Lovely Hotel spread over a number of floors, but don't worry there are plenty of lifts at this hotel. The hotel has it's own private beach area with a small beach hut that offers hot and cold drinks and also snacks, this is all included in the all inclusive deal. There is a little walk no more than 5 mins, or you can wait for the free shuttle which leaves every 10 mins and takes less than a minute to take you to the beach. The staff are really friendly and polite ams that's to all the staff. The rooms are clean and quite large if you wish to compare. They are fresh. Painted in white with dashes of red in rooms meaning they all feel light and fresh. Multiple pools, children's splash pool, separate pool that services the water slides leaving another 2 pools to choose from. During our stay there was a themed Turkish night which consisted of Turkish themed food and also dancing by a Turkish dance group. The hotel is very clean. The staff continually cleaning the facilities and cleaning up after guests. There is the main buffet restaurant as well as an a la carte Turkish and Italian restaurant. We had a lovely stay here 7 nights. There's alot to keep you busy if you want to stay on site or there's various trips that are available through your rour operator or from the local travel shop a minutes walk from the hotel entrance. There's a disco on site, gym, spa, hairdressers, Turkish bath, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room. Lots of entertainment during the day and night for both children and adults. Overall we had a lovely holiday here, the weather made it the more enjoyable to what was already a lovely holiday.

pros The hotel is modern, beautiful rooms, large bathroom. We were placed in a room overlooking the pool and sea. Sound insulation in the room is good. Free drinks in the fridge, updated frequently.
The lobby is cozy, with a large terrace, it’s nice to sit in the evening and look at the sea. Fast internet, wifi available everywhere.
Varied food in the restaurant, there are always several types of meat and fish, delicious desserts. All alcoholic drinks are of quite high quality. Fanta, bells and sprite undiluted. I liked the hot potatoes at the pool bar and the delicious Turkish flatbreads on the beach.
For each towel/card, you must first leave a deposit of 10 euros or dollars, and this is the right decision; vacationers pick up the towel more often and free up space on the beach and near the pools. The beach is very clean, the people working there are very nice, they help you lay out towels, open an umbrella, move a sunbed.
Entertainment The animation team, mainly consisting of Russian girls, is very friendly and easy to get along with.
Minuses. The hotel area is small, there is no place to walk in the evening and it is difficult to get to the sea due to the very steep climb up the mountain. Transport to the beach operates until 7 pm with breaks. When leaving at night or early in the morning, lunch boxes are not provided, and in the night restaurant there was no bread or even water, only pieces of cheese and boiled eggs. A non-Russian-speaking young man from the animation group behaved hostilely towards us, concentrating his attention on foreign vacationers. On Sunday there is no animation; the evening program Showtime is boring and very short. Latera/Bingo was held twice a week for $15 per ticket. The entrance to the sea is dirty, plants are floating. On the last day before departure, Sunday, the fire siren went off early in the morning and sounded several times a day.

Absolutely amazing hotel, big shout out to Ilyas at the beach- very helpful and all the hotel staff were absolutely amazing. Extremely polite and always Working to help you. I briefly had a chance to speak to the manager as I was making a special request and this was also accepted.
Extremely clean hotel and constantly being cleaned by staff. The bedrooms were cleaned every day and if you did not want it to be cleaned, you could just press the button and nobody would disturb you . There is a green Land Rover that takes you to the beach. The beach was beautiful and also very clean. The driver was absolute delight delight and it took less than 2 minutes to get there and this was very regular.
There was a variety of food and different each day. There was always something to eat we arrived at 1am and there was boiled eggs , cheeses, bread and fresh fruits and plenty of food for breakfast. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed the fresh fish , meats but best of all the fresh baklava.
Plenty of drinks if you like to get busy and also quiet spaces as the hotel is huge.
there is also a patisserie which we discovered on the third day and they served Turkish coffee and ice cream.
At the beach there was a lady that was making fresh wraps with feta cheese and also crepes chocolate . There was also sort of salad for and something on each day at the beach . Staff at the hotel always had a smile.
The evening entertainment was good Local shops nearby within walking distance. We did leave the resort twice to go to see the waterfall and at Manavgaut which took about 45 mins.
The Wi-Fi can be hit and miss and I would advise you to take Google translate then you can speak to anyone but we did communicate in English a lot. I didn’t like the lady with curly hair. I think she was management as she treated people differently. she needs to go.
The hairdressers were absolutely amazing and I got a cut and a colour for a really good price. Extremely good haircut by a wonderful stylist.
We can’t wait to go back again!!! Thank you for a beautiful holiday full of memories and great experiences.

