Nice friendly Hotel great staff good food but just a little repetitive would say 4*s as opposed to a 5*but all in all we had a great holiday, but 35 kilometres to Alanya good bus service every 5 minutes would like to have been closer as there was a lot going on and some really good restaurants. our room was very comfortable and the air conditioning was fantastic, nice powerful shower, and safe in the room. also, free ice creams and the bars did not close until midnight soft drinks were supplied in rooms and replenished daily for free nice touch! if a bit nearer to Alanya we would definitely go back.

Went on holiday as a group of 4 young adults, 2 couples. Had a fantastic holiday for the price we paid. We all wanted a chilled beach holiday on a budget and that’s what we got! Booked through ‘On the Beach’, a packaged deal including flights, transfers and 8 nights all inclusive at the hotel. Our two friends traveled from Manchester and myself and my partner traveled from London Gatwick. ‘Downside’s’ Let’s get the ‘negatives’ out the way first 😅 (genuinely not many though!) Not to do with hotel: Transfers - we paid extra for a ‘speedy transfer’ to and from the hotel. On arrival in Turkey we queued up to get a transfer, we were taken round to a small minibus, there was no room for our suitcases so these were shoved onto two seats, once this was done there was no more room for any extra passengers. We then proceeded to wait at the airport with no communication in a full minibus for nearly 1 hour. No more customers came on board, once we eventually left, we were the first hotel on the route. Took around just under 2 hours from the airport including a 15 minute stop at a shop, which all transfers seemed to do. Rep - booking through On the beach resulted in our ‘holiday provider’ being a company called ‘Star Holidays’. On arrival at the hotel, we were handed an information slip, this included a flyer for excursions, and written on the slip was a time for a welcome meeting. The receptionist did not mention the welcome meeting note and unfortunately we missed this information. (After a delayed flight and waiting nearly an hour for the transfer, arriving at nearly midnight, checking small bits of paper was not top priority). It was not until later on the next day when we discussed with our friends if we wanted to do any excursions we then looked through the papers properly and noticed this information. We immediately contacted the rep, Murat, via the WhatsApp number provided on this note. Unfortunately he was not accommodating. For the first interaction, he was rude about the fact that we had missed the welcome meeting. On attendance at the welcome meeting he was not particularly friendly, and came across overly pushy about particular excursions. Regarding giving us the information for our Transfer to the airport at the end of holiday, he was AWFUL. Hotel related: Early towel reserving - even though the hotel clearly states that you ‘should not reserve sun lounges‘ everyone does, we learned this the hard way on the first two days. Most Sun lounges around both pool and beach, in any reasonable position, are taken by 9am and ‘the best’ spots for sun loungers will be snapped up around 6 am. Positive’s/ overall experience: Overall had a fantastic time away, could not fault the actual hotel for what we paid. One big out door swimming pool, one small outdoor swimming pool with three large waterslides. An area on the beach for the hotel, a long pier that went out with an area for up to about 20 Sun lounges on the end of it, including diving points and ladders in and out of the seawater! Three à la carte restaurants included at no extra price (just pre book with the hotel guest relations team by Reception) - definitely recommend ‘Tower restaurant’ for the views! Hotel has a small entertainment team, but they are very laid-back, which is what we wanted. External entertainment shows five nights a week. Evening entertainment highlights included the synchronise swimming show and the best night of our holiday, the pier party! Small nightclub in the hotel, this is very hidden away, we only went one night but had a fun time however it was pretty quiet. Food was very good. A mixture of your typical all-inclusive stuff, including chips burgers salads fruit, but also every meal included some traditional Turkish dishes as well, which we loved! Overall, wide range of food and as a Vegetarian I always had options. Only slight downside, the restaurant only has two hour opening times for breakfast, lunch and evening meal, they could definitely do with opening for three hours in the evening to give guests more time to filter through. Throughout the day there are select times where you can get traditional Turkish bread by the pool, freshly made waffles and ice cream! Definitely recommend grabbing an iced coffee from any of the hotel bars as well! Room was nice, cleaned every day, beds a bit hard and rooms not very sound proof, could often hear the entertainment/ music from the hotel next door until late. A lot of guests from Poland and Germany and some from The Netherlands, a few from the UK overall (From what we could tell). In hotel gym, indoor pool and spa including a steam room and sauna all free of charge! You can book allsorts of massages at the spa. We booked a full ‘Turkish bath’/ ‘Hammam’ and all had an extra massage in the week, would definitely recommend! Would 100 percent return to this hotel for a low priced sunny get away!

I really enjoyed it at this hotel there food was amazing the bar stays open till late night, staff are really friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. In the rooms you have a soft drink mini bar and they are very clean. This is deffinatley a 5 star hotel, whilst we were there we done a photo shoot in which the photos were stunning i was impressed the man was lovely and extremely helpful if we needed anything. There's a jewellery shop here to which is lovely and fairly priced the custom here is spectacular too. One complaint I do have is when your trying to relax by the swimming pool there is people trying to promote tattoos and try there best to talk you into one. If you want a tattoo you would go and get one it's a personally choice not something that is pushed on you for nearly the 4 days before they get the message. There was two nights where there was no entertainment which was extremely boring and your left with pretty much no option to go sit in your room. Other wise there is a night club although the music weren't my cup of tea you could have a good time. There was very little located near the hotel which is a let down, but something that they can not control. You have to venture out to do anything which is a bit of an inconvenience and antalya is 1 hours drive away on a bus. Everything shuts off at 12am which to me wasn't ideal especially if you wanted to enjoy the evening. Me and my partner missed breakfast as nothing appealed to us and the eggs looked like snot so we stayed in bed or just waited for the snack bar to open which was a little bit disappointing. As much as I loved the hotel and would recommend it, I do not recommend visiting If you english and expect to meet other English people here as we were the only two people. Everyone else was from Germany, Poland, Russia and many other parts of the world. One this I believe the hotel could do is promote things to do that are local and provide you with information all about it as the hotel is so secluded sometimes you feel its an open prison. Overall I the manager went out of his way to make sure we was happy and provide us with all that we need and has a exceptional level of English, I would visit here again but most probably for a shorter stay.

