The hotel is very nice, there is plenty of entertainment by the animation team, so you won't get bored here! Only the food is a bit less, very much the same and very dry. The rooms are fine, you can get around easily and your refrigerator is replenished with bottles of water every day.

Whoever wants a very luxurious hotel do not come here. This hotel is simple but still very good. In June i booked 3 rooms for our family holiday and unfortunately i read a lot of bad reviews after booking which made me scared for the holiday. Fortunately, we found most things to be okay, it is visible that the hotels team have learned from the bad reviews and changed up. The hotel is very clean, they cleaned our rooms daily and we received clean towels. The hotel rooms are a reasonable size and have balconies. The food selection is not that large, however everyday it is new and delicious food. I feel like the only food that needs changing is desserts as they are all pudding based. There are two pools, one big and one small, unfortunately there are no slides. Other than this there are shops, hairdressers and turkish hamam available which was amazing. The hotels private piece is about a 5 minute walk, the beach has food and drinks but not a big selection. The beach has rocks and inside the water there are more so i recommend shoes. Whilst we were there the sea had very big waves. The staff at the hotel are very helpful and lovely. The downsides of this hotel- The wifi is very weak and not available at the beach. Our bathroom had a shower which was like a wet room making everything soaked. Most of the music was only Russian and Polish. The snack bar has horrible and cold food. Non of the fruit are fresh nor have any taste. The night shows were alright however during the day there were no activities nor animators. There are many shops near the hotel but no centre. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend to anyone who would prefer a more simple hotel.

It seems good, but for this price it could be better. We vacationed with my husband in October 2023. This is our first experience of traveling abroad and, to be honest, we cannot say that we are delighted. Firstly, keep in mind that the hotel is aimed at an audience of 50+ and Europeans. You can count the youth on one hand, as well as the Russians. Because of this, there are very big problems with the Russian language; very few of the staff speak more or less Russian. Main languages are English/Turkish. Therefore, immediately prepare a translator for those who have problems with English. Secondly, nutrition is a separate pain. The entire menu is almost the same. Breakfast includes only omelettes or boiled eggs. The side dish is rice/pasta (the pasta is not salted at all) and meat, which is also not always edible. For all 8 days I ate only bread and greens because the rest was practically inedible for me. Perhaps this is again due to the fact that the hotel is aimed at Europeans and, accordingly, the cuisine, apparently, is also more suited to them. Things are even worse with sweets; the most delicious sweet is only baklava, but, alas, it was not available every day. Thirdly, there is practically no entertainment program, or rather, of course there was one, but its quality leaves much to be desired, so young people literally have nothing to do there. As far as I heard from the guests, discos are held every day at the pool bar, but my husband and I never got to them because... Because of the time difference, we went to bed after dinner. The beach at the hotel is not bad, quite clean. There are quite a few sun loungers, so when we got up at 7-8 in the morning we immediately went to take a sun lounger, and only then for breakfast, etc. The beach is rocky, so you can't go barefoot. The bottom is also rocky, so I advise you to purchase special shoes for swimming. Also, near the shore at the bottom there is a very large “cobblestone” several meters long and everything would be fine, but in some places it is very sharp and I hit my knee on it several times, and my husband bloodied his foot. Back in October it’s still a bit late to fly there because... the season is over and strong waves are already starting, you won’t be able to swim much even though the water is very warm. The water in the pools is cold, few people swim. In the sea the water was much warmer. The water is clean. It is also better to reserve sun loungers in advance, There is nowhere to go nearby, there are very few shops. In general, everything is bad with souvenirs: we went around everything in the area and found nothing at all. There is a feeling that everything that was not sold in the 90s is being tried to be sold to tourists at an overprice. The shopping centers nearby are just some kind of drains with everything in a row of dubious quality and even at the price of Russian original stores. Money is accepted in dollars/euros/liras, but I am still inclined to believe that it is better to exchange for liras and pay with them. To sum up the whole experience: I cannot recommend this hotel. In general, there are still more disadvantages, so when we decide to fly again, it will definitely not be to this hotel.

This is a very honest review. I haven't visited Turkey for 8 years and it has obviously changed. It is slightly more expensive and more built up but that's obvious in our changing world. The street sellers are no where near as pushy and a simple no thank you will do. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The food was a bit hit and miss however the salad bar and dessert bar was beautifully presented. The snack bar by the pool is limited, chips burger chicken nuggets and small salad. The chips were often cold as the air con was blowing on them. The buffet restaurant is clean and spacious and the staff work very hard. If you are expecting British food then this is not for you. You have to remember that you are in Turkey a Muslim country so no bacon and sausage for breakfast and Turkish meatballs kofte and stews are the main dishes and actually very tasty. The pools are very clean and pool staff are regularly clearing glasses and ashtrays. The bar staff are lovely the cocktails are strong!! The animation team work hard and long hours to entertain. The cleaning team are fantastic and nothing is to much trouble. The beach is a bit of a trek the hotel is not backed by the beach and lots of hotels have sections on a small patch. There are lots of shops but the best are out to the left of the hotel where you can haggle more successfully. There is a chap called Hiro who is a rep for a tattoo studio that walks around chatting for a sell, but I have to admit we did go and have a look and the studio is clean friendly much cheaper than the UK and the artwork is fantastic. My partner did get half a sleeve done as a birthday present half the price and time than UK and amazing art. If you are into tattoos I would highly recommend Cleopatra ink studio. All in all we had a very relaxing and lovely time here. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay memorable.