Hello, I'll write this about holidays in this hotel, if it weren't for the big fun company we met there and spent 7 unforgettable days, the vacation would go down! ❤The rooms are not really cleaned, when changing towels can give dirty about swans do not dream, even for tips ➕if it's cold they give good blankets ❤Nimi bar not replenished even with regular water ❤ Rooms have a stench of sewers ❤Animation was on stage tonight for 3-(there were exceptions during the day one event for 20 minutes) ❤Disco once in 10 days, disco doesn't work, and if it works 5 bucks for a glass of beer ❤nbar, from 10:00 to 00:00 onwards 5 bucks for a beer mill ❤ In the water park, the icy feet bring together ❌ Beach towels 10 bucks per piece (refundable at checkout) ❌Bamboozling staff ➕arrived early in the morning, checked in right away ❤ In the evening, when it's dark, you don't take a stroll. ❤Alcohol in the bar is bad (you can drink) ❌Snacks to beer there is absolutely no, there is only alcohol on the bar, if you like to snack, food from the restaurant to bring to the bar you will not be allowed, drink whiskey and beer sniffing))) ➕Kitchen is a separate art form 10 days the same and nothing new (but delicious), about seafood forget, not in this hotel, there are constantly no places, and for 5 bucks there will be (they have a promotion there, all 5) ❤ Desserts are complete bullshit (beautiful, tasteless) ➕the beach is just a cannon, small pebbles, pure water with fish (some even bite), in the pebbles you can find shells ➞Near the beach there is a big hill and forest where you can walk and take cool photos on the rocks, as it gets dark it is better not to walk contraceptives are lying everywhere, you can find adventures)))))))))))))) ❑bar on the beach : only beer and wine are poured ➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕➕╕╕╕╕╕╕╕╕ Jeep goes to the beach every 5 minutes, you won't have to wait long I'll tell you what, if you love the pure sea and lie on the beach from morning to evening, then yes, no more just drinking at the pool bar, in the plan of the hotel itself no A it's not, B-minus fat yes, I'll never come here again that's for sure

The hotel loved everything! Randomly chose this hotel on the site and did not regret, we would love to go there again. Neat new quiet hotel away from car trails, cleanest very beautiful beach in the lagoon (along the tree sand and fine pebbles), to the beach on foot 5 minutes, but still runs a jeep every five minutes because the road is on a slide. Huge selection of delicious food and drinks, with children - just the thing, during the day bake fresh waffles to order. Barbecues and grills are made outside at night. There are 3 a la carte restaurants, but we only went to the main one, it's nice and delicious. We had a two-bedroom large room, the room has two air conditioners, two different bathrooms, a huge balcony overlooking the grounds and a children's pool, which is very convenient when you have to leave the children and run upstairs, everything in the room is new, clean, beautiful. Cleaned very cleanly and every day, no one, if not necessary, will come in - in the room press the button, cleaning is required or not , and the corresponding indicator lights on the board in front of the room - no paper pendants, which are completely torn and lost. Four outdoor pools, one frog - all very well maintained, water clean, chlorine-free. In one of the pools there are two more slides - open and closed pipe, younger children ride with their parents, but still absolutely delighted))) Thanks to the huge animation team - every day a crowded schedule of activities by the pool, where children can also take part, in the team very friendly Russian guys, will support any person and even in any language)) Every evening interesting evening shows - dances, invited show teams, discotheques, live music, never seen this anywhere else, very great. The main street along the hotels, which have shops, the pharmacy is about seven minutes away. Hotel staff are very alert, always help and there are many of them, no one sits idle, clean up every inch. On the beach it is clearly taken care that strangers do not occupy sunbeds, so the choice of places is always and no push, very comfortable and free. Also shower, changing room, bar - all right on the beach, very comfortable. At the entrance to the hotel also sits a security guard, watching the visitors, who goes where, who does not have bracelets. The hotel has a lot of families with children - two thirds, perhaps, and the children always have someone to play with. There is a book corner near the reception, there are books in different languages, you can read. All is well, in general!))) It's the first time we've had an all-inclusive ride and it's been a great holiday! Thanks to the whole team!

I’ve rated this hotel 5 because in our experience it worth a 5. We had a very large family room with an amazing sea view, twin beds for the teenager’s,and a double for us , large bathroom, room was clean and comfortable. Cleaned daily always fresh towels , had to ask for waters and drinks as these were not stocked up daily but the cleaners gave us these when asked, towels provided and changed when needed. 3 pools we stayed round the quieter one as we didn’t want the full experience of entertainment during the day, no major towel wars in the morning but the main pools sun lounges was taken up by 8/9am. They had foam parties, large inflatable slides, belly dancing , entertainment during the day, ( they favoured other’s compared to us brits). This didn’t bothers our teenagers though. Food, this was ok for us adults but the choice was a bit bland and repetitive at times, kids eat pancakes in a morning, and chips at tea time , the snack bar was better for them with pizza and hot dogs. Ice creams and waffles are a must to have, there was no limit on these throughout the times allocated 11am to 4pm daily. The beech was lovely and clean a ride down in the hotel Jeep ,( every 10 minutes or so lovely guy),this took a few minutes to get there but you can walk it’s a steep hill, the area on the beech was also well staffed , lifeguard on duty plenty of sun lounges, the food good down there, activities by another company ie banana boat ride and others.beech is pebbly so beech shoes a must as this got very hot , for bare feet. Evening bar staff are all amazing and helpful, one evening there was no chairs at all, only a table one of the staff got some from somewhere for us, , there are not enough table and chairs for the evening at all with some choosing to use the sun loungers . There are not many negative for this hotel at all we stayed for 10 nights, only down side was to be out of our room for 12, couldn’t keep room any longer and we was not collected until 6/7 pm used the gym showers, facilities to freshen up , oh and a 10 euro for each beech towels but you get this back when you leave and can have them changed when requested. I would most definitely stay again at the hotel.

