this hotel is just a comedy. the food is disgusting, the drink and by that I mean with Pepsi is disgusting. the beach is a parody of the beach. the environment of the area is about nothing. the waterslides stop flowing even when children are on the waterslides. just to save money. It's a cheaper hotel, but don't come here. you will ruin your vacation!!!!! In turkey its lot of good hotels And cheep but have good food And top beach this hotel dont have nothing.
The hotel has a large and beautiful area. Everything is well maintained and very tidy. If you want a quiet and relaxing rest, this is the hotel for you. The hotel is on the seafront, so I think every hotel has a big plus. We were on holiday at the beginning of the season, there weren’t many guests yet. Therefore, we had a great opportunity for a quiet rest. As the holidays came to an end, the number of guests began to increase. Evening programs did not run every night. But near the hotel it was possible to go to the "Summer Garden" for entertainment. A large selection of shopping is close to the hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The staff is 100% dedicated to their work and the comfort and convenience of the hotel guests. The rooms were perfectly tidy every day. The bartenders and waiters were always at great service and kept their work position clean and tidy. Hotel staff İbrahim Çetin took great care of the hotel guests. Ferhat Ülgüt also took great care of its excellent cocktails and guest comfort. Beyazit Bayır took great care of the guests' entertainment and entertainment from morning until evening. Thanks to all the hotel staff for a great and relaxing holiday. You're great. 😊🥰👍😍🤝…
We stayed at Club Dizalya two weeks ago and overall we had a good experience. The hotel has got a main building with small rooms and a small balcony. Ours luckily faced the ocean from one angle. Then they have smaller buildings for large families I assume, and these buildings are surrounded by beautiful and well cared gardens. The hotel offers a decent variety of food including soups, meats and fish for lunch and dinner, plenty of salads and garnishes such as rice, vegetables and potatoes. There is a snack bar by the pool that offers pastas, burgers, French fries, pizza all day. There are places where you can get coffee (instant Jacobs) and soft drinks at all times. The food and desserts always looked delicious but I personally found it tasteless sometimes, especially the deserts ( they are just extremely sweet) but this is my personal experience. The staff around the restaurants and bars are very young, I would say students which are really willing to help you with what you need, however most of them don’t speak English, so sometimes it was challenging to get what you needed. In my case I eat gluten and lactose free and I could never get gluten free bread or other type of milk but cow because I could not explain what I wanted. Most of the tourists were Russians and Germans so most of the staff spoke those languages. At breakfast time you can get variety of pastries, bread, pancakes and eggs. Also Turkish specialities. Coffee and tea were not good at all. Dinner time goes, from 7:00-9:00 pm and lunch time from 12: 00 - 2:00 pm which I found quite short. Because of COVID, you are not allowed to serve yourself so you need to wait for the staff standing in front of the aisles to give you what you want. Sometimes you needed to wait and I think it was normal until some rude tourists wanted to skip the line and got served first, that was really annoying because it happened several times. The hotel area is big andI believe it was at its full capacity, however it did not feel crowded, only if you wanted to have your meals during the first hours of opening. The pool is relatively big and I just saw mostly families with small children around it. That looked busy and packed. There is a smaller pool for children with slides at the other end of the hotel but slides are opening only at certain times. The hotel has got its own private beach area which was something we looked for. We spent our time at the beach are where there are plenty of sun beds and umbrellas close to the shore. The actual beach area with access to the ocean is very small. Most of the area is a rocky formation. We didn’t mind that as there is also a platform with access to the sea where you can swim nicely and this place was not crowded. The rooms are small and a bit outdated but very clean. They cleaned them everyday and the lady in charge always surprised us with nice towel decorations. At night they have entertainment for small children and I believe they also have it during the day. We experienced that the staff at the front desk are not very kind. We arrived at 6:00 pm after a more than 14 hours journey with flight delays and airport transfer being a nightmare stopping at bazaars so we buy stuff, come on! We just arrived we just wanted to go to the hotel not buying souvenirs. So we arrived at the hotel, and we filled in the forms at the front desk and then had to wait like 20 minutes for I don’t know what because they were all speaking in Turkish language and did not explain anything to us. Until I got very upset but kindly told them that we just wanted our room. There was only one kind young boy and an older man who tried to explain themselves in English. There is a spa area which we did not try because I found it a bit odd, not my taste. You can get beach towels at the spa area for a price of 5 euro each, but if you want to change them for a clean one at the end of the day you need to pay one euro per time. This was not really nice. Lastly,we had an early flight so when leaving the hotel, our transport was picking us up at 4:20 am and the night before we asked if the hotel could arrange packed breakfast as most of the hotels do, even good 4 stars hotels and they said that they don’t do that but that the restaurant is open from 12:00 to 6:00 am for early breakfast, so we thought we could perhaps grab an apple or have a coffee. Sadly, what we found was bread rolls, cucumbers and tomatoes. Not nice either. When we checked out, and said thanks the guy on duty ( wearing glasses) did not say even “have a safe trip or thanks you for choosing us” We had a good time as we tried to keep a positive attitude and we went out on a tour and rented a car so we did not spend all the time at the hotel. Ah one more thing, there is a walking distance between the main building of the hotel and the restaurants and beach area, just to let you know. All in all, this hotel could be a great place to stay if the staff and certain little things were changed so guests could have a better experience.…
