We've had a wonderful time! Wide variety of everything from pools to food, drinks and activities. Great massage, jacuzzi and garden. The rooms are very clean and spacious and the beds are very comfy! The staff is super friendly and attentive (and most of them speak many languages and try to make small conversations with everyone). Guest relations team has always been very kind and helpful!

We stayed at this hotel 1 week in June, 2 adults and 2 children, 14 and 16 years old, and we enjoyed every minute of it! Resort is very clean, animation team is great (lots of activities) and shows are fabulous. Almost every night there was life music and people were dancing after the show presented in the amphitheatre. The beach has stones, not sand, and you need water shoes, but the lack of sand makes the sea very clear, so you can swim better. Internet is free and very good in all resort, from the room, to the bars, and at the beach. Food is fain, lots of choises, both inside the main restaurant and in the resort, at other bars. A la carte restaurants can be visited without additional costs 1 time/each. We went to chinese, mexican and italian and they were all very pleasant and food tasty, though you don't have too many options in the meniu. Staff is friendly, smiles and remembers you, tries to speak you language (or at least a few words if your language is different than russian or german, like it was for us as we are from Romania). We also appreciated that the instructions in tbe room were also in romanian language, besides english, russian and german :) Overall, we had a great time and we recomand the hotel, especially for families with children. We arrived in the hotel early morning around 07:30.On the reception we done check in and they told us that usually rooms are avelable after 13:00. In the mean time we go on breakfast and look around the hotel and when we go to reception to ask about the room if its ready around 10:00(like they told us) we were very nice surprised!!! During your visit you can go to alacarte restaurants and they were great. We were in Fish and Chinese.
The hotel area is very nice and green with big gardens and trees.
I deeply recommend this hotel.Its very clean, enough animation for everyone especially for families with small children.
Only thing what i didn’t like is that more waiters are not speaking english language but some how we were understanding each other 😊.

what a great place!! Several languages were spoken at reception and was greeted with a drink and a smile, immediately offered an upgrade to the room at a reasonable price, so took the larger balcony overlooking the sea. We stayed in two hotels during our trip to Turkey and this was by far the best. In a nutshell, it was the service, it was impeccable, 100s of staff catering for everything you need, so a big shout to the staff around the pool especially the staff on roller blades, every 15 minutes someone brought you drinks, food and even an ice-cold lemon water rub down, and you felt pampered. Pools were clean and you had several choices, including jacuzzi pools and saunas, adults-only pools, children’s pool and water slides, a private stretch of beach just a short walk through the complex, with a pier into the sea, and a bar at the end, busy in the day but great for a swim and a walk in the evening. Restaurants supplied a high standard of service and a very wide range of food, local dishes being the best (freshly made bread each day by the pool. There are several places to eat at meals overlooking the pools in the main restaurant or overlooking the sea, also you can grab snacks throughout the day with cakes and ice cream in reception, cocktails, and an Irish bar too. Thanks especially to them for supplying regular nighttime milk for our youngest for bed. We missed the chance to take up the complimentary A la carte night as you needed to book in advance and were confused when asking guest relations about timing. Shops in the complex are friendly and reasonable, but also a short distance away you can experience the Bazaars, with all your shopping needs and extra restaurants to explore. everywhere you went people wanted to help and it was spotlessly clean, as were the rooms, our family room was spacious, cleaned daily, and well stocked. We had an amazing time at the Botanik Platinum (not to be confused with the Botanik which is also on-site and can share the facilities) another great aspect of this hotel is that if you fancy a change for the night, you can walk along the beach to the next Delphin hotel and receive the same service and access to the facilities as they allow this as part of your stay. The only thing I can point to as a small annoyance is that you can’t swim in the sea in the evening, Security guards ask you to get out of the water, and it is irritating as if you move away from the hotel out of sight, you can go in (kind of pointless) as many people like a paddle. in hindsight regret leaving for the second hotel and honestly haven’t covered everything they offer, thank everybody top to bottom for making it a memorable stay, you should be proud of your standards.