This hotel isn't perfect but there is lots to like. The rooms are lovely bright and modern and the bed very comfy. The waterfall shower in the room was a dream. We booked a side sea view and weren't disappointed. I imagine most of the rooms would have a side sea view in reality but was probably worth booking to avoid overlooking the main road which was probably very noisy with bus transfers in the day. My partner and I actually found the food very tasty - I am vegetarian and felt there was plenty of choice and he was very happy with the meat available. Though I do appreciate some people saying that the options were quite repetitive. I was also disappointed that the a la carte restaurants would not cater for vegetarians as well. We spent most of our time at the 'quiet pool' which avoided the noise from the animation team but they seemed to have lots of varied activities on during the day. We never had trouble getting sunbeds at any time of day but appreciate we went slightly before the main season starts. We also found the evening entertainment decent enough on the days we went (though were aggrieved to have to pay a sizeable amount to join in the bingo). Seating at the pool bar had limited availability in the evening but we always found space in the balcony by the lobby bar which was much more pleasant anyway overlooking the sea, cooler, and less noisy. We used the spa twice during our stay - the turkish bath and massage was incredible. My only gripe here is that the spa manager was straight on our case trying to upsell another session before we'd even got off the massage table - he definitely should have had more tact and waited until we were ready to leave. Overall I would return to this hotel if it weren't for the location. If you are happy to stay in the hotel for your entire stay then I'm sure you'd enjoy it here, but we prefer to venture out into the local area and have a dinner or two out and although there were a couple of places there just wasn't much choice. We got a taxi into Side one night which was fab and only 25 minutes but it wasnt cheap. We were told there were buses into Alanya for 2 euro but these stopped at 2200 so you needed a taxi back and was about 40 euro. The beach also wasnt very pleasant (shingles) and the hill to walk back is steeper than mount snowdown. There is a shuttle in the day to get there and back which is a god send but if you like to stroll on the beach at night you'll probably want to go somewhere else.

I liked the hotel, the area is small, bright, modern design, there are relaxation areas with a beautiful view of the lagoon, and various activities are constantly held in the pool area. The beach is comfortable, there are always enough sunbeds and umbrellas, the sea is clean, and the sandy bottom is visible at any depth. Turtles lay their eggs on the beach; these areas are fenced off. There is a short distance from the hotel to the beach, but the descent and ascent are quite steep, so you can go down on foot without breaking a sweat, and in principle there is a car running from the hotel and back every 10 minutes, I have never had to wait long for it from the beach. There is also a bar on the beach with various drinks, fruits, snacks, and they serve delicious Turkish pancakes with cheese or chocolate filling. Many people swim with a mask near the stones on the beach, watch the fish, and boats with tourists also come for diving. From the beach you can walk along a path among coniferous trees, where you can enjoy beautiful views of the lagoon and the adjacent coast. The food was basically varied, fish, chicken, and the breakfast lacked fresh vegetables - cucumbers and tomatoes (for some reason they were only available for lunch and dinner). Given the lack of tables in the main restaurant area (with air conditioning), there are tables on the veranda; it would be a good idea to install at least fans in this area, given the high summer temperatures. The equipment in the gym is tired and a lot of things don't work. Overall a very pleasant hotel and especially the beach, the employees are polite, I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday.

Hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly. Food is a varied selection but quite repetitive. The pools are not heated but once you’re acclimatised it’s fine. Alcohol is limited selection unless you pay €8 for branded. The staff are exceptional and always happy to help. Rooms have a kettle and sachets of tea and coffee are replenished daily. The hotel drains are overpowering at certain times and day but it doesn’t last very long before it fades. Entertainment isn’t brilliant and the songs played are repetitive. There are shops in the bazaars but it’s a fair hike up and down hills. The beach is a steep walk however the provide an old landrover to ferry you.

We were pleased to stay here, we sought a clean and welcoming place and also friendly. The place is spic and span as much as a big hotel could be, we found this impressive indeed, the rooms are left immaculate after the everyday cleaning, towels are changed on a daily basis and some of the housekeepers leave beautiful floral arrangements on the bed. There is always bottled water throughout the hotel and pool area, food is varied and kitchen chefs and staff supervise always during meal times. The reception staff are always helpful. Hilal, the customer rep, is also very helpful, hands-on, and the best and most right person to talk about any issue and inquire about anything. All the staff are taking to heart any issue that one might raise and they are willing to learn and improve continuously. It was a stay that we would like to repeat at some point next year. I apologize but I seem to have misplaced the names of all the staff that I wanted to mention in my review, if I will ever find I will try and edit my review. I have Hilal's name as I took note of her email address and still need to keep my promise and send her the classic Tiramisu recipe. We hope to see you all safe and sound next time we shall visit.😎 All the best
