We stayed here for a week in June and were appalled at how some of the guests behave. No consideration is shown. It doesn't matter at breakfast or dinner, you're almost knocked over. Everyone pushes their way to the front as if it were the last meal. Some guests come to dinner dressed like they're from the beach. Not exactly appetizing when the bacon rinds are presented. We're really not demanding guests, but a bit of decency is appropriate. The entire staff really makes a lot of effort to do justice to the guests. Except for the hotel manager. He doesn't seem to need to say hello at least once. After all, we're paying him. So much arrogance, unbelievable. I have to get one more thing off my chest: what right do guests have to occupy the loungers on the beach or by the pool for hours? That's also one of the manager's jobs. Not just running around and bossing the staff around. Doing something positive yourself to keep guests happy. We'd be happy to visit Turkey again, but not the hotel.

The Pension is located at 2:30 from Antalya Airport. The Inn is correct and it is a 3 star and not a 4 star.
You have to speak in Russian or Almand. We left as a couple and to our surprise, the staff do not speak French. As we speak English, we did not have any problems but the staff do not understand English well. It’s a shame.
The food is always the same.
Be careful if you go on a morning excursion, the restaurant is open at 07:30.
We took a Thursday excursion to visit the city of Antalya and we had an appointment in front of the Pension at 7:30. So we didn’t have breakfast. We went to the restaurant around 07:15 and explained that we were going on a excursion and if we could have coffee and food before leaving and the answer: the restaurant opens at 07:30.
The Inn has to provide some food for people who go on morning excursions and those who fly very early , as it is a 2.5 hour drive and you have to be at the airport 2 hours in advance. We paid all inclusive but we are very disappointed
Regarding the beach and pool deckchairs, people put on their towels the day before for the next morning and therefore no room.
We arrive at 09:00 in the morning, there were no people at the beach and pool but deckchairs are reserved.
If you are of non-European origin, especially do not go there. You are looked at as if you were landing from another planet.
Yet this is 2024.
Very disappointed

The hotel itself is nice, the rooms are always clean and the food very delicious. Especially impressive was the animation, which really went out of its way to organize Things to do for guests every day. The only criticism was the beach, especially the situation with the loungers. The Beach Boy Hüseyin reserved loungers for certain guests daily for a fee, and despite a complaint, unfortunately, nothing changed. Unfortunately, his behaviour was rude and disrespectful. It was a challenge with Hüseyin every day, as discussions about the loungers kept coming up. After we had approached him directly and described to him what we had observed ourselves, he refused to reserve us loungers for payment. Although there were still many free loungers on the side, he did not bother to provide them for us, presumably to avoid betraying himself after we had approached him about his behaviour. However, I would particularly like to highlight the friendly staff, the waiters and the dedicated staff at the cocktail stand who even stood up for us.

Top hotel, I have just returned, gone with family with 2 children, what a joy!!
the hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day with new towels etc., the staff welcoming, helpful and responsive, small swimming pools for babies, another of 1m20 which serves as a waterfall for the 3 slides and another large swimming pool for adults, all with deckchairs and tables all around, possibility of eating nearby without changing etc. which is very practical, there is also an indoor swimming pool but it is closed in summer it seems to me.
for the beach, you just have to go through a street and it's a bit the same principle, another restaurant (with another menu) and other small activities (beach volleyball, ping pong, children's games etc.) are there install in order to eat while enjoying the beach
for the food, we also enjoy it except for the pastries and the cheese which are not great (but hey, we French have set the bar very high at this level) so it's normal!!! on the other hand, all the rest of the meals, the meat etc. are excellent!!!
there is also a mini club for children with a lot of entertainment, in the evening entertainment for children and adults in front of a beautiful Roman-style stage.
for shopping, there is a small general store, a hairdresser, a spa (fee payable) at the bottom of the hotel and outside many other stores, restaurants nearby (pharmacy, clothes, souvenirs, etc.)
the weak points, for my part, are the language, really no one speaks a word of French but hey that's not the most serious!
and the sellers who want to make you buy at all costs like the photographers who take photos of your children without you knowing and who show you the photos afterwards etc., I don't like this process...
apart from all that, it was perfect!!!

The cleaning lady tries hard, but the bathroom is moldy around the joints, and the towel rails are not attached evenly on the terrace.
When I asked for a plaster, I was directed to a supermarket (?!) I didn't understand that. That's why I think that a maximum of 3* is realistic.
The food is not very varied, twice a day you get burgers :/ and fries every day.
The prices are moderate and the entertainment is sometimes superfluous, but they do it because of the German holidaymakers. 80% are German, so you have to expect that. The beach section is much too small and sometimes dangerous in my opinion. The jetty masts pose a threat when the waves start to come in a little.

