Stayed for a week, arrived 10ish pm local time and missed dinner but were shown to our room carried our bags ( tips are a norm there ), settled us in explained all the dining situations at that time there is a 24 hr bar and at that time there are midnight snacks if you wanted to stay up until 11ish to wait for snacks. Mini bar is full on the first day good variety of non alcoholic drinks, once those have finished you will only have it topped up with water. But the mini bar is free and there are loads of bars and water bottle fridges around site so it's not a massive problem. Room - spacious, big shower, little balconies but more than enough for a couple. Beds a little hard, they do have a service where you could change the firmness of your pillow which I thought was a nice touch. AC is great. Cleaned everyday towels changed daily. Pools - pool is colder than the ocean but its refreshing, there is a bar by the pool bar and a kids/ alternative fun side ( small water slides) over looking the ocean. Brilliant ! there is a shallow bit for small kiddos and a accessible pool equipment ( moveable chair). More than enough sunbeds, tables and lounge points, shaded areas are available too and lots of sunshades. beach - private beach very accessible, lots of shaded and sunny areas if you wanted very close to the sea. sea is beautiful and clear. Only suggestion is bring some beach shoes like surf kinda shoes because it is a little rocky to start and there can sometimes be urchins but we didnt see any but the information board suggested to be aware and I found it made my experience better ( can purchase them in the shopping area but is a little costly) couple bars on the beach front. food - not much variation but food is nice, there are lots of restaurants and bars, three a la carte restaurants( tried the italian) - very attentive staff lovely experience, the a la carte restaurant italian is right above the main restaurant but you dont really notice the noise as there is ambient music in both restaurants. ocean view over the restaurants and a la carte. excursions - they have reps come in dependant on who you fly with and meet you in the hotel lobby. You can book the excursions online too or whatsapp your rep. Wifi - decent, very good range from front gates all the way down to the beach front. activities - LOADSSSS of activities throughout the day the vibes throughout the day is great some quiet periods to relax and enjoy the sun but the evenings shows are great. little photo place for professional photos. general - lovely hammocks to relax in, we ended up going out at night to watch the stars through the trees. beautiful site very well maintained. There are some cute swings and benches to enjoy the evenings and take photos in front of. There are a few animals at the back of the site chicken coops ( chickens are free roam didn't bother us much, they do some and peck at bright coloured things - shirt and a beach ball I assume pecking at the little bugs that the items attracted. Lots of white rabbits - not neglected by any means just a lot of them in the space but I'm not sure on the animal welfare regulations there. If you like cats this is the place to be, lots of hotel cats all well fed they do come into the restaurants but they dont jump on tables or anything. if you look over the balcony in the main restaurant there is a cat house with a cat painting on it and there are kittens and cats hanging around there. some are friendlier than others a bit of chicken goes a long way in making some friends ! towels are included (you get towel cards in your welcome pack which is super helpful. spa treatments are extra but that is standard The hotel check out was easy 4am, handed over cards and headed off for transfer. Not much around the hotel so plan some excursions but if you don't mind a walk there are some touristy shops and a few restaurants. best thing the view !!!! the mountains are fantastic and you can go down the far end of site by the beach there is a little bit of no mans land were you can go and hang out on the rocks and look at the fishes and lizards. Sunset is behind the mountains but the sun rise is beautiful. Very nice stay for sure …

Amazing holiday! The hotel was amazing. The food was plenty of choices and delicious. Everyone happy. Friendly staff and also Perfect care for quests by the animators. Especially Milena and Valeria. Two lovely girls that cared about everyone to having a good time. We will definitely highly recommend this hotel and be back ❤️

My stay at the hotel was an overall positive experience. The animation was amazing - they were offering all kinds od spots and exercises, interesting evening shows. The hotel's proximity to the sea offered convenient access to the beach and a lot os places for hotel guests. The food was delicious, with a variety of tasty dishes that satisfied my palate. The rooms were nice, clean, with comfortable beds. However, there were a few downsides, our room was located near the road, which caused occasional noise disturbance. The pool, although featuring water slides, was small and not deep enough, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these minor drawbacks, I had an enjoyable stay overall.

Overall I find the hotel does a good job at many things - visually the place is ver pretty, it is well laid out with decent facilities. Rooms are fine, animation is very active, lots of stuff for kid and the animation team were always very kind to the kids. Staff are busy but friendly and it helps at lot if you treat them well. Pools and slides are nice, plenty of bars, restaurants. Beach is stoney but there is a pier and a board walk. Sea is beautiful and warm. Really I would like to give this place a decent rating as we had a nice time as a family over all I see a couple of major problems. The food is acceptable at best, some of it is just tasteless and bad. After a few days I would happily have paid for restaurants every day if only there were some in the area. I was also there in May and I see from the reviews that others got the same stomach bug we had. Not the hotels fault but all the same together with the lack of good food it left us glad to go home. Drinks are in general the cheapest alcohol money can buy. Drank the beer a couple of times, tried the wine once - do not recommend either. Cocktails are passable. Depending on your taste, the animation is quite loud. Lots of bass heavy music on for much of the day. Others obviously enjoyed it, so it just comes down to taste. …

Hotel itself is not 5 stars hotel. The furniture inside of the room visable damaged due to the high humudity. The food is acceptable. Generally grilled stuff are tasty. Hotel is smaller than it looks on pictures. Beach is not sandy. Hotel is clean but in the evening they are taking all the napkins from tables can’t say why. Also you can’t find same kind of drinks in every bar. Some stuff are existing in some bars some are not. WORST THING IS THERE ARE HUGE AMOUNT OF MOSQUITOS AND FLIES. Even if you dressed well they are biting you through clothes. In the evening it’s imposble to chill outside neighter in balcony nor in bars. Flies are not just sharing your food with you also try to snack from you. They have a good playground for childeren with superviser. 2 big pools and 2 pools for childeren. There is access to pool for disable people. THERE IS NO BAR AT ALL ON THE BEACH. You need to walk from beach to closest bar to get any drink. They are using JB for wiskey and for gin, vodka, rum “maze” brand alcohol which was absolutely against our used taste of alcohol. The entertaiment team seem to be less interested in entertaining. Last summer I have been in another hotel of the same branch which is in Kemer (Gypsohila clup marine). Our experiences there were much better.…

The worst 5* hotel.in Turkey that i have been i have no idea why they have 5*. Food nothing special,all the time the same and not so many stuff of chose...other hotels had much more. People from russia or german are much better treated than from poland... we have a lot of people with bactery infection because of food... stomach pain...and hotel didint do nothing...they do not see any problem they do not care probably if i would came from germany i would get already some better treatment. Area clean, nice garden area. If u have possibility choose other hotel. Its possible u will get a room next to the highway...its a big noise and 1st line and 2nd line of bungalow u hire cars all the time... i was in 7 5* hotels in Turkey and this one its the worst ...for me its poor 4* and not 5…
