Visited gypsophila summer 2020 with my sister for a relaxed getaway. The hotel is filled with beautiful plants and the rooms have air conditioning with great pools and a private beach just a few meters away. Was nice and quiet when we visited. Corona protections in place including temperature checks, sanitiser stations and staff serving food and drinks pretty much all hours of the day with masks. The hotel provides beach towels which is a nice touch. All staff were super friendly. No real activities to do in the nearby area at night so thanks to the animation team for working extra hard for making a good nightly program! We didn’t have kids but Rebecca from the animation team was so good with the kids and Naaz from the animation team was amazing and friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay like valued guests. And there were Always cleaners Working emptying bins. Tables were cleaned constantly 10/10.

Our family of 4 stayed 10 days during Covid time. From day one the animation team was superb. Habip we enjoyed so much archery with you and people that we met there.Rebecca-my 6 years old son loved your company at kids club-thank you,Naz will keep you fit with step club, yoga and water fitness. Ahmet is fun when running darts. All great as individuals also as working in group,Serdar,Hakan, Ugur to.Lots of activities during the day as in the evening with disco for kids then show in amphitheatre, worth joining them for quizzes and activities, had lots of laugh.Water slides are fun for everybody.People working in the restaurant where polite and hard working. Rooms were cleaned every day but didnt need that often, cleaning ladies did their job perfectly. This hotel was well looked after,Plenty of palm trees, flowers and grass watered daily. You can walk from the hotel straight to the beach and there is plenty of sunbeds. Music is played during the day and snacks available. We liked food a lot. Healthy choices available. Really good creamy ice creams but wish they were seved more often. Gym with TV available, massages in the spa next to pool.Only one downside-the bathrooms a little bit aged but kept very clean. We had great stay and made lots of new friends.

Great Holliday especially with COVID happening felt super safe with all staff on board with making sure everyone’s protected, great variety of delicious food service available all hours of the day. There wasn’t much to do near the hotel so the animation team did a great job of entertaining adults/ kids. Great pools and a lovey clean beach only a few metres Definitely would visit again thanks to the animation staff and welcoming stay !

We stayed in this hotel during the coronavirus crisis. The hotel is made up of separate buildings, so there is not so many people around. The staff wear masks all the time, hygiene is perfect, sanitizers everywhere. However, visitors seldom wear mask, which poses a risk.
The food is OK, not so much variety due to reduced capacity I guess, but you won’t starve either. Quality is good though. There is open buffet, but the food is served by the cooks behind glass, which is frustrating but a necessity due to coronavirus restrictions. What is strange is that tea is not served in the restaurant during lunch and dinner, you have to go to a nearby bar if you want to drink Turkish tea.
Pool is very clean and very big, there is also relax pool for those who don’t prefer music or animation. Aqua park was not working during our stay. The sea is near, but it is rocky rather than sandy. The quay is very handy.
The management is very concerned with the needs of visitors, they contact you on WhatsApp, so they are almost available 7/24.
Overall I would recommend this hotel, no real drawback, good value for money.

This was our first stay @ Gypsophila and we were very satisfied with the entire stay, from the quality of the food through the more than satisfactory selection of pools and slides up to the excellent work of the animation team, a group of terrific young people who could entartain both kids and their parents equally well. They provided great dedication in the mini club and during evening events for adults. With such dedicated staff, Gypsophila's guests can enjoy their stay in great conditions.

We were very satisfied with our stay in Gypsophila Holiday Village. We were living in a house near by main restaurant, and I heard that other houses weren't in such a good condition as ours. Our was ok except minibar which was broken and stuff changed it three times wihout any success. The food was ok,maybe exept restaurant ala carte,we visited turkish and fish and none of this was excelent including service😉 we didn't enjoy loud music near the main pool, but to avoid it we were looking for a sunbeds away of it. The stuff including esspecially public relation manager, gardeners, waiters, bartenders and cleaning servise was at top level. We can always get any help from the stuff. There is one shopping center nearby and Alaara Grand Bazaar 2km from the hotel. Its easy to get to Alanya with public bus or by taxi from here. We highly reccomend Gypsophila and are looking forward to visit it again😉

I waited a while since coming back from Gypsophila to fully take in our trip. I went with my wife and two kids, one being Autistic. I say this as I had emailed the hotel twice to ask for a room quite central as my daughter has trouble walking long distances. Upon arrival, I had queried this as I never received a response and was told that they never received the emails but will see what they can. I was then told and I quote 'We have a room that someone has reserved but we can swap you with them. I'm looking after you so can you look after me?' Being from Morocco I know what this meant so we gave the guy money and went on our way. While I will say that the resort is nice and the amenities are good I wouldn't come here expecting 5 stars. For example, you're mini bar fridge gets filled on arrival and that is it unless you pay and you are unable to take food and drink back to your room but can't order room service. While a few of the entertainment reps speak limited English the place is very geared to German/Eastern European guests and you do notice it as we were not approached to participate in any activities until the day before we were leaving. I gave this feedback to the rep who told me that 'maybe they don't feel fully comfortable as their English is not good.' What I would suggest is that on their name tags, you maybe have the flag of what languages they can speak. The resort is nice but I would advise any English-speaking travelers to maybe look elsewhere.

