We stayed here for 10 nights in September , two couples . On arrival at 8.30 pm we was greeted by a pleasant young lad who collected all our cases from the bus and showed us to reception , he told them we was English and a nice lady greeted us and started our check in. She then told us as it was late to go down to the restaurant to eat and everything would be ready on our return , which it was . The hotel was lovely and clean , our rooms were very nice , cleaned daily , clean towels daily. Bed changed every other day . Air con worked fine ? Water and fruit juice was refreshed daily in the mini fridge . Pool areas were nice . Always got four beds no matter what time of day it was. At both pools . Food was good not always want we fancied but what ever we ate and tried was nice Beer was ok but after a few days on it gets boring, Vodka , gin and were fine , tomic wasn’t tho always flat . Wine was nice . All staff in the restaurant couldn’t do enough for you , always friendly and pleasant . Pool side bar man was ok didn’t speak English but always serves us pleasantly Main bar at night needed more staff only one very ignorant man on who let everyone push in on the English especially the English ladies. The waiting on staff around the balcony at night were very nice spoke little English but couldn’t do enough for you Beach was fine lots of sunbeds ands towels were removed if u put towels on and hadn’t come to ure bed by 10.30/11 am. Beach bag wasn’t really up to much up some steps n only had beer , juice or brews .. outside the hotel there isn’t much only shows , we found two restaurants stat bar and side we ate at side twice which was nice . We did find a small eating place that was a bar near cleopatra tattoo looks a little scruffy but the owner are very friendly and drinks were very good , spent a few night there for a change . All in all we had a great time and would return to the hotel and area . We did go to Picasso restaurant in Alanya they come and collect you and drop you back off again, we highly recommend it .…

Wow! Believe the bad reviews 😩 as I wish we did especially if your going away for a first family holiday with a 2 year old 🙈 2 hours from the airport which was a nightmare after travelling for 4 hours on a plane and a cranky baby, we got here we looked around seemed nice… That kinda where it ends the pool was absolutely chocker everyday not enough sunbeds unless you get your at stupid o’clock to put towels down 🙈 food was absolutely awful stupid pains and cramps after every meal so didn’t bother eating there the last few nights before we left not much choice for kids nuggets & chips even they weren’t nice my baby lived off Cheerios we took with us and lots of Pringles as the food was just awful & not aloud ice cream until 4-5 everyday which is daft. The room we stayed in was brilliant for what we wanted lots of room for baby to run around we were situated across from the pool & of a nighttime was just ridiculous loud still at 11pm when you obviously want your kids to sleep 😴 The water park was good and down the beach was ok too but not much for kiddos today only aloud in park at certain times and slides too Staff were ok very touchy feely especially photographer very very creepy we were sitting by pool and he was asking people to take photos and was touching there bottoms and grabbing at ladies very inappropriately It was the first time going to turkey and for sure we won’t be returning after an awful experience…

We arrived 12.20am Friday morning to be met by reception staff who clearly was not expecting us. We were told they were fully booked & the only room they had was a family room until 2pm the next day. we gad been travelling for 18 hours so agreed to take the family room for the night.We had to spend another night in the family room before we got a very good room. The hotel itself is very clean & kept clean by all the very hard cleaning staff. The main core of staff are very polite & helpful with the exception of the reception staff ( apart from 1 lady & 1 man who are excellent ) who are very ignorant towards british people & completely ignore them when they are waiting politely at the desk to ask a question walking straight past them to assist to any other nationality. The food is standard for all inclusive & you can always find something to eat.The omelette bar is excellent. The bars only have ONE person serving so you have to wait & once again if you are british you get served last as the other nationalities just walk straight to the bar & get served before you even though you have been waiting patienlty. The drinks are pretty standard with the effes beer & vodka top of the list. The pools are excellent & the entertainment team work very hard to keep you entertained. We are now on our 2nd week & will put a 2nd review on when we return home.…

Food isn’t good at all, rooms were unorganised, 1 room for 7 people at 1 am, unhelpful receptionist(old lady with brown hair avoid her) but the beach was nice and waterslides, sunbeds stolen by crazy people, fish night? No thanks, pool was alright was intil someone pooped in it, wifi was horrible, couldn’t find my family unless i paid £5 to call them, shops were alright but overpriced, rooms are basic, entertainment was bad at night but the snack bar did nice fresh pizzas, 2 hours away from airport, hotel didn’t know about our arrival, drinks were ok, elevators kept on breaking yet always in use, garden bar is nice but always busy, popcorn was really bad, amphitheater always packed with people, smelly bingo man that doesn’t leave you alone intil you pay, one of us had to sleep without a bed on the first night, guest relations didn’t even speak english, nice waiter who works on balcony at night and nice receptionist(young man with brown hair, white skin sometimes wears glasses) spa was nice(sauna, steam room, Turkish bath) spa staff were nice but very desperate. We tried the Chinese restaurant very nice food but not suitable for vegetarians, the “nightclub” had no one in but always very loud, on Turkish night they put on a very cool show a dinner time, indoor pool closed in summer, gym was basic, lots of security but they look like they can’t do anything, waterpark was good but the pool there was boring, TUI rep was only there Tuesday and Thursday at 4pm, bar says 24 hours but at 4 am there was no one to be seen, had to change rooms because the blocks where so far away from the main building and the food here has made my family lose weight so only come here for dieting purposes.…

