disgusting hotel, dirty, unpleasant. the staff are vile. the food was vile. i complained to LOVE HOLIDAYS once I was home to be told there's nothing they could do. The hotel lied and stated I stayed over my 14 days which was impossible as I was on my flight as scheduled. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
English review : Hotel was welcoming , staff are generally nice attitude , good clean room nice sea views , bedsheets changed daily and towels , the sauna spa was good at reasonable rates , You have to pay for wifi around 45 TL for 3 days , wifi bit hit and miss keeps cutting off every 30 mins or so , the beach is nice -15 or 20 min walk through underpass across rd all signposted , there is a good bazaar of shops around 20 min walk out of hotel turn right keep going till you see loads of shops on right hand side , currency exchange , cash atms, loads of fake designer wear shops but good quality fakes at low prices , you can haggle. Haggle everywhere if you can on excursions dont pay advertised rates at the beachside , eg they wanted 60Euro for 2 people parasailing , i haggled down to 35 pounds GBP. Food at hotel was 3/10 not too good repetative , caterted mostly for Russia/Germans people - we ate out most days theres a place garden inn just round corner good food good prices , if you can hire one of those electric quad bikes to get around , they drive on pavements too , too hot and sticky to walk especially when i went 32 degrees daily 1st week oct 2020 electric bike hire around a tenner (100TL) for 3 hours , definately worth it , carry 2-3 people in ease and comfort. You'll get the bike fom a stall just round corner from hotel opposite 24hr supermarket. .Theres also a supermarket 5-10 mins walk from hotel called BIM everything dirt cheap eg 2.5litres coca-cola bottle around 80pence uk price , drink cans various around 10pence each , chocolates 10pence large dairy milk bars ,Large bag of Doritos around 30pence - pay by debit/credit card at tills it will auto convert from TL to GBP.…

I’ve just got back from an amazing holiday in Turkey at the Arabella World Hotel. After reading the reviews I was a little bit concerned but I can tell you that our experience was nothing like this and we had a fantastic holiday. Our room was lovely and clean, with pool and sea views, not bad for a standard room. The facilities were excellent, my kids loved the pool and the slides, which we used every day. The food was fine for the money we paid, most days we would eat from the outside BBQ And have omelettes or pancakes for breakfast (I’m a vegetarian so this suited me). Please ignore the rude comments about the food, the cuisine was international and if you stick to pasta, salads and the BBQ you will be fine. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Ozzie in the shop. The spa was very good and I enjoyed a Turkish spa and several massages. The beach is a ten minute walk from the hotel and is absolutely stunning, you can get free non alcoholic drinks here. We are hoping to go back to the hotel soon and have another holiday, it was superb value for money!…
We have just returned from 10 days at the arabella world hotel, our little boy loved it and the staff were so friendly and lovely. Food is what you would expect from all inclusive. Special mention has to go to the gentleman on reception Atakan. He really helped us out, and was so friendly and welcoming.