Hotel was lovely a clean nice if you like a smaller hotel. There was lots of food choice for meat eaters but no so much if you are vegetarian or vegan however if you asked for something and they had it they would get it for you. A 5 second walk to the privately owned beach with is rare for turkey, with its own swigs in the sea. You do need to be up EARLY! As there will be no sun beds after 8 am. The hotel does not speak English and there are very few guests that are English. The bar staff are lovely and the men in the jewellery shop, the man in the hotel shop not so much and will rip you off. All cigarettes and trinkets can be bought by walking 5-10 mins down the road. All I. All a lovely little hotel. The water sports outside the hotel are very rude and like to grab at you but reasonably priced if you don’t mind being grabbed at. Golden Sea Travel - Antalya- this was our private transfer company. On the way to the hotel the driver was amazing!! ….. on the way back no so much. Upon our travel back to the airport the driver stopped at what was clearly his friends shop where he proceeded to pick up a random woman and gave her a lift IN MY PRIVATE TRANSFER!! The spoke very loud Turkish all the way to the airport. Needless to say he did not get a tip!

A great place with extremely friendly service. Everyone is smiling and willing to help. Clean and nice rooms with well-functioning air conditioning. A lot of food to choose from, and on some days you could eat sushi or typical Turkish cuisine. After dinner there was delicious ice cream and waffles. It was impossible to get bored. Every day, various attractions were held on the premises of the hotel, volleyball and water polo matches were played. You could play darts, jenge or go to Aqua aerobics. In the evenings there were animations for children and a show for adults. One of the three a la carte restaurants is located at the top of the hotel with a beautiful view of the surroundings. From bottom of our hearts we would like to thank all staff for their hard work, care and hospitality. Many thanks to the managers & general manager of Mr. Murat. It was an unforgettable vacation, so we would like to come back to you again.

We moved to this hotel half way through our two week holiday in turkey, the staff were absolutely wonderful so welcoming , helpful and invested in making our holiday a great time. The food and drinks were great , they make fab cocktails at the American bar , the pool bar has slushies, the Icecream and waffles by the pool were delicious ,the al’carte restaurants were of a great standard. The entertainment was brilliant and the animation team were friendly and accommodated each family member with activities. The beach at sunset was beautiful , the maids worked hard to ensure the rooms were clean and left lovely towel animals. We were fortunate enough to have a spectacular view from our room. This hotel whilst small , go above and beyond to ensure your holiday ticks all the boxes. I can’t thank the staff enough for helping to create a great holiday. We hope to return , even though the transfer was lengthy;)

We arrived early hours of the morning on the 17th July, the night staff, a young gentleman, was so helpful and friendly, there was no problem with language, we booked the deluxe room and it had the most amazing views. The food was varied and tasty, my youngest is a very picky eater but he found something to eat at every meal. I would like to say we had the most kindest cleaning lady on our floor, always had a smile on her face, couldn't speak much English but that wasn't a problem at all. The weather was hot hot hot but thankfully the hotel had aircon. Beautiful hotel with kind and friendly staff. The spa is a great place to unwind and relax after a long day travelling, again the staff are so kind and friendly. There was evening entertainment that was great to watch. Just a little advice, get beach shoes as it's a pebble beach, not easy to get into the sea from the beach, there is a way to get in from the boardwalk but if you have kids that are not strong swimmers I wouldn't advise it. Also the games room could do with an up date, not much to choose from and the bowling was broken when we were there. All in all it is an amazing hotel with fantastic staff and if you want a bit of shopping the market is about 15 min walk from the hotel. Another piece of advice if you want great days out go to the Excursion market antalya website so much more cheaper than booking on the spot.

Overall a great place! While all staff was nice, Sima from the kids club in particular was a true star! She was most friendly with the kids and always managed to keep them engaged in some sort of activities. Our two kids still talk about her! I also wish to give credit to the reception manager, being super nice to address our concern and swap our room as we had a problem with somewhat noisy air conditioning system. Apart of the gravel beach in front of the hotel, I can totally recommend this place!

It's a rather small resort. One swimming pool. One lifeguard, about 65yrs old was looking after the resort pool and their beachfront. He spends most time looking for shade. We didn't feel safe at all. Rooms decore not a 5 star. OK, but far from luxerious. Food was OK. Certainly lucking seafood so typical to 5 star. Most staff spoke 10 words in 10 different languages. Mostly Russian. We found the front desk and customers relation people unwilling to help and generally were very pretentious. Also the evening entertainment was very, very weak. We will never go back there.

Husband ,myself and our 3 years old daughter spent a week in Galeri Hotel. It was amazing - very clean and tidy rooms and hotel in general ,delicious food all day long ,private beach ( few minutes away from the pools), 2 swimming pools, entertainment program and very friendly staff. The area of the hotel is small but this is what you need when having holiday with children. 2 playgrounds- you have your drink or food and observe your child playing there. We arrived very late at night and straight away was offered a snack and drink and was welcomed so warmly. When checking out, we had to leave the room by 12pm but still could stay in the hotel and use all the facilities (we had our lunch , stayed by the pool and left the hotel in the evening to meet our flight ). They have not sandy beach so worth to consider an appropriate shoes to go in the water. Also, there is not much you can do outside the hotel but if you are looking to have nice and relax holiday - this hotel is superb!!!!!
