Food is abundant, varied, delicious. Every day there was fish, meat for lunch and dinner. Especially fish day bomb) alcohol is good. At the pool bar, the cocktails are delicious.
I suggest a spa. Hamam, massage really enjoyed) thank you Maria and Sophia❤️🔥
Generally speaking, the staff is very friendly, a little surprised by the feedback on the bad attitude towards the Russians, it was not noticed, even vice versa😁
The sea is very beautiful, warm. From the hotel entrance to the sea from the pier only, from the shore very large stones, but on the right and left other hotels have a good entrance to the sea, you can walk there. There's a lot of sunbeds on the beach, there's always a free one. They clean the beach all the time, too.
There wasn't much animation, but I didn't need that. I wanted a quiet, quiet rest, that's what I got.
Many thanks to the Anitas team for the wonderful rest and great mood❤️
The staff were very attentive and always very friendly.
There was a large selection of food that was lovingly prepared.
The cleanliness of the entire hotel was very good.
There were loungers and umbrellas available at the pool and on the beach.
Even the lifeguard Cumali always kept an eye on his guests and immediately provided us with mats on the beach. When it came to safety, we could rely on Cumali very well; he constantly checked the waves and the water so that we were never in danger. There was an incident with a guest from the neighboring hotel who couldn't get out of the water, even then our lifeguard ran over and helped to rescue the old man. Simply great. We'll be back.
Arrival-2.30am
We were told out room is not ready and we were told to wait 1 hour. Explained that we had been travelling since 9am the day before and at midnight you're telling us the room is not ready. Ali couldn't speak much English and said there's nothing he can do. 3 passengers sat in the lobby where these was no AC and no customer service- we had to ask for water. Went back to reception and hour later then he said I told you hour and a half, "you didn't hear me maybe." Asked people I travelled with and they said no he told us an hour. He offered us 10 minute massage complimentary which everyone got for free anyway and free WiFi in the in room for the 7 days. (1 euro a day) And free safe for 7 days (2 euros a day).
We asked for room service as breakfast closes at 10 and we went to bed at 5am. He said yes room service will come clean, and I enquired about getting food to the room. He didn't understand what I said. We finally got into our room at 3.52am to discover WiFi and the safe wasn't working. As we got into the room, the beds had thin mattresses and a thin rough blanket. Some stains on the bedding, and the shower was clogged. Every time we went in to shower the water would collect by our feet.
You also have to pay for a beach towels every time you want to get it changed!
We were also handed a welcome pack in which is said checkout is before 12am. Out flight back home was at 1.35am so the late checkout time was perfect for us. Unfortunately we then got stopped by the pool at 1.30pm and got told to check out. I went down to speak to the receptionist who again didn't speak much English. He couldn't understand that 12am means midnight, and said we needed to leave the room in half an hour. We had to rush get ready and leave our room then had to sit around from 2-8.30pm in the lobby area which did not have AC in 34 degree heat!
No customer care, no one seemed to apologise for how we have been treated or any care for how we were doing.
Some staff spoke English, most staff no English and there were not many vegetarian options. Communicating with staff was very difficult.
The hotel itself is about 2 hours from the airport and whilst is nice that the beach is so close to the hotel, the journey is definitely not worth it!
But the spa is making amends! Took a series of procedures, treated like a queen! And happy birthday congratulated everyone and gift made 🥰🥰🥰 Masha - administrator - mega positive and pleasant person, always help and prompt in any question!!!The procedure was conducted by masseuse Yalmaz, a very pleasant professional of his business, very neatly and coolly massaged - how reborn!! And the spa has a Memet chief - handsome in general:) friendly, pleasant, tactful person! These beautiful people have made vacation chic, wonderful service and work only professionals! And also, evicted me from my room 2 hours before departure and in the heat was waiting for the transfer, these beautiful guys invited me to their cool room so that I would not melt altogether))) love them ❤️ they want to go back ☤️
I also wanted to mention the hotel color-- it looked much better. And the weird hay table at the entrance to the lobby doesn't fit the style. Baskets instead of chandeliers, that would be appropriate for a country-style hotel. Well, there's very little light from them, you just can't see what you're eating on the restaurant veranda at night. To sum up: for those going to this hotel for the first time, the sea is not the first, but just the zero line (sleep to the sound of waves), clean modest rooms, decent food, fruit, ice cream, snacks (pizza, burgers, fries, gezlime). Not every five feeds like this. Proximity to Alanya and Conakla, plenty to walk around. Beautiful places near the hotel, observation deck on the mountain, grotto in the rocks. In general , if you are positive, friendly and for you the main cool holiday, not the search for joints-come, will not regret. (Wrote some comments and wishes only for the purpose that our beloved Anitas will always prosper and year after year gets better and better, and thus more attractive to tourists) To all who now wish there a wonderful holiday and unforgettable experience. All staff thank you very much for your work)))))
The food is varied. As for alcohol, I liked the beer!
The room is small, but it has everything you need and works properly! Daily room cleaning.
The animation is good: during the day there are various games (volleyball, ping-pong, water polo, darts), in the evening there is a show program and a disco.
There is a pier on the beach from which it is convenient to go into the sea and dive! The sea is warm and clean.
There is, perhaps, only one significant drawback: the inconvenient entry into the sea from the beach - sharp stones, it is difficult and painful to enter without special shoes. This issue was resolved either by swimming on the beach of a nearby hotel, where the stones had been removed, or by going into the sea from the pier.
Otherwise, I liked everything!