The hotel itself isn’t too bad, you get what you paid for, but bloody hell, did not expect 4* to have such awful staff! The staff really did ruin our trip because you remember how people treat you more than anything! I paid extra for laundry and the fuss they cause when I told them they didn’t iron our clothes properly but still wanted to get paid fully!

Awful people! Would not recommend this place!

Hello everyone) I arrived after three flights and several hours from Antalya to this miracle... At the reception I was met by a rude man who hates Russians and, apparently, he also has problems with women)) I sat and waited for two hours until they checked me in and I had to pay extra because I’m Russian🫱🏻‍🫲🏼🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼cool attitude, I tried to remember his name, but he took off his badge and started throwing it in my face and poking me. He said that now he would refuse to move in at all. Somehow I agreed to stay there because my friends lived next door and it saved them, but I don’t have an honest review) I’m not talking about the cleaning at all. For 3 days, no one cleaned anything, I also found surprises from the previous residents and 26 euros, which made me at least a little happy 😂 but this feels disgusting. Pros: food (but it’s hard to spoil it in Turks); animation and the sea with the sun)) in general, I hope that this man will be fired, and the hotel will start to be cleaned, because in general the location is normal

So disappointing. I chose this hotel based on all the good reviews but I honestly can’t see what everyone is raving about. Forget about the things that you want your holiday to be… fun, relaxing, comfortable. This hotel fails in the most basic of ways…. It is unhygienic, dirty and crammed. The pool is too small for the amount of rooms they have and is so crammed with people you can only tread water as there is no space to swim. The rocky area is unsafe and it is a scam to call it a beach. The restaurant/ pool bar/ show area are all in the same place so when you want to have a drink in the evening, there is still food all over the tables and floor! No one (not even the staff) wear face coverings (which are supposedly mandatory for their COVID safe tourism certificate) and the tables and queues in the restaurant are very close together so social distancing is impossible. The bar drinks are extremely limited and don’t even have lemon. The worst part of the hotel though is the rooms. You can hear every sound from the room next to you, even when someone sneezes! When we were shown to our room, the smell from the toilet was disgusting. We had to keep the door closed and the balcony door open. There were also other problems with the room; I stood on a piece of glass on the dirty floor, there was a used bar of soap in the shower (rooms hadn’t been cleaned and emptied properly before we arrived) and the shower wouldn’t drain (it was flooding the bathroom floor). We told reception who said they didn’t have any free rooms but someone would come later in the day to clean it again. When we got back in the room, we were hit by a terrible smell and found the drain on the floor in the bathroom had exploded and there was sewage spilling into the bathroom. We immediately packed up our bags and asked reception to send someone to help us. After waiting for half an hour outside the room, we realized no one was coming and dragged our bags to reception. Only after showing them the photos of the s**t all over the floor did they miraculously find a new room for us (meaning they lied the first time we requested a different room). After talking to some of the staff, it seems that the rooms on the ground floor often have sewage problems and they didn’t seem surprised by it at all!

Very nice club hotel with lots of greenery. We would be here in mid-June and had booked a room in one of the garden villas. The rooms are spacious and modern. The bathroom comes with a walk-in shower. The whole facility is very clean and the staff at all times very friendly and helpful. In many comments, the food is criticized. I had something different on my plate every night for the 14 days we were allowed to spend here. In sum, the buffet on offer repeats itself, but the choice of food is so rich that you don't have to eat the same thing twice.
The spa and wellness area is highly recommended. From hammam to medical massages, we offer a wide range. The advice on the possible therapies was first-class. The massages were excellently executed. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Thanks to the team. You guys are great.

My conclusion of the 2 weeks: very happy again!!!!

The hotel can be rated as just OK. There were some advantages, but also a few disadvantages. Great animations and animators - both for children and adults. The food was sometimes better, sometimes not so much - in general, everyone always found something for themselves and generally it was good, but due to the large number of guests, there were times when people had to wait in queues or it was difficult to find a seat at the tables. The service was very nice, open and nice - especially when it comes to the restaurant. As for the reception - we had some problems, for example, when we ordered an a'la carte dinner - the people at the reception forgot to provide information about us and the place for dinner was not prepared for us... so unfortunately we had to do it with pleasure and, apart from an apology, no compensation was given. People at the reception were generally helpful and nice, apart from one young boy who did not have a name tag - he was about 25 years old. Very rude and unpleasant, when discussing the situation with the a'La carte dinner he laughed under his breath at the situation. In general, the hotel is geared towards Germans - there are most of them in the hotel. The rooms are clean. A beautiful garden surrounding the entire hotel. Fighting for sunbeds, you have to take them in the morning because then you can lie on towels on the sand on the beach... overall we came back rested and satisfied and we can recommend the hotel.
