the evening and attract you dances and sports excercises by the pool during the day. The food is various and really tasty, especially the barbecue at the evening, you can find fresh grilled fish, döner, köfte, steaks. Not to mention about the salads and desserts, which were also delicious and diverse. Ice cream could be fetched from the amphitheater, the producer is “Algida”. There is always a free table to sit either inside in the air-conditioned zone or outside by the pool, as there are two pools at the hotel. The staff made us a specially decorated table, which was really kind. The underpass tunnel connecting the two buildings of the hotel and the amphitheater is gorgeous especially for the kids with Disney characters. A lot of photos could be made there. The water slides are nice, they work for 2 hours at the morning and 2 hours at the evening. If you accidentally feel hunger during the non-eating hours, you could go to the snack bar to have a burger, pide, watermelon and etc. Beverages were also good and various, “Coca cola” producer and I guess they are not diluted. About the beach, you don’t need aqua shoes as there aren’t any rocks you step only on sand. There weren’t jelly fish and seaweed at all. There are sunbeds by the beach and on a pier where there are 6 pavilions with better shadow for sun which are for free, but easily get filled.

I hope I didn’t forget anything, as the hotel is brand new and wonderful. I just returned from there and I was eager to write a review. What is more, it could be said, that my family and I were the first Bulgarians there and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it everyone out there. Keep on Aria hotel, you are perfect, I hope that you hold the standard and the prices so I can return again next year!

We stayed for 10 nights late June/ early July and we had a superb time. Transfers take around 2 hours if you are travelling at night or early morning and pointless paying for private taxis as you'll save very little time.

Actual hotel is really nice, we were in Block B but it makes little to no difference which block you are in. Rooms aren't massive but an alright size for a 2 adults maybe more of a push for a child as well. Air con is good and spacious and modern facilities. One word of warning crickets make a racket all night (literally all night) and one did manage to get into our room and they do make it onto the landings again making noise.

Food is overall good, ate out maybe 3 times in 10 nights, plenty of variety in the food and they do have theme nights I.E. Mexican and even have a Kebabs both meat and chicken during our stay. Breakfast is definitely not your typical fry up but loads of variety and an omelette station and pancake station, as well as your morning chips for the kids 😂 they do however do cereal as an alternative. Snackbar at the beach entrance does Burgers which were really nice as well as left over kebab some days again spot on. Several bars on the site doing a good range of drinks including cocktails.

Pool areas are really nice and well maintained with some bar service on the loungers, entertainment team are also really good and try to include everyone from adults and kids for various activities.

Al A Cartes you have 2x one is turkish which we went to, you have to book for both. The other being a fish restaurant near the main swimming pool but we didn't go. Once was enough for us but the food was good and service excellent.

Staff overall are brilliant, some do struggle with English but they are so helpful and friendly.

Overall I couldn't recommend this hotel enough. Made some amazing memories and wouldn't hesitate to recommend for people to stay. Main centre of Konakli is 6 or 7 Euro in a taxi, pay Turkish lira as we were doing well on the exchange rate. Stacks of shops and restaurants in the cente. Alanya is a bit more in a taxi but huge choice of restaurants there if you do fancy a trio out.

We are about to leave this resort, wishing we had booked longer.
I am writing this honest review for all it's positives but it wouldn't be for everyone.
The bar staff are lovely, they work extremely long shifts but never stop smiling.
The Anime team are brilliant. There is daily morning yoga classes which my 14 year old daughter loved, and water aerobics followed by twice daily water polo. There are other activities we didn't participate in like darts, beach volleyball and table tennis.
You do have to be down early to get a sunbed as they are all rederved with towels by around 9am, but we took it in turns to come and get them.
The snall private beach is nice, with a jetty off the centre with more sunbeds and cabana's.
Watersports are available to the right of thr hotel on the beach for pretty reasonable prices. Our kids did the paragliding, but you can also do jet skis, banana boats etc.
Our highlight was on Thursday afternoon where the family pool beside the slides (which are great fun and open 10-12 & 2-4) was host to a foam party! The resident professional photographer captured the fun and we bought a few pictures at around 5Euros each.
There are 2 pools, the other is beside the main buffet restaurant, and seemingly alot queiter.
We are in our forties, so the music around the family pool played most of the day quiet loud was right up our street, but not for everyone.
The tiles around the pool are extremely slippery and 3 out of 4 of us fell over on them. We did witness quite a few guests in arm slings, which could be a coincidence.....
The Spa was wonderful, with package 1 offered being just enough. A nice relaxing turkish bath, followed by a skin peel amd a 30 minute massage. Well worth paying a visit.
The food was nice, but not great for fussy eaters. Luckily we stumbled upon the beach shack for lunch time burgers otherwise I suspect our son would have lived off chip's every meal.
There is an a la carte which we haven't got round to trying as generally we have been satisfied with the main restaurant food.
There is nightly entertainment outside B block through the tunnel which we never saw but was extremely noisy from our room until 11pm wveey night.
We had a family room in B block which consisted of 2bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
We cannot fault the rooms or the hotel in any way!

Just up the road, less than 5 minutes walk you can find some market shops selling all kinds of immitation goods.
There is also a little cafe on the left before you reach the shops where you can indulge in a shisha for 6Euros

We would 100% come back here for another family holiday, but also as a couple. I just know my 60 odd year old parents wouldn't have liked the music!
Thank you Aria resort and spa for a truly memorable family holiday. A well deserved 5* from us x

We had a great holiday . The hotel has everything you need for a relaxing stay . The views are amazing . The service from the restaurant team led by Kadir was great , the team were so helpful and all the customers were met with a smile and nothing was too much trouble , these guys work so hard but always have time for the customers .

