We went to NoxINN Deluxe Hotel for a week with my wife and had a perfect holiday experience. Rooms are clean and you definitely have enough space to sleep over there. Food and drinks are extraordinary, especially cocktail bar which serves at evening is perfect. Sometimes its crowded but besides all the perfect service, beach and total experience, its not a big issue. I will definitely come back here.

A good hotel for its price. The welcome is nice. A good a'la carte restaurant. The staff is friendly. It could have been this good for this price. We stayed for 1 week. My positive observations: friendly staff, express check-in, large and spacious rooms, My negative observations: cleanliness should be improved. The beach restaurant should also be open in the evening. It would be nice to eat by the beach. Will I come again? definitely yes!

Great holiday especially for price. Made extra special by: Ugur - waiter, Mustafa beach bar man and Enver - waiter Don’t listen to the “rep” he just wants to sell trips! A taxi to Alanya is £12.50 or the near by town is £5 great shopping at both or there is a bus service from hotel 3x a day for 1 euro. Hotel is clean there are cats and dogs but the dogs are owned by the hotel and the cats are clean and healthy. When we were here there was no trouble getting sun beds either by the pool or on beach. Pretty much all staff speak English and if they struggle they use a translator on their phone so no language barriers. Came with fussy eaters they had no problems finding something to eat. Whenever we asked for help Aziz from the animation team had an answer for us. Brits are the minority here but if like us that’s not a problem it’s a great holiday destination. …

We are a family of 4 from uk. Had an excellent holiday at Noxinn. Hotel, pools and beach are all very clean. The food was outstanding, mainly Turkish style with a huge array of choice. Beach bar/restaurant of equal high quality. 99% of other guests were Russian which didn’t matter or detract from our holiday. Only slight gripe is the 4th bed is a pull out and it was pretty hard. Fortunately I can sleep anywhere so it wasn’t a huge problem for us but if a soft bed is a high priority I’d suggest booking a larger room so no one has to use the pull out. Staff were lovely and most spoke enough English to understand orders etc. overall great hotel and great holiday

While the hotel itself is very beautiful, in a scenic location with lots of ameneties for guests to take part in, I can't say that me or my family had a great experience. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE NOT WHITE/RUSSIAN. The hotel is full of Russian guest who smoke non stop- it seems that this is who they cater to as a lot of the staff spoke Russian but not many spoke English. This made us non Russians feel slightly unwelcome- and even worse if you are Black. We stayed 4 nights and arrived late on night 1 to find that despite booking 2 rooms on 1 booking, we were not allocated rooms next to each other or even on the same floor- we were 6 floors away from each other which is pretty ridiculous in my opinion especially as the lifts take FOREVER to come. When we checked in (around 9pm) we were not given any information about the hotel, meal times or facilities so had to figure this out ourselves... We also had to wait around for about 15 minutes before going to the room- not sure why as you would expect the roos to be ready at that time. During the 4 nights we stayed, there was not 1 day when we were not openly stared at by these Russian guests with some even being brazen enough to ask to take pictures of us. This is very bizarre behaviour and also came off as slightly racist. This also was not just limited to random guests- some of the beach staff also asked... This put a sour note on the stay from day 1 and I could not wait to leave the hotel. -There is a large food section at meal times which included a lot of fresh fruit and veg and multiple restaurants to choose from. However, it would be good for food to have labels next to it so you know what each of the dishes/meats were -The hotel has many facilities that include spa & salon (we did not use these), shops and plenty of activities going on in the day time. -The beach was packed very day so we opted to pay to use the cabanas for a more private experience (away from prying eyes) they charged 25-30 euros depending on the day. BEWARE when swimming in the sea, my sister was bitten by fishes in the sea and developed a series of burning welts (I assume it was the fishes), when we went to see the "nurse" all she could advise was that we call a doctor to the hotel which would charge us 100 euro- this was not helpful at all as I just wanted to know what fishes were in the water. -Room was cleaned everyday without asking and maids made an effort to make cute patterns on the bed with the sheets, and left fresh bottled water each day -Wifi was quite poor and often did not work or worked very slowly -You can access local buses to venture out to town, markets from the hotel -Lots of social spaces to use however, they were all open for smoking which meant that you were almost always inhaling second hand smoke from the hundreds of smokers in the hotel -The hotel also have a WhatsApp group that tell you what is happening each day- though not all of it is translated in English so you have to guess from the images…

My friend and I traveled to Noxinn early October, the weather was great and the beach was lovely. We rented out the cabanas a few times which we enjoyed, they were 30 euros a day. The hotel itself was modern and clean so we thought so far so good, however, the food was really poor (and we are not fussy eaters at all!) nothing was labelled so you didn’t really know what you were eating unless blatantly obvious. Lots of bread but butter was hard to come by. None of the staff really understood any English, I was served raw chicken one night so asked to speak to a manager, to be told they were too busy and to go to reception instead. No basic manners or etiquette from any staff, and was quite shocked to see young children working there. Our evening drinks in the restaurant were served in disposable cups, which for a 5 star hotel really is p**s poor. I chose to ignore previous reviews about how the hotel is predominantly catered to Russians, but wish I hadn’t because as an English person I didn’t feel very welcome. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is terrible, it would constantly cut out and disconnect. It’s such a shame as the hotel itself and the location is good (despite long transfer times), it’s the food, drinks and the staff that really let it down. I wouldn’t return.…

Many of our stations offer different dishes that appeal to all our guests. Our young colleagues working in our hotels are students of Tourism Vocational High School who are interning at our hotel within the framework of a project we carry out jointly with the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey. Disposable cups are not used in any area of our hotel. We only use glasses and cups made of glass and porcelain. Our service at our hotel is for all our guests. Beautiful hotel. Nice rooms cleaned daily. We went as a family of 13.. the pools are clean good choice of drinks entertainment was brilliant only complaint I would have is the food in the restaurant is catered for Russian guests and we as a family didn't enjoy it

At the end of our 10 night stay here and we cannot fault the hotel. There is lots of activities on during the day and at night...big shout out to Jony from animation team he was amazing!! We seen alot of negative comments regarding food and language barrier, we always found something nice to eat and plenty choices. The staff work very hard and we're always willing to help in any way if they were struggling to communicate they would translate through there phone. We were a party of 7 and we would all return again. I would also like ti say a big thank you to our waiters Nektel & Turon our bar tender Muammer who made thee best cocktails!! And also Ynus apologies if names not correct spelling.
