Excellent hotel Staff were lovely Food was amazing Had a relaxing lovely time The entertainment team were badgered to get reviews off customers all the time which isn’t good But I loved the hotel
Lovely holiday- exactly what we wanted! Spa was amazing and definitely recommend using this- we went for the gold package- Turkish bath, whole body massage and face mask- well worth it- the massage was one of the best I’ve ever had! Our two boys did the same for half the price - they loved it! Food was ok- not a massive selection day by day but what was on offer was lovely. The staff in the restaurant really do make this holiday from good to excellent! Amazingly attentive, hard working and friendly - the hours they all work are so long but they just don’t stop and drop the service- they really were pleasure to be around! Bar staff round the pool great too- service great and add to a lovely atmosphere. Animation team were decent- always trying to get people involved- had a good variety in afternoons with rodeo, foam party and games and evening entertainment varied- they even take people out to local clubs which is a good shout. We were lucky when we were there as they were celebrating 99 years of becoming independent for the last two days which really added to the atmosphere with local visitors and discos- without this I think the evenings were quite boring for our two boys- but that seems to always be the way in all inclusive I think. Saying that- when the discos were on- our two lads got on the dance floor with all the locals and loved it- it was brilliant! A suggestion from me would be to have a disco every night at the pool bar- it made such a difference to the evenings and helped people interact and mingle. The complex is absolutely spotless - with staff working tirelessly to maintain its cleanliness. The room was amazing! Huge apartment, modern with an en-suite that had a jacuzzi! I had one every night. I also took a hdmi lead with my laptop and hooked it up to theTv’s ( one in every room). The sunset is immense- defo worth getting sea view if you will be in your apartment for the sunset and rise. If not though- the beach is on the doorstep. If I had read the reviews properly before we went I wouldn’t have booked this hotel - I wanted a beach on the complex and this beach has a shuttle from hotel. I would have missed out though because the shuttle is so frequent and short that it pretty much is on the complex. We went to see the sunset and swim in the sea every day after lazing by the pool. Also a pool bar with drinks and food included- bonus! A disco on the beach in the evening would be amazing addition too! Water sports on the beach with all of the usual activities- brilliant! Town is a short walk away although we didn’t bother because we were having such a nice chilled time by the pool and the boys were more than happy with the two slides! Again- other hotels had more slides but the two here defo done the trick for the lads. Ice cream and cakes served all day at the cafe by the lift to the beach then come 4 o clock it’s waffles (which the lads absolutely smashed every day). Also a snack bar with the best margarita pizza we have ever tasted served all day- dangerous! Some shops over the road to have a nose at too! Honestly- this week was perfect for us and the staff are amazing! The only complaint I would have is the noise in the night- constant noise through thin walls and a 24 7 working hotel - tapping, banging etc-but it is what it is - I just put my headphones in and cracked on. Also the gym is a great addition- had a good hour in there every morning ( although I had to get the key from reception to open it up 😂). If you look for faults , you inevitably find them, but if you go looking for everything I’ve described here and let the positives outweigh the negatives then you’re onto a winner! Massive thank you to all of the massively hard working staff and the life guard who had to endure my cheeky boys all week !…
Our holiday was fabulous and had all we needed in one place. The rooms are beautifully spacious and clean. There is lots of food choice, enough to suit all. The staff are all friendly and so hardworking. Lovely beach on the doorstep. The only downside was the temperature of the pool, far too cold and barely anyone in it because of that reason. Would 100% recommend.
