Outstanding! We have just returned from 11 nights here (2 adults, 2 teens) and had a great time. It seems pointless repeating all the highlights of the hotel in detail as they are in so many reviews, but some highlights (in no particular order) include: - Drinks in the lobby bar - The Quiet/Relax Pool - The main restaurant is excellent - The whole complex is spotlessly clean - The food is outstanding and very good quality. - There is no dash for sunbeds (though a small handful seem to like their favourite spots and still get up at silly-o'clock to reserve) - there is always a surplus and you can come down at any time of day and get a sunbed. The main pool is invariably busier than the quiet pool, but you still won't struggle. This is a major plus for the hotel - you shouldn't have to spend your holiday fretting about whether you will get a place by the pool, so well done to them. - The gardens - the team work really hard in intense heat to keep them beautiful. - Poolside skaters who bring you drink after drink! Onto the main highlight: There are no doubt hundreds of quality hotels in the area which might match the DD for facilities. But the factor which appears to keep this hotel at #1 on TripAdvisor is the STAFF. They are superb. They work so hard, with smiles on their faces and nothing is too much trouble. Having been on holidays in the past when it is a relief to get even a smile from some members of staff, Delphin Deluxe was totally different. Virtually every member of staff was friendly and made such a big effort. If you are already booked to stay there, learn 'please' (lut-fen) and 'thank you' (tessekur ederim) and it will go a very long way. Google Translate is useful for communicating with those on the team who don't speak English so well (German and Russian are the principal languages, but it's not an issue) and is used quite easily. I would love to thank so many people personally who work behind the scenes, but I have not even met, but it is clear that the whole team are a credit to the hotel. TA reviews seem to matter a lot to them, so it is only right that I thank the following people who made a memorable difference to our holiday - THANK YOU: Ayse K Seldag - second floor (annexe) housekeeping - wonderful - so friendly and kept the place immaculate. She was so helpful when we needed to interrupt her cleaning schedule and use the room when she was about to clean it. Ali Korkmaz (restaurant waiter) Emiliya S. (restaurant waitress) Foziljon (restaurant waiter - "one more cola"!!) Ayse the omlette chef Emir - Guest Relations - spends lots of time with guests understanding issues and resolves them very promptly, very approachable. Azat - poolside skater Eliza A. (restaurant waitress) Bedirhan Inan (restaurant waiter) Selman Hamza Y (restaurant waiter) Kanat (restaurant waiter) Serhad Kamuran Gigek ) (restaurant waiter) The guys who sweep the restaurant continually Tip - if you want to eat at the Teppanyaki restaurant, make sure you are in the first few people of the booking queue around 0830 as it only holds 12, and is the first to fill up. That said, I got booked in on my first attempt. (I didn't try the others, but availability seemed to be better, so you shouldn't need to queue at 0830, just go at 0900).…

Our family stayed at the hotel Delphin Delux for the second time at the end of Octuber. The whether was perfect for swimming and sunbathing. The hotel staff is very nice and polite,very friendly with children. They try to learn the words in different languages.This is very nice. The food is of great variety and delicious. You may find always something differsnt. We liked pancaces and omletes with various ingrediants. The woo.en prepari g them are very friendly. The pool parties and entertainment involves the people and is great. We liked the eve ing programmes for the children and adults. Our son liked pmaying badketball and new slides. The waitresses are always helpful and in a good mood.I will reccommend this hotel for my friends and will come back.
