We arrived early hours of the morning on the 17th July, the night staff, a young gentleman, was so helpful and friendly, there was no problem with language, we booked the deluxe room and it had the most amazing views. The food was varied and tasty, my youngest is a very picky eater but he found something to eat at every meal. I would like to say we had the most kindest cleaning lady on our floor, always had a smile on her face, couldn't speak much English but that wasn't a problem at all. The weather was hot hot hot but thankfully the hotel had aircon. Beautiful hotel with kind and friendly staff. The spa is a great place to unwind and relax after a long day travelling, again the staff are so kind and friendly. There was evening entertainment that was great to watch. Just a little advice, get beach shoes as it's a pebble beach, not easy to get into the sea from the beach, there is a way to get in from the boardwalk but if you have kids that are not strong swimmers I wouldn't advise it. Also the games room could do with an up date, not much to choose from and the bowling was broken when we were there. All in all it is an amazing hotel with fantastic staff and if you want a bit of shopping the market is about 15 min walk from the hotel. Another piece of advice if you want great days out go to the Excursion market antalya website so much more cheaper than booking on the spot.

A hotel with a high level of quality standards that you can choose for your holiday, they really do their job, and a friendly team welcomes you from the moment you enter the hotel. The rooms are cleaned with great care on a daily basis, and the food is a feast for your eyes and stomach. The pools are spacious and clean, meeting your expectations. Thanks to the activities during the day, you can spend time from morning to evening without getting bored. Thank you very much to the animation team for this. Those who are thinking of going on vacation can choose without hesitation, you will never regret it. See you next year bye

I have visited hotel during August 2022 and stayed for about one week.
There was very friendly staff from receptionist, customer relation, to restaurant, spa and beach personal, simply eveyone was very nice.
Resort is quite small, but has everything you need to have great vacation.
There are pools, beach by hotel and even spa center (i have taken several procedures there and can recommend - Turkish spa, massages, they are really worth it).
During day there was plenty of food, basically every hour of day you could get food if you want and even if you are picky, there was always plenty to choose from.
All meals were in form of buffet and several times during dinner, there was food by the pool, which was great atmosphere. During rest of day there were sandwiches, pancakes, ice cream.. also many drinks on multiple bars to choose from including very good coffee (i became coffee lover after this visit actually).
Every evening there was also entertainment program by bool which was welcome addition.
As for beach and see, it is recommended to take boots for swimming since there are stones or you can access from pier and avoid stones altogether - beware that there is quite large depth close to land and Waves can be quite big, still swimming was great.
For accomodations - the hotel interior looks really nice and from lobby it looks really cool. The room kind of depends on location i guess, i got one close to stairs and elevator and there was lot of noise. Room themselves I would rate with 3 stars as they could use some refurbishing. Hotel overall is around 4 stars, would personally rate is as 3,75 compared to west europe standards.
Overall it was really nice vacation and great place to rest if you look for smaller resort. Only downside was distance from airport, but if you are not traveling it every other day, its no big deal.

We stayed here for 10 days, 2 adults and 4 kids. Good points: clean hotel, clean rooms, friendly staff, lots of food variety. Drinks were nice.
Bad points: not enough sun beds round the pool. If you don’t put your towels down at 6am you are not getting a bed which is ridiculous! The hotel should not allow people to do this. We sat there all day and watched people stroll back to their beds around 1600 after being out all day! The pool closes at 1900 but the staff turf you off the sun beds at 1730 to make room for dinner tables… there is 1 life guard who watches the slides for 2 hours a day. He wasn’t there everyday! People were zooming down the slides. It’s a disaster waiting to happen!! The kids pool is tiny. If you have a toddler then this place isn’t for you! Luckily my 5 year old was confident enough to swim with arm bands as she couldn’t touch the floor in either of the pools ( besides the kids pool! Which is literally 1.5m by 1.5m) entertainment was ok, not much entertainment for the English though in my opinion. Staff couldn’t speak great English so my daughter didn’t enjoy the kids club as couldn’t talk to them.
Food was ok - but gave us all sickness and diarrhoea. There was a lot to choose from but same thing most days. We got sick of it after about 5 days.
The maids didn’t really clean your rooms - literally just made the beds and changed the towels. No glasses were removed from rooms or rubbish taken out.
Beach was ok but beach shoes are 100% needed. The sea was too rough for the children to enjoy as the waves are really big.
The rooms are not sound proofed at all. Could hear absolutely everything. Including the night club a few hotels along which didn’t stop until about 0200am.
Overall we had a nice stay but would not recommend this hotel if you have children.