What can i say…. Absolutely disgusted at the behaviour of senior management of the hotel. After i wrote my review previously I was forced to take it down off trip advisor. The manager seemed to go all FBI on me and realised that i was the only “caroline” staying at the hotel from UK. I was contacted by phone to hotel room then further more the day before we left, i asked for an extension for late checkout. When i gave my room number the manager approached me at the bar and asked for a “chat” We then went to a corner of the reception and spoke about my previous review and he asked me to remove it. I felt intimated and absolutely scared as he could of put us out of the hotel with nowhere to go if i didnt do so. Ok so my previous review in a nutshell was= Reception staff…. Pig ignorant. Didnt want to help. No please or thank you or didn’t want to interact with UK guests. Just darn right rude and ignorant! The spa was absolutely stinking…. Tiles broken off sauna seating area and dirt in all jacuzzis. As well as the door lying open whilst we spent £110 getting a turkish bath… which should of been a private experience mind you…. For all to see when they are giving tours of the spa! Entertainment girl asked us to ride the rodeo bull…. Even though i was registered disabled…. I kindly refused and she went on to say “all people from UK are lazy” The food…. Well… absolutely disgusting…. Asked for an omlette which was completely RAW! My husband got beef which was still purple!!!! I took broccoli soup and i was violently sick afterwards! The smell of sewers throughout the hotel is absolutely Disgusting!!! He promised a refund of the spa experience and a late check out….. (the late check out which we had to argue with) and no sign of the refund of the spa experience. I have never experienced anything like this in my life with regards to going on holiday and management tracking us down with regards to a review. Its absolutely shocking that i need to encounter this whilst feeling so intimidated when being in another country…. He wasn’t at all pleasant when i had the lengthy conversation with him. We are entitled to our own opinion and clearly at this property….. we arent allowed this. Its a shame that Jet2 continues to be in partnership with this dungeon and the management and staff are absolutely disgusting towards UK travellers. To make us feel intimidated and scared to write a review is absolutely disgusting. Avoid at ALL costs!!!!!!…
Great hotel food great staff are happy to help . Went to the Turkish bath 4 of us had a great time scrip and a massage should highly recommend a massage and Turkish bath while your here . The entertainment was good and the entertainment staff worked hard .
Everything was good, the food was good, breakfast was good, there was waffles between 4 and 6 in the evening, I liked it very much, the beach was close to the hotel, it was nice, I will come again for me
Basic but clean - could do with a bit of a facelift - all pool and restaurant staff were pleasant - reception staff devoid of any personality Red Restaurant is A La Carte - we booked a table there and walked out when the main was served - really sub standard Music at the pool was a thud of house music (and I'm a music lover) Great shuttle service down to the beach Food bland
Great holiday, hotel is very clean and has everything you need. Entertainment staff are amazing and go that extra mile to make our holiday special. We will definitely be coming back. Was an amazing family holiday with something for all ages, mini games were brilliant we really enjoyed every aspect of this holiday.
One of my favourite hotels I’ve been to. Entertainment and hotel staff are polite and Entertaining🤩 Hotel is constantly cleaned, staff can’t help you enough. Food is fresh and room cleaned to high standards. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back x
The hotel is clean and the staff work hard to keep the hotel clean and tidy throughout the day. The staff are friendly although the majority of them have broken English making things difficult when we needed assistance. The Animation team work hard to keep the guests entertained / always have something going on and the day activities are really enjoyable and fun I.e. foam party, pool obstacle bouncy castle course, belly dancing, darts, pool aerobics etc! We did find the evening entertainment is repeated and therefore can get boring. Also the only music played during the day & at night time is house music. Gets very repetitive and isn’t mixed for different ages (I’m 24 and it got enough for me!). The private beach is clean and really nice. Beach bar serves snacks (pizza/chips/burgers) and drinks and there’s also a transfer to and from the beach every 10 minutes. I would recommend staying for the sunset on the beach! The Patisserie snack bar in the hotel is really nice with little cakes and waffles, this is the only place that has ice cream for free. There are water stations around the hotel and beach where you can pick up bottles of water. The Wifi isn’t great and only works the best around the pool area, doesn’t work great in rooms. The rooms also have thin walls which means you can hear wardrobes, doors and conversations from other rooms. The all inclusive buffet food - breakfast is the same every day, with the usual full English, pancakes/omelette, pastries, yogurt, fruit, cereal, bread etc and we enjoyed the breakfast!! there is a snack bar which serves burgers/pizza/pasta etc during the day which we also enjoyed. The evening buffet is hit & miss with themed nights (I’m a fussy eater so I’m sure others wouldn’t have a problem!!) They done a Turkish themed night and decorated the restaurant which was a really nice effort. We also ate at the Italian restaurant which was good and the staff are super friendly. The cocktails are served throughout the hotel and all are really nice. I would recommend trying the iced tea/coffee from the pool bar!! The hotel reception team can arrange private taxi’s for you if needed. I would like to give a special thanks to Ibrahim (restaurant waiter) who tried his upmost to help us when we was having issues with a tour operator. And Elenya (one of the animation team) who we relied on so much for translation and was so grateful for all her help!! A life saviour and the trip she helped us with really made our holiday. I would also like to mention Oguzhan (restaurant waiter) who was always very friendly, accommodating and polite to us during our stay. The waiters work very long hours and really make an effort to keep the areas clean and tidy. …
