We came to the hotel in September and arrived at the hotel early because of our flight. When we went to the hotel, we did not find the hotel clean at all. When we walked around the hotel area, there was garbage, glasses on the ground, and dirty sun loungers. The lobby bar is open but there are no drinks, the staff is not awake yet and does not even know how to make cocktails .. We did not like the hotel and when we wanted to change hotel immediately, our hotel guide put us in touch with someone. She listened to us and said she would help. About half an hour later, someone with long hair came and insulted us and told us to kick us out of the hotel. (When we asked the staff, she said she was the hotel manager) a manager can never insult a guest. Then we were given a room, we walked around the hotel and tried to forget our troubles by having a good time. There is always something missing in the main restaurant, sometimes there are no plates, sometimes there are no clean tables, the staff do not know their job and work very loudly. In the early hours, cleaners are shouting and playing loud music in the corridor. The rooms are old and the beds are uncomfortable. We followed the manager who kicked us out of the hotel throughout our holiday, she doesn't do any work, she just spends time on the phone and shouts at someone. We met with our guide several times to change the hotel, but they did not change it because the hotels were full. The only animation events we like are AquApark.…

Hello dear guest The general area of the hotel is cleaned daily and monitored instantly. The lobby bar operates non-stop between 8:00 and 00:00. After guests meal in the main restaurant, tables are instantly cleaned and plates and cutlery are replaced with new ones. Managers follow this process very closely. In your comment, you mentioned the issue of cleaning staff talking loudly among themselves. It was a great hotel. The animation team was very kindly with us. We have a lot or fun with différent swimming pool and Aqua park. Thé meal was Good and the are a lot of choice. The coffee was Bad. See was very good.

the hotel is located in a beautiful natural environment. Many different swimming pools so it never feels too busy. Great animation during the day with a wide variety of activities! The vineyard is a hidden gem with a stunning view. the food is good, just missing some seasoning. highly recommended!

The entertainment is very good, it is always fun and there is something to do the whole day. The animation team very friendly and fund, ee had so much fun with all of them. The only poor thing is the room cleanliness and the lightning is so poor in the whole hotel.

Hello.We Are 4 Members Of Our Family Me, my Husband And Two Children My 4Year old And 1 Year old and We Wanted To Go Somewhere where Is Family Hotel and We Were Adviced from One Agency to Go To A Good Life Utopia Family Resort..Ok We Arrived there In the beggining i will Say Just Some of Little things That were Good. The Food And the Nature. It the Beggining The Staff Didnt Know English The International Language That u Have to Know Because U have to Comunicate with Guests. They Expected Us to know Turkish or Russian. It was Very Bad Because we Didnt know how to find Things How to Go in our Room We didnt know nothing Because they didnt know to speak English It was very big Hotel And With to little Kids We Had to Go By ourself to find Something In the Middle of the sun With two Kids There were No Special Stairs for Baby We had to Carry Our Carriage all the Way I Was Sick Because My Back Hurt from Caring the Carriage.Then We See in thr Picture That there Was Beach But when we Lookrd for Beach They Didnt have because It was not for Kids we were in Vacations but we didnt Have Beach and We Had to Go to the Pool everyday In thr pool. In the Pool There Was Not Enough Umbrellas We Had Call the reception To Tell them that We Cannot stay in The Pool with Kids without umbrella In thr middle of the sun..They Word I dont know i dont know. And We Didnt stay We stay In the Restaurant And wait for somebody to Go and Then To go to the Pool. Then Something More Disgusting The Hotel was Very Dirty .In the Pool Where we stayed with our two kids there Was something that it shouldnt be there At Any Ways I will Show Pictures Of What i Find There And Could My Kids Have Taken Touch or Eat It was Use And It was Disgusting. Hello Dear Guest, The concept of our hotel, the services we offer and the pictures are available on our official website and you can find all the information there. You should have checked the details before you came. We offer our guests what we have written on our official website and they like it very much. In our hotel, each of our staff in Reception and Guest Relations Departments has at least two foreign language skills and we meet the requests of our guests instantly. At the entrance to our hotel, all of our guests are given an information sheet about the hotel. Many of our staff working in the hotel area have a level of foreign language knowledge to meet the requests of our guests and they constantly help our guests. We have a sufficient number of sun loungers and umbrellas in our pools and aquapark area. We have not received any complaints from our guests about this issue. Our hotel provides an artificial beach and the beach consists of a wooden platform, the pictures of it are available on our website. The area of our hotel is large, but we have pools and activities to have a good time everywhere. At certain times of the day, we have a golf bus in the hotel area to take our guests from one point to another. The hotel area is suitable for strollers. Based on your complaint, the area you mentioned has been viewed from the security camera and during the hours you mentioned, no guests except you used the area. We offered you to check it together on camera. But you didn't want to check it because only you used that area. All areas of the hotel are constantly cleaned by our staff in detail during the day, at night and during the closed hours of the pool. Kind regards, This comment is for profit.