We arrived around 2:30 am (in the night) with 2 small children and was craving for a Nice room til sleep after travelling 10 hours. All the good reviews read before arrival made us no doubt about the hotel… but that turned out to change pretty fast.
Our room was filthy, dirty and disgusting! It was so tiny with an extra bed we didnt order.. the floor was dirty like they forgot to clean the room (hair, dust, plastic, and sugar was to be found), one bed sheet stank! Its was disgusting, it smell like wet swimmingssuit and moisty armpits..
The nxt morning after complaints to reception, everything Got fixed and the room was now liveable. Thank you, but still…. Not acceptable.
Choose this hotel if you like: - Crowdy hotel - very loud entertainment that stops around 11pm, so if you have small children please request to live far away from the night events - the neighbor hotel playing very loud music, deafening this hotels music.. its like the two hotels are having an music war against eachother.. oh my goodness - To wait in line everytime the buffet opens - egg shells in your scramble eggs - same kind of food everyday - horrible lunch restaurant down by the pool - wet chairs in the lunch restaurant, because everybody eats in the main restaurant at lunch time with their bathing suit, even thou they say its forbidden? (Because the pool restaurant sucks!!) - cleaning staff that doesnt understand english - “street sellers” in the hotel (the hotels spa&hamam goes around try to sell their hamam and massage to new arrivals.. the so called Kleopatra Ink an tattoo shop has an appointment with the hotel to have an street seller go around and Harass the guests to come make a tattoo with a very good Price and wont take No for an answer.. wtf .. when Im on my hotel i want to relax… There is lot of street dellers outside the hotel and i dont need Them inside the hotel..
The 2 stars is rewarded the hotel staff, which as read is kind and serviceminded.
Not coming back and not recommending

Dear Guests, Thank you for your review and your criticism. Thank you of course for your kind words about our hard-working and nevertheless always smiling staff. We of course would like to give a short comment to some of your points of criticism: Due to the high season, the high occupancy, the presence of many small children and unfortunately guests, who do not obey to the hotel rules, it is not always possible to interfer and see to it that everything is clean 7/24. Our apologies for that. It is not fair to expect knowledge of foreign languages from our cleaning staff. One can only expect this in business-class hotels. There are probaly no hotels in Turkey that do not cater services like shops, tattoo, shisha, market, etc. to third parties. In your case it would be advisable not to travel during the high season, but to prefer the months of May, June, September or October. For your next holiday we wish you all the best and thank you for your visit. Kind Regards, Titan Hotels

Vacationed with parents from May 19 to May 28, 2024. Titan Select Hotel is close to the city center. 800 meters to the village of Konakli and 12 km to the center of Alanya, a convenient 2-minute stop. The market is a 2-minute walk away - open until late. I really liked this hotel. The check-in and reception staff are excellent. They helped us carry our things to our room and sort out the safe. Alsou, Mukhiddin, Akhmet, Mahmut, the reception staff are very friendly, they speak Russian. The room is very spacious, cleaned every day, there is a minibar with daily updated water. The food is excellent. The food is varied. Meat, fish, fruits, sweets, salads. Everything is very tasty. You won't remain hungry. You can always eat. The road to the sea - beach is 5 minutes away. On the beach there is also a snack bar with food and drinks - beer - wine. On the beach, the staff of Veli, Şehmuz and Dover Ergün are very polite and always smiling, the beach is cleaned - it’s always clean, there are enough sun loungers as many sunbathe by the hotel pool. Internet is free in the hotel in the room and in public areas. The hotel is excellent, 2 bars, one of them 24/7 alcohol, many free cocktails, no queues as the bartenders serve quickly, Animation - for children and adults - never boring. . I will come to this hotel again. I recommend this one to everyone