I really enjoyed it at this hotel there food was amazing the bar stays open till late night, staff are really friendly and couldn't do enough to help you. In the rooms you have a soft drink mini bar and they are very clean. This is deffinatley a 5 star hotel, whilst we were there we done a photo shoot in which the photos were stunning i was impressed the man was lovely and extremely helpful if we needed anything. There's a jewellery shop here to which is lovely and fairly priced the custom here is spectacular too. One complaint I do have is when your trying to relax by the swimming pool there is people trying to promote tattoos and try there best to talk you into one. If you want a tattoo you would go and get one it's a personally choice not something that is pushed on you for nearly the 4 days before they get the message. There was two nights where there was no entertainment which was extremely boring and your left with pretty much no option to go sit in your room. Other wise there is a night club although the music weren't my cup of tea you could have a good time. There was very little located near the hotel which is a let down, but something that they can not control. You have to venture out to do anything which is a bit of an inconvenience and antalya is 1 hours drive away on a bus. Everything shuts off at 12am which to me wasn't ideal especially if you wanted to enjoy the evening. Me and my partner missed breakfast as nothing appealed to us and the eggs looked like snot so we stayed in bed or just waited for the snack bar to open which was a little bit disappointing. As much as I loved the hotel and would recommend it, I do not recommend visiting If you english and expect to meet other English people here as we were the only two people. Everyone else was from Germany, Poland, Russia and many other parts of the world. One this I believe the hotel could do is promote things to do that are local and provide you with information all about it as the hotel is so secluded sometimes you feel its an open prison. Overall I the manager went out of his way to make sure we was happy and provide us with all that we need and has a exceptional level of English, I would visit here again but most probably for a shorter stay.

I found my stay very successful. Intimate hotel, very nice service. The food is delicious, there is something for everyone, even the most demanding ones, such as my husband. The view from the balcony is amazing over the sea. The service was very nice, when removing empty glasses, they offered new drinks and brought them, I have never encountered anything like that. The area is a bit far from the famous bazaar, you can barely pass it on the narrow sidewalks, but it doesn't stop you from resting. The room is too small for a standard, rather economy room, 3 beds in a room is too much for this size. The balcony was too small to barely fit, we were on the 5th floor.

Food is really fresh and tasty especially the on site made soups ,salads and the stuffed red peppers!!!
We also really enjoyed the buffet speciality outside evenings Turkish night and the Galeri celebration evening extremely delicious food and such a verity
The al la carte restaurants Fish, Turkish and the Tower led by Taner Calik (see photos below) He goes out of his way to drive excellence within the hotel!!
Such a polite kind and very happy to help and assist as required .He is a superb example of why we like to return to the hotel.

We stayed at this hotel from 31st October till 9th November. Hotel was lovely and clean staff where friendly too. Enjoyed the food had no problems. It has a good small shop packed with everything you may need or buy as a present. It has its own beach. There are activities, some of the entertainment was really good some not. Would recommend the hotel as I dont have any bad comments on our stay, the maid who cleaned our room on the 3rd floor facing the pool was a wee gem really nice women she does a great job all credit to her didn't ask her name though. Didn't give full marks as the location but still a lovely hotel.

Total satisfaction, the food and drink were excellent, we always chose them, the cleanliness of the rooms and the staff willing and smiling, the pool and the sea super clean, as soon as we caught waves, we had to cross the pier - I definitely recommend water shoes for those who don't want to cross the pier, but otherwise a beautiful pebble beach and clear sea Shop in the hotel, every evening program for both children and adults. 2 playgrounds and water slides are ideal for children. The only thing to criticize is that you can hear everything, so guests who go to bed late after midnight wake you up at night and are not considerate of others and you can hear a lot of music, so with children I recommend a room not facing the pool. And every day you have to get up at 6 in the morning, because at this time everyone reserves places on the sunbeds with towels, so if you want a place by the pool, you have to get up by the sea, it's not so bad, you can find a place there even around 9.

Galeri Resort hotel is literally a nest of happiness. It's a welcoming place to make you feel at home. It promises you a very happy and peaceful holiday without feeling the absence of anything. I would like to mention the animation team. I would like to thank DJ Ozan who played the music. Music suitable for everyone plays. The party also did a good job. I can't find words to say to Ms. Olga. She does sports professionally. The activities of Ms. Meltem are very entertaining and funny. I recommend you to attend. All the staff are programmed to offer you a happy holiday. Since their corporate belongings are very high, they offer you services with incredible interest and happiness. I would like to express my gratitude to them for their friendly attention, good food and especially for their excellent cleaning and hygiene services, and also for the intense institutional efforts and hospitality of the General Manager of the institution, Mr. Murat.