So disappointing. I chose this hotel based on all the good reviews but I honestly can’t see what everyone is raving about. Forget about the things that you want your holiday to be… fun, relaxing, comfortable. This hotel fails in the most basic of ways…. It is unhygienic, dirty and crammed. The pool is too small for the amount of rooms they have and is so crammed with people you can only tread water as there is no space to swim. The rocky area is unsafe and it is a scam to call it a beach. The restaurant/ pool bar/ show area are all in the same place so when you want to have a drink in the evening, there is still food all over the tables and floor! No one (not even the staff) wear face coverings (which are supposedly mandatory for their COVID safe tourism certificate) and the tables and queues in the restaurant are very close together so social distancing is impossible. The bar drinks are extremely limited and don’t even have lemon. The worst part of the hotel though is the rooms. You can hear every sound from the room next to you, even when someone sneezes! When we were shown to our room, the smell from the toilet was disgusting. We had to keep the door closed and the balcony door open. There were also other problems with the room; I stood on a piece of glass on the dirty floor, there was a used bar of soap in the shower (rooms hadn’t been cleaned and emptied properly before we arrived) and the shower wouldn’t drain (it was flooding the bathroom floor). We told reception who said they didn’t have any free rooms but someone would come later in the day to clean it again. When we got back in the room, we were hit by a terrible smell and found the drain on the floor in the bathroom had exploded and there was sewage spilling into the bathroom. We immediately packed up our bags and asked reception to send someone to help us. After waiting for half an hour outside the room, we realized no one was coming and dragged our bags to reception. Only after showing them the photos of the s**t all over the floor did they miraculously find a new room for us (meaning they lied the first time we requested a different room). After talking to some of the staff, it seems that the rooms on the ground floor often have sewage problems and they didn’t seem surprised by it at all!…
Very nice, calm hotel. Beautiful garden. Good food and service. If you are looking for peace and serenity- hotel is for you. One small disadvantage - dinner is too soon. It is close to Konakli center which is very cheap.
Rooms were spacious and comdortable. The sraff is so friendly and helpful. Our 2 year old boy had a great time with fun club and other animations. Open buffet food was very delicious. We recommend this place for families with kids especially.
We noticed mold on the food, bad quality of some products and spoiled brewed tea. When i showed to manager mold on food, we just said : ok! And put away the plate with olives. Ok?? Its not ok!!! Very small beach but good green territory . Most of visitors are pensoiners.
A big plus of this hotel - peace of mind. Beautiful area with a small cozy houses, very comfortable. I feel snug as a bug in a rag at this place. I'm tired of skyscrapers for which I can't see the sun :) No one sticks on the territory of the hotel, as happens in hotels with a huge number of guests. I also stayed in the hotel Dizalya Palm Garden 5*, it is a 10-minute walk away. This hotel is bigger and a little more expensive, but it's not as comfortable as in Dizalya Club, also tasty food. Of the cons: the beach, to which you need to go down like a hill)
I will simply make a list of what I noticed. You can draw your own conclusions. Most staff only speak Turkish. When we checked in, even the receptionist didn't speak any other language. Front desk should have at least one more language. Very little food variety, and extremely poor presentation. The saran-wrap wasnèt even removed. It was half off on the plates. Very unprofessional. Not much to choose from either, I was hungry most of the time. Also, fresh juice COST EXTRA. Very disappointed. I found it odd that the bed sheets didn't have a cover sheet, just a woven blanket. Very unpleasant on the skin. We had to ask the front desk for an extra sheet, which was not brought to us because service is very poor. We had to go to the front desk ourselves. NO BEACH!! All rock, one small area where you can enter. Cut my feet on rocks. Water had a layer of oil and some pollution on top. Also very windy in this location. I was not able to enjoy my time as I was cold most of the time. Friendly staff for the most part. While eating in the cafeteria, I was told to move from a large table. I asked why, the staff member said it was reserved for larger families. I asked where this family was (cafeteria was empty) and he said there wasn't any. I moved, only 5 minutes later another couple sat there and the staff member didn't tell them anything. I was very disappointed. Phone in room didn't work. NEVER GOT FIXED!! We walked up to front desk three days in a row, and still no service. We couldn't even call them when needed. One key card per room. Very inconvenient. This key card must also be inserted for electricity to work, which means every time you leave the room, the AC turns off. Was unpleasant as it was cold and sticky every time when came back to the room. Plastic white balcony chairs and table. (Neighbouring hotel had woven comfortable ones, just for comparison.) Same music disc repeated 5 or 10 times a day. I understand the repetitiveness, but this was maybe 10 songs altogether. When asked front desk for extra blankets (it was cold when we went) they said they didn`t have extras, but would see if they could take some from another room. I found this very unprofessional. Bathtub didn`t drain, it was clogged. Even after daily cleaning, maintenance did nothing about it. Also toilet seat was very old and yellowed, had brown stains. Very unpleasant. They claim to have WIFI, but it never worked! It rarely connected. IF YOU NEED WIFI FOR WORK, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU! Even when we asked to use the computer in the lobby, the staff couldn`t log on. Once they figured out the password, the computer screen was flashing white and we couldn`t open the browser. You have to PAY EXTRA for beach towels. Deposit plus 2 Euros a day. All-inclusive should include beach towels. Beach chairs had soft mattress, but they were taken from you at 6pm every day, even if you are still using them. No fresh coffee, only in the mornings. Otherwise, machine coffee (powdered). Thin walls, can hear everything in neighbouring room. Entertainment was so-so. Some nights good, some nights bad. Horrid speakers, they crackled and there was only one. Poor quality sound.…
Designed containing lots of green. %90 German visitor. You can find good sandy spots to enter the sea by having a short walk along the beach at both sides of the hotel if you don't like rocky shores which is not a matter for me. You can also use the wharf. Play chess on the huge board located at the hotel entrance. Good economy hotel with all inclusive.