From the start: Arrived at the hotel at 5am the check in was quick, however no information given on breakfast times where to find things if needed like normally other hotels ive been to would explain. 1 key for 2 people. When i asked for a second key as i got locked out one day was told to bring it back as soon as possible. Also staff barely speak English, always greeted me in Russian which wasnt nice of them asuming my nationality. The room was ok size, wouldnt say 5* at all. The mattress linnen is too small, so every morning i would wake up sleeping directly on the mattress which felt disgusting. The shower didnt have a raised barrier so after a shower the whole bathroom floor will get flooded and ended up slipping once, and so did my son. Corners dirty. The balcony door needs an extra lock at the top, my 2 year old managed to open the handle and open the balcony by him self, which is very unsafe. Wifi was ok, allowed only 1 device connected at the time, which was very annoying. Food - breakfast was disappointing every day. Lunch and dinner had better choice. Pools are ok. The tiles are extremely slippery, would recommend to wear swimming shoes. Also the beach is pebbled, with large rocks in the water, deffinately dont recomend to be bare foot. Spa- masseuse from Bali was great, prices were ok for the spa treatments. Smoking- couldnt enjoy eating on the terrace as no location for non smokers. Also the entertainment is outside which means guests were smoking all the time. As a non smoker i found this extremely irritating that i couldnt enjoy anything without being exposed to second hand smoke. This includes the pool area. I have been to 5* hotels and this is deffinately not one of them.
Also keep in mind, despite of paying a lot of money for the transfers, hotels etc, you are expected to leave a tip. I even had a rude driver asking me to tip him, when i said no he rudely mumbled something a walked off. Most drivers drive like maniacs, constantly on their phones, i always felt unsafe in any transfers, including tours.

very detailed review right here, straight up this is definitely not a 4 star hotel if you are a young adult this place is not for you, this hotel is mainly for elderly and retired people. First advice i would give DO NOT listen to the trip advisor you will be told that you have a meeting the following day of your arrival DO NOT listen to the person you are given as they pressure you to book an activity with them, they will act like they are giving you a good deal however you will find wayyy better deals when booking OUTSIDE the hotel next to either the beach exit or taking the 5min walk outside the hotel, it’s really annoying how they will try plan your holiday for you as some people have just come to relax and find things for themselves. Another advice would be do not be deceived by the buffets i didn’t speak to one person in this hotel who did NOT have an issue with the food, however if you are looking to diet they do have a decent selection of salads and a few decent things here and there if you are lucky. The bar does come with unlimited alcoholic drinks, beers and mocktails so that is one positive about the hotel. The pool is a nice chill spot however one advice i would give to the activity staff is if someone doesn’t want to play an activity do not force it on the person some people have come to stay and chill in the pool, overall i’d give this hotel a 4.5/10 some positives but many negatives think it just depends on luck you are better off getting a known good hotel then this.

Dear Chanez, Thank you very much for reserving some of your precious time to write a review on your stay with us. Of course we appreciate that very much. However, we think that we have the right to comment on some of the negative points in your review in order to inform other guests who consider to book our accommodation. First of all, our accommodation is for people of all ages. The fact that you didn't meet many people of your age is more related with the period of your travel than with the concept of our accommodation. April and May are the travel months for the retired and people with small children that don't yet go to school. The excursions offered by your travel agent are optative for the guests. As accommodation we don't interfer in the prices and offers. We merely give them the opportunity to offer their packages, while we are solely concerned about the well-being and relaxation of our guests. We are sorry that you had an issue with the buffets, but we can't comply with your opinion. Maybe your dislike of the food is related to the large offer of vegetables and the lack of fast food. Fast food is offered at the beach from 11:00 AM until 05:00 PM. Most guests value our buffefts very high. We hope you took home some nice memories of your stay at Titan Select and thank you for your visit. For your next holiday we wish you all the best. Titan Hotels

We are 2 and 14 days here on vacation. After a few years of coming back and yet a number of people who still recognize you. Many employees of the animation team are still there. The hammam was also delicious and the massages super good. Sinai and Erdem are also always friendly. Kadek and Koma are very good massagers. Highly recommended! What is also delicious is the beach bar where you can eat and drink in between. Very friendly people and very helpful. Sehmuz was really very attentive! Despite the fact that it is also very hot for the people, the people work very hard to make the guests feel comfortable. All in all a clean hotel, food good and people very friendly! Hotel is also close to many shops and beach.

First of all, the employees at the hotel are amazing people. As far as I can see, they are all great people, from the cafeteria to the animation team, cleaning staff, whatever their duties are.
We couldn't be happy with only two things, I want to share this situation as a family!
* Two things made us unhappy, not only our family, but also several families around us were unhappy about this issue. The first is that certain places are dark and dark, which is frightening because you cannot see when the water spills and people can fall.
* Secondly, even though the bath was by appointment, they still said it was a bath for ten people. It seemed ridiculous to me that there is no point in having an appointment so that others can enter as well. Apart from these two questions, we were very pleased with all the staff, the garden attendant, the garden attendant and the bartender, and we would like to thank everyone, but if you were to ask these two questions, nothing. We are not satisfied. If I want to come to this hotel again, I will keep the lights in mind and I will keep my aunt in mind. Thank you to everyone.
Best regards, Hollandan Aybay and Özbek family 🫶❤️

There is a section for hotel guests with free beds and umbrellas, as well as an under canopy section. There’s also a drinks bar and a snack bar for hotel guests, all about a 4 minute walk from the hotel.
Just saw this em sorry if you have already been.
There is pool onsite but another one behind on way to the beach it’s middle of both resorts as sister company. It’s maybe 3/5mins walk from main reception l. Downstairs to poolside and follow the signs
"Road side sunbeds are the best for sunshine all day. Take euros as everything is priced in euros. Go to the shops to the left of the hotel near McDonald's. "
