Pretty average sort of hotel, some shops close by but bigger centres a good taxi ride away. Clean here & regularly kept clean too in fairness. Food was ok for all inclusive but not very special, great if you like salad i suppose. Rooms are nice, quite large good facilities overall. Only 1 lager included in all inclusive but there were cocktails, tea, coffee always available from one bar or another. Pools were decent, there were 3. Beach was shingle & narrow for it's privacy aspect. Would i go back? No.

Can only describe as disgusting! Food was recycled to the day after all the time. My husband had diarrhoea for two days and I got food poisoning vomiting till 3am and I’m never sick!! Was horrendous. We ended up going to McDonald’s one night to get away from this awful recycled and dried food and sloppy stews! Spoke to other guests who felt the same! Cockroaches flying round the room and in the bathroom every day, even after complaining twice to reception! Poor lighting in evening around the pool after bars closed at 12am. Ended up playing cards by my mobile torchlight! Couldn’t wait to get home!!!! Beware. Can’t believe some people saying on here food was good!! What do they normally eat?? Yuck!

The condition of the room does not correspond to the pictures shown in the catalog. Moldy bathroom, door lock falling off, musty air. The family room consists of a room with a double bed, as well as a room with a guest bed stuffed between two single beds, where you have to climb over each other to sleep. The whole room is not a 4**** star hotel room, but looks like a workers' hostel.

We arrived at 4:30 am in the morning to be told there was no room for us and they ran in the back and came out and said we have the best room in the hotel for you family room at no extra cost and to come back In the morning to change your room !!! So I went down after a few hours sleep and was told I can stay in that room for an extra 200 euros I said no chance so he said ok ok 100 euros I paid it cus I couldn’t be bothered moving I went to pay on my card he said no cash only so I had to walk half a mile to the bank and back!!! Room was very basic cock roachs every day rooms stank of sewerage then the food omg I wouldn’t feed it to the stray cat that sleeps by the restaurant every day !! Staff were rude and stank of sweat no life guards by the pools the beach was atrocious pebble and hard rocks and fag stumps hotel full of rude Germans and Russians and just to top it off the hotel shop guy tried to kiss my girlfriend and take pictures with her lucky I wasn’t there this hotel is not 4 star wouldn’t even say 2 star AVOID AT ALL COSTS there was 1 good thing the supermarket and shops and Mc Donald’s dominoes and Burger King were across the road !!!! And the rep only wanted to sell us trip and said I haven’t got time to talk only sell trip…

3 days no air-condation been working, and the hotel is not getting our rooms enough cleaned as well, we been staying at the same place of the pool since we get in and the i could see the same mess still, i really like the hotel and the workers was kind, everyone are friedndly and we like the most entertainers of the hotel night shows and the daily sports, the air_c not workimg still 24/7

Probably yours was adjusted in a wrong modus. The aircondition is only working with energy saver and only when the guests are in the room. The airconditioning doesn't work 7/24 when the guests are not in there room. You can understand that it is unnecessary to cool a room when no one is in there. The rooms are cleaned daily, but we are not allowed to put your things together and put them aside or in the wardrobe. Avoid this hotel at all costs! My family and I stayed at this horrendous establishment from July 30th to August 7th, and it was an absolute nightmare. We had booked two separate rooms for our family of four, and from the moment we walked in, it was clear that this place was a complete disaster. To call this place a 4-star hotel is an insult to the concept of hospitality. It barely even deserves a 2-star rating. The rooms are ancient, and the furniture within them has reached a level of wear and tear that I didn't think was possible. The beds are like sleeping on slabs of concrete, making restful sleep an impossible dream. And if you were hoping for a breath of fresh air, think again. The stench of smoke permeates every corner of the building, making it a veritable nightmare for anyone with allergies. Let's talk about the staff—assuming you can even call them that. These individuals seem to have a deep-seated resentment for their own jobs and the guests they're meant to serve. If you happen to know a bit of Turkish, you'll quickly realize just how little they care about treating tourists with even a modicum of respect. Oh, and don't get me started on the housekeeping schedule. Apparently, changing towels every 3 days is their idea of providing a service. But wait, there's more. The air conditioning system is a joke, and the remotes they hand out are as functional as a paperweight. And guess what? Our lovely roommates included cockroaches, adding an extra layer of horror for anyone with a shred of decency. If you have even a semblance of a desire for a pleasant vacation, I implore you—stay far away from this vermin-infested nightmare. And let's not forget the pièce de résistance—the hotel's no-service policy. They seem to take pride in making your holiday as miserable as possible. As someone who travels frequently, I thought I'd seen it all, but this place takes the cake. It's as if they deliberately train their staff to embody the antithesis of hospitality. Speaking of overcrowding, the hotel seems to pack in as many guests as humanly possible, leaving little to no space in the pool area and rendering the concept of a sunbed laughable. It's clear that their primary goal is to wring every penny out of their patrons, no matter the discomfort or inconvenience caused. To the individuals manning the reception desk—calling you incompetent would be an understatement. You're in the wrong line of work, and your utter lack of comprehension of service and respect is a glaring stain on the Turkish culture you supposedly represent. In conclusion, do yourself an immense favor and steer clear of this hotel. Staying here is a one-way ticket to a ruined vacation and a slew of nightmarish memories.…

On some points we would like to give a short statement: As you travelled in the high season, you have noticed the presence of many families with children. We offer very cheap packages for people with children, which might have also been a reason for you to book our accommodation. This can lead to bottlenecks in the high season. It would not be fair in Turkey to expect the staff to speak more than one foreign language fluently. Some of them speak Russian, others German or English. Im happy with this hotel because tye rooms are nice, the slides are fun aswell as are the activities with the dancing and all the games like darts and pool. The pools are nice aswell and tge beach is really close.

I came for few night actually thats a bussines trip was for me, even i couldnt spent much time in the hotel but it was still awesome chance to enjoy as an vacation still, all the department workers were pretty kind and friendly, clean hotel and entertainment sport activites was very fun to join, thanks for a great time to everyone else.
