The staff was good, especially the night receptionist. My room was clean in spite of a terrible smell each time I passed the door. Another negative point: I stayed there 5 nights; the lift was out of order 4 days and it was still not working when I checked out. Also, if you opt for their fast checkout (just leave without checking out; they’ll send you the bill later), check the details on the bill. They counted three breakfasts instead of two. Finally, the area is too quiet; no services. I would not go there again.

The trip started with a colleague being given the key to another colleague’s room, resulting in her walking into his room when he was in bed! Then another colleague couldn’t shut her door and was told nothing could be done, resulting in her sleeping all night with the door open! I am not sure what they do when they ‘clean’ your room, but wet towels were left on the corner of my bed and the floor was filthy, plus they never leave water in your room as stated. Final night of a 4 night stay encountered a very rude man on reception when my key card wouldn’t work (a problem people had been having all week!) The room is a disgrace with bleach stains all over the carpet, hair in the bathroom and black marks on the towel. I would never stay here again. There was a nice guy on reception one eve who gave us directions to the Eiffel Tower, but otherwise staff have been rude.

Working nearby. Efficient check-in. Small, clean room. Relaxed atmosphere. Buffet breakfast ok. Probably wouldn't stay there for non-work reasons as quite expensive. Nice, cheap pizza restaurant just down the road.

checked in Here last night and was put in room 17. Upon arriving in the room I found dirt in the shower, and a used towel inside the shower too. I went downstairs an told reception I would need a different room. Mind you this was 11pm. I was then given room 44, meaning I was on the 4th floor, of a hotel whose lift is not functioning. I was told Not to unpack as I’d be moved to room 17 the next day. I woke up this morning and went downstairs and spoke with the manager on duty. I was told that there’s been issues with the first floor and flooding has been constant. I was told I’d be in room 44 the entire duration of my stay, and 17 was closed for the week Firstly if there’s persistent issues why was i put in room 17 in the first place. Secondly if I’d not complained would they have put in in a room with persistent flooding for the entirety of my stay? The rollout from this is no apology from the hotel, nothing offered for the inconvenience, and Hotels.com (expedia) having to step in to apologise on their behalf. Thats right, the hotel made a mistake but the booking service had to bail them out. i’ve attached a picture of the shower as we found it and would not suggest staying at this awful hotel.

Smells terrible and there was water dripping from multiple places in the lobby for over a week. I had a much needed credit card overnighted to me. Front desk was not available to unlock the office for over 10 hours as no manager was present so I had to leave without it. I will not be staying here again.