The rooms are basic for a 5 star hotel with really limited wardrobe space and nowhere to hang a dress but they had everything you need for a relaxing stay, the mini fridge is topped up with water everyday and the air conditioning is amazing . The room is cold within minutes . The air conditioning should be on the floors around the hotel as these are roasting as soon as you step outside your hotel room door. The tv channels in English are very limited, we only found BBC World news which becomes a bit monotonous after a few days so please look at this Aria.

The hotel has a great mix of customers staying Germans Polish Russians and a few brits too . This hotel isn’t for party animals as it’s very quiet after 1030 pm but there is a nightly show on in the grounds and this is advertised outside the restaurant each morning . The food is lovely with loads of choices for all three meals and all very well presented and the sweets are gorgeous . The beer is Efes only which is a nice pint , the bar nearest reception has a full range of drinks , the imported drinks will be charged for but there is plenty of local spirits available on the all inclusive option and you can even get Tequila shots.

There is a grand bazaar in the town on a Wednesday where great bargains can be bartered for and will cost around 13 Euros each way in a taxi and these arrive quickly when you book at reception .

There is a bar service burgers and fries a few steps down the steps from the hotel pool by the restaurant if you become peckish between meals .

There is a gym and Turkish bath on site too

If you want a lovely relaxing stay where you have everything you need in one place this hotel has it all

Dear Erdall. thank you for your review and choosing our hotel as your holiday destination. The internet in the lobby is free and it is extra charge in rooms starting from 2 euros per day. But if you buy it for several days , it works our cheaper. We think it is a reasonable fee and it is not a problem for majority of guests. The internet in lobby is strong enough to make calls. Most of people come for the sea and sun and not to spend their holiday in their phones. Our beach is sandy with slow and sandy entering into the sea, which is cleaned all the time, beautiful parasols from palm brances and free pavilions to use - we are not sure what you didn't like. The reception during check-in times gets very busy as many guests come by groups. So the reception staff can not explain to every guest about the consept of the hotel. Therefore, every guest receives concept of the hotel printed in English/ Turkish/ Russian / German / Dutch. You can always contact Guest Relations Department, right side from the reception, where all your questions about the hotel will be answered. Best Regards, Aria Resort Hotel

Lovely hotel & staff nothing was to much trouble , big shout out to animation team keeping everyone entertained. Food bit repetitive but always found something to eat. Plenty of
sun-beds aria has quiet pool also main pool and slides where animation team are big beach & pier all spotlessly clean . negatives smoking is allowed all out door areas so beware none smokers. Also we had beautiful room overlooking sea , pools, dining area could not fault view room 1207 but room very small with double bed that was horrific to sleep in did ask for a topper were given extra quilts we managed but after 14 nights was back breaking. We also had single bed and pull out chair bed in room ? There was little storage space so beware take your own hangers. Rooms cleaned everyday towels changed. We didn’t go on holiday to stay in room so made do. Air con in room really good & nice shower room. We still had amazing holiday but room let’s hotel down & the smoking enough space there to have designated areas. Aria has the most amazing spa facilities had a package deal & haircut well worth every penny. Booked a few trips with the hotel all really reasonable priced & good value be aware that the buses are dreadful air con & you do spend a lot of time on the bus. We still had amazing 14 days met some lovely people thank you aria.

We arrived on 21.08.24 at 9.15pm, were on the road all day, were very hungry and tired, asked the receptionist where we could eat and were told to wait for the night soup until 12am, and the time was 9.15pm and dinner was just over. This day was paid for by us and why it was not possible to offer even a sandwich to a hungry child - we do not understand. They offered to treat themselves to welcome sweets at the entrance (lucum and leftover cookies). I'm sorry, but it's not very fair and proper to the guests. Such a meeting was very disappointing. I wanted to give the hotel three stars, but reading the reviews, I see that the hotel is trying to correct the flaws and therefore four. We had plenty of food, variety, enough taste, dishes were always warm and replenished in a timely manner. The waiters were friendly and approached us periodically. Particularly liked the girl at the end of the restaurant hall on the right side., she had time to help everyone, was very quick, welcoming and smiley, at the end of the vacation tried to sit at her tables. Incredibly customer-oriented, better than male waiters, sorry. The staff treated everyone equally, no one was singled out. I liked the animation, even though we're not really into activism. Guys would come up to everyone and invite them to classes, but in a very comfortable, unobtrusive way. Music was played in different languages: English, German, Turkish, Russian, etc. My husband and I noted that you have a very cool DJ, a great selection of music. There were always enough beds on the beach and at sea, never occupied beforehand. The maids rolled us different figures from towels (left 200 lire daily) replenished the tea and water supplies, were friendly, did their job not badly. Didn't like the fact that access to ice cream is only a couple of hours and there's no cream, the most expedient. Didn't like the fact that it's impossible to take the same apple to a child for a snack during the day. You have to wait for either lunch or dinner, and there's no more apples. Lobby cocktails can't even be made for money. The hotel itself is very clean, the employees carefully monitor the cleanliness, rub and wash it day and night - a huge plus! But the sea in this place was disappointing: dirty enough, but it's not the hotel's fault. If you swim in the sea and look towards the hotel, on your right hand on the cliff there will be a viewing platform from where you have stunning views of the Resort, there are stray cats (lots) living there, please take them food if you go there. Whiskas can be bought in the nearest migros.