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to wifi doesn’t work at all food made me ill and was shocking there are no options for vegetarians and it’s the same thing every night people are aggressive my mum got attacked in the pool, the beach and pool was lovely so we’re the drinks on some nights the entertainment was good and a nice water park reception were nice except one old lady who refused to give us rooms on the first night after many hours of travelling

AVOID! Stayed here from the 2.7.22 for one week. Worst holiday ever. Staff barely speak English. General manager is unprofessional, rude, intimidating and does not care. We had three room changes, put three people in a double room, no extra bed. Simple maths. They overbook and then try and put people in one room when you’ve booked two. It’s honestly a shambles. Three other families complaining about it when I was. Staff, the select few that speak very limited English) tell you to phone your travel agent when there’s a problem so they don’t have to deal with you. Beds are not changed as often as they should be. Ours had a small brown stain, that’s how I know. Seen another review saying the same. Food is repetitive and mediocre at best. Moved rooms 3 times over three days, put myself and my two teenaged daughters in one small double room with no room for an extra bed? Three people with one bed? Booking is a shambles and they don’t care. Tell you to call your travel agent and walk away. Had an upset tummy the last two days and was still suffering when I got home. Beyond upset with this holiday. The hotel and beach itself is beautiful and it’s a real shame that the staff spoil it. The spa staff were outstanding. That’s the only good thing. Best massage ever and very polite and friendly staff in the spa, we enjoyed this. Entertainment was good too. British people are ignored at the bar. A la cart Chinese food was cold, so didn’t bother with the others. Charged for non alcoholic fruit cocktails at the pool. Reception is an absolute joke. Ignored or dismissed if you have any problems. The general manager is awful, good luck being a small woman on your own. Currently fighting for a refund for a ruined holiday. Would not go back. It’s not worth it. Definitely not 5* by any stretch of the imagination. Don’t know how they got that rating. Only half the rooms look like the photos. Our first room was a 3* at most. Sea view? You could just see a sliver of the sea over the top of the building roofs in front of us. Laughable. If we had been given suitable rooms from the start it might have been better but honestly, we’ll never go back and I would suggest trying somewhere else. Especially if you are British.…

Would not stay in this hotel again food was terrible and the staff expected the cleaners were shocking 853063616 The people at reception are terrible I asked if they could recommend a near by restaurant I was told quite bluntly ask google ! Again asking for help with the door key and they just stared at me and then walked away. The cleaners where great the room was always clean could not fault them for that but so at the weekends. Then the food o my god only all inclusive I have lost weight and the beer was good but the spirits well I just could not drink them despite having a 24hr bar. Use GET TRANSFER APP to book any transfers as they are a lot cheaper and better quality and then you can book the trip yourself it is easy the agency just rip you off and don’t help if you need it…

After reading some reviews on here I was 💩 myself and there was no need too. We arrived at the hotel at around midnight and were made to feel very welcome. We were shown to are room which was fantastic, then the porter took us to the bar which is open 24/7 The food was OK there's always something for everyone. The staff could not do enough for you they made my 9 year old feel like a king 👑. The pools are nice if you get a sunbed. The water park is fabulous and the beach is lovely. All in all its a great hotel but it could do with a good English speaking staff member(drop us a line we would be more than happy to come and help 😉)The area around the hotel is fantastic shops, bars, restaurants all with 5 minutes. We had the best waiter ever he looked after us all week. All in all we had a great time we will definitely be back. 5 🌟…

Their English is poorly/non existent, which makes it very hard to communicate. Close to a great beach and nice shops. The pool area is ok. Sunbeds are hard to get though. The room was ok and also the cleaning, but they Sometimes forgot til bring new towels. Food was ok, but a bit boring after a few days. A lot of the same. Not very international. I am not sure what they mean by ultra all inclusive. There are a lot of extra charges. Drinks were a bit boring.

This hotel does not cater for English families at all. The majority of the staff are rude and ignorant. The food is poor. The hotel itself is nice and clean and our room was cleaned every day. The entertainment for children was non existent. The water park over the road was good but again all staff extremely rude. My honest opinion do not go to this hotel if your English. We will never come back!