The 12-day holiday started earlier at the Coral Travel office in Łódź. The friendly, competent Mrs. Agnieszka convinced me to spend my holiday at Gypsophila Holiday Villagge. She was right. A beautifully located hotel consisting of many separate two-story buildings blended with masterfully maintained greenery makes us start to relax after entering the interior. As a trainer with a hotel and catering certificate, I tried to look at everything from the perspective of an ordinary holidaymaker, but sometimes I failed to remain ordinary. Five stars for the Asian area is ok. Clean, varied food, although I missed seafood. You could probably taste them at a fish restaurant included in the price of your holiday. I gave up after tasting fish in a general restaurant, where the sauces were dry, as well as grilled fish (the cook was not paying attention). Other meat dishes combined with vegetables ok. Warm vegetarian dishes ok, starch additives ok, variety of cold dishes ok, additional evening culinary attractions great. I loved the breakfasts, extensive variety, super creative. Between meals, a little something at the snack bar and more. A variety of cold and hot drinks. Great Turkish pancakes made by two nice ladies under a roof while you waited.
Animation attractions not very encouraging, nothing new, every southern hotel is the same. The slightly loud music aimed at young people was not relaxing while sunbathing by the pool, you could probably go to another place, but whether that is the case or not, a welcome compromise. Great optional trips (you must take advantage of them). A small minus is the toilets by the pool, which need to be repaired. Free WI-FI, working great from the very beginning (I don't know how it works in full season). Five Stars is ok. But the Sixth Star from the heart, and a big one at that, goes to three people who welcomed me on April 17, 2024 at the reception with a smile on their faces, empathy and joy in the eyes. This is what I always pay attention to in the first 10 seconds in every hotel and restaurant. Bulent, Burak, Canil. Trójca, wonderful and dedicated to her work for the guests, was helpful for 12 days. It was their warm look that introduced me to this hotel and said this Hotel Gypsophila Holiday Village is yours. It happened. I stayed there and I recommend you to take advantage of this great offer. I leave small imperfections to myself. Bravo HOTEL.

I rested from 03/30/24 to 04/06/24 - I spontaneously chose a hotel - I wanted to go to the sea, in the sun. Worthy. Separate 3-storey houses, 4 rooms per floor. Each room has its own balcony, not adjacent, no neighbors visible. I had the 3rd floor, 4th line from the sea (5 lines in total) - quiet, view of the territory, and the sea was visible between the houses. The territory was well-groomed and clean. The rooms were cleaned daily, towels were changed daily, and the minibar was replenished. There were people at the hotel, but it seems to me that the hotel was not 100% full, it was not yet the season.
The restaurant is clean, the dishes, cutlery, tablecloths, napkins are clean, they were changed by the staff as they are used. You can take wine and beer yourself, but you can also ask - they will bring it with a smile (there is no difference between residents of Europe and residents of Russia). The weather is lucky - the air approximately +28. water +21. Towards the end of my race they began to pull up the sun awning, because... There weren't enough umbrellas anymore. Yes, about the pool, I didn’t use it, but they said that the water temperature was +26. Everything worked in the room, I slept at night without air conditioning. I thank the staff who did everything to make my stay enjoyable. If possible, I would return to this hotel. I recommend it.

The first night we slept in an emergency room because we arrived very late and we got a better room the day after than first booked. That w1s with two adult people not really a fun in a mini bed Luckily the room we got the next day looked very good.
The real room was spacious, renovated and had lovely mattresses. These have recently been renewed and really great! The bathroom had a lovely and adjustable walk-in rain shower. The towels are also nice and soft. Too bad there was only hand soap and shower gel.
Otherwise the room was very neat and the air conditioning worked fine. The minibar is not automatically refilled but just a call and they do this immediately.
The food w1s pretty ok. There w1s a lot of choice except for fish lovers it was limited. The products were also fresh and many things made a la minute. Nice that you can have an omelette made to your own taste at breakfast and that meat toppings are cut off from a lady instead of discoloring on a plateau. Really nice. Also at lunch by the pool you can get everything on demand and therefore deliciously freshly made.
The hotel was very very neat and d1t k1n not be easy with so many guests.
The animation team also deserves kudos for their efforts every day. What certainly deserves a compliment are the people who build the garden. It's really beautiful full of beautiful flowers. The hotel is built in several cottages with about 12 rooms. This way no one is on each other's lips even though it is always fully booked. The pool is busy but wonderful. Always find a sunbed. Unfortunately they still work with pillows and that is a little less
We had a top holiday and yes refinement is not there but the quality fortunately is