This place exceeded my expectations. The staff can not do enough for you . They remember your name and your drink of choice . They are very friendly. Although their English is not great they try and they get there in the end .
The food is amazing so much choice and top restaurant quality. There are many a la carte restaurants where you can sit down and have a 3 course meal we had Mexican and Chinese which were both lovely but we did miss the choice of the buffet on the days we eat there for dinner .
The pools are great 7 pools but only one was heated at the time we went which meant one pool was crowed and the other empty including the slides . I suggest you heat the pools by the slides as it was just to cold for me to try them and this the aqua park was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel . The jacuzzi is also cold in April .
The kids club was the great activities all day from 9am - 5pm they even take the children to lunch if needed . My children dropped in and out of the activities they wanted to do .
Mini disco every night is allot of fun and all the children get up on the stage and dance for an hour .
The cleaners are cleaning all day and very thorough. The place is spotless .
The location of the hotel is about 45 mins from the airport and not much to do locally but the hotel put on free shuttle buses every day to Alanya and Side . On Friday there is a market across the road .
The beach was a bit of a let down as the decking wasn’t in use and it is pebbles . There were plenty of sun loungers .
We stayed 16th- 23rd April weather was between 17 & 24 so nice enough to sunbath with 1 cloudy day .
We booked through love holidays and got a fantastic deal . I feel like we got such a bargain
We will be back!

The complex is always clean; if something falls on the floor, it is cleaned up in a few minutes. The staff is always friendly and accommodating; in our one week stay, we didn't have a single rude member of staff. A big plus point is the space throughout the complex and on the beach. The complex is so big that even when it's fully booked, every guest can find a nice spot in the shade. At the moment (June 10-17, 2024) temperatures are above 40° every day, which makes space in the shade really important. However, if you're looking for a quiet hotel with few children, this is the wrong place for you; the Botanik Platinum offers everything that makes a child's heart beat faster. The entertainment during the day and in the evening is really great. Cotton candy, ice cream, and even popcorn appeal to more than just the little visitors. We were even able to check in early when we arrived at 8 a.m. because the hotel wasn't at full capacity at the time; this is a blessing for anyone who is out and about for hours. We booked a land view and got a free upgrade towards the pool. Anyone wanting an upgrade towards the sea will have to pay a high surcharge (almost €200). The rooms are clean. Of course there are some leaky seals in the showers, but you mustn't forget that people shower in them every day and often several times a day, which causes a certain amount of wear and tear. The double beds are real double beds that have not just been pushed together, which is great too, but not a given everywhere. The food is amazing, there is always enough choice and it tastes great. For some it might even be too much choice all at once, I was a bit overwhelmed at first, haha. There is of course a program every evening and all the important information is available in the hotel and on the complex. Water sports, Zumba, games - these are also part of a vacation in Turkey. The hotel is good. Very beautiful garden. Good animation. Pools are nice, food is good but the same all the time (definatly you can find to eat all the time - very tasty fish in the evenings). The room service is horrible, cleaning staff also - we has to ask to clean our room 3 times in 10 days, they did not even take empty bottles which were on the ground for few times. So cleaning is the worst part for this hotel.

Long honest review. We arrived on 05/23 and departed on 06/01/2024 as two families with children aged 5 and 6 years. I’ll say right away that we had previously vacationed in both Loniser and Crystal Admiral, but the vacation here is much higher, although the price was about the same. There are excellent slides for children with an entrance to the pool up to 100 cm, and there are also several more pools for kids with mini slides and a depth of up to 40 cm, some ankle-deep. The children's animation is wonderful, there are girls animators who speak several languages, more than 10 people. You can leave your child for free, they will play with him there and feed him and go for a swim in the pool, they will double-check on the territory several more times whether everything is in place and everything is fine. In the evening there will be a children's performance or dancing, as well as cotton candy and popcorn. Each pub bar has a menu of children's soft drinks. Excellent service, diverse activities, very clean, excellent fiid and very nice personnel. We arrived at 12 at the hotel, but we did not have to wait for the checkin standard tine(14:00) in 10 minutes we received the room keys, towel cards and access to all the facilities. The building was mimosa and it is modern and had all the necessary facilities. Furkan was really helpfull at the guest desk. Thank you!
