We have recently returned from a two week all-inclusive holiday and had the best time! Travelling with our two teenage daughters, we had two central rooms in the atrium overlooking the pool and sea.
The animation team are great and we based ourselves around the 'Olympic' pool so we could enjoy the activities taking place throughout the day. We particularly enjoyed the morning welcome song and 'club' dance. The evening shows offer a good variety, although there are a lot of dance groups, which my husband took a break from occasionally. The Michael Jackson show was AMAZING and by far the best in my opinion but I have always been a fan.
Having read some reviews prior to our trip, I was a little wary about service and queuing for drinks etc. but we had no issues. The two guys around the pool on their skates were amazing and very attentive: we barely had to get up from our sunbeds. During breakfast and lunch (at the snack bar) we received amazing service from Meltem and during the evening buffet from Hamdullah. Both are a real credit to your hotel and I would appreciate if you could let them know how much they contributed to our holiday. Aziz and a number of other young guys serving outside at the lobby bar in the evenings also deserve a mention.
The food at the hotel is very good. I particularly enjoy trying different dishes but there was plenty of choice for those who are reluctant to step out of their comfort zone. The snack bar does very good food, the fried chicken, burgers and pizza are of a very high quality and ensured that my younger daughter didn't go hungry. The salads and fruit are also plentiful.
We experienced some of the a la carte restaurants. We didn't appreciate that you essentially get a six course meal and bear in mind that the portions at the Mexican are huge! We particularly enjoyed the Italian but all of the restaurants that we tried offered a very nice selection. One comment I would make is that the Seafood restaurant would benefit from having the windows open in the evenings to enable the sea view to be enjoyed to its fullest.
Finally sun beds and their availability, as this always something that interests me… There are plenty and during our first week we had no issues finding space where we wanted it. This did change a bit in our second week and we could see people reserving sun beds from very early o’clock but as mentioned, if you aren’t fussy about location, this isn’t a problem.
Overall we had a great time away and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

We stayed in this wonderful hotel for 9 nights. During covid19 hotel has high level of safety! All linens sanitized in high-temperature wash Staff were masks. Floors marked for social distancing. Cheking temperature every time when guests visit restaurant or bar. Hand sanitizer available. All time (maybe every 3 hrs)sanitized high-traffic areas, every morning sanitize daybeds. The hotel is modern, very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Very helpful and nice guestsrelation manager Kristina Kaya. Thank you dear for your kindness! All staff are polite. The rooms are spacious with all of the amenities you would expect. The view from our room (156) was so beautiful! The rooms are exactly the same as the pictures on the hotel website. The locations are great for shooting. You can watch the amazing sunset.
The only downside is that the air conditioning is not working in the lounge and hall. I think it is cos measures are.
Food is available from 7am to 2am and there is wide and varied choice with a lot of show cooking. There was always lots of fruits : very tasty melon and watermelon, also prunes, white and black grapes, apples, bananas, oranges... You can enjoy a real Turkish coffee in lounge bar.
Free safe. Free WiFi. WiFi covers all location, works good.

Few days in so will update also at the end. Our Jet2 transfer took 40 minutes to leave the airport as they waited for other passengers that had obviously booked a private transfer so we set off in the minibus being told it would take an hour to arrive. Our driver stopped at 3 garages on the way, one stop being 20 minutes. The kids were so tired and just wanted to get to bed.
On arrival we checked in and were offered drinks. Food was minimal at this time 3.30am and were alot of un-cleared tables.
Evening dining is manic, difficult to find a table and then once waited and walked around the restaurant about 5 times you may find a un-cleared table to sit at. You have to ask for this to be cleaned down and dishes taken away. Noone comes to offer us drinks etc.
Sunbeds during the day are full of towels and noone sitting at them all day, so we have had to move them to secure just one bed between 3 of us, rotating swimming in the pool.
Slides are great fun for the kids and adults, coffee shop is fabulous from iced coffee to hot chocolate but there are no menus on what drinks they have and they have difficulty understanding English.
Rooms are clean and beautiful with the nice touches on the beds after a room clean. Mini bar is restocked daily but they only ever put one bag of crisps and one chocolate wafer and there are 3 of us in this room.
My view is there isn't enough tentative staff around the pool area, just one male on rollerskates trying to cover the while pool area but he serves with a smile and tries his best to cover the whole area.
There was no welcome meeting from our booking provider and have been notified they will be here on Friday at 4pm but we leave on Sunday so haven't been very helpful.

We arrived at the hotel last night with our 10 month old baby. We expected them to make a crib for him in the room, but the crib was not. We asked for a crib for the baby in the morning and they said it would work until noon, at noon they asked us to check if a crib was put in the room. Hello, 20.8.-27.8.2023 we visited the hotel Kirman Sidera Luxury and Spa. The stay was nice and pleasant. There was plenty of food, but they were repeated more often during the week. Everything was perfect! Even though the breakfast is until 10 am the staff are very kind and let you go in up until about 10.30. Lunch starts at 12 so even if you miss breakfast you will have food almost non stop. At the same time, the food was delicious. You also have the option to reserve a table free of charge at any of their restaurants. The drinks are exquisite, the best cocktail I've had was the Butterfly Pea Martini and the Iced Sidera Spiced coffee is one of the best iced coffees I've had in years. The rooms are cozy and big with a beautiful balcony. You can choose from the side view and the sea view. We've had the side view and we could see the moon rising every evening, it was beautiful. The room also has Aircon that stops when you open the balcony door to save energy so 10/10 on that part as well. The staff were super nice and always eager to help. You also get a personal assistant on your arrival that you can communicate with on WhatsApp. The pools are very clean, they organised activities everyday like water polo, yoga in the morning and so on. They also have a pontoon with a bar and you can use it to get directly in the sea without having fear of the small stones on the beach. Will definitely come back next year

First of all, we want to say that all the staff at the hotel are very friendly. We were greeted very hospitably at the Reception and throughout the rest we felt welcomed guests.
