Closest metro station - Chatillon 5/10 minute walk from hotel. Supermarket right beside hotel. Shop/off licence 5 minute walk from hotel. We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in august 2016 and we could not fault it - staff were so friendly and helpful with directions. Hotel lobby is gorgeous and modern. Hotel room was very clean- spacious bed,...

We thank you for your nice comment about our hotel and are looking forward to be welcoming you again next time you will be travelling in Paris

The hotel just got refurbished. The hotel was a mess, mattresses in the staircases, the room was dirty, hair in the sink and toilet with a brown present in it! The room and the whole floor smell plastic and paint! I don't know why they opened it to the public. Phones did not work. And the staffs are not helpful.

The room was comfortable and reasonably priced BUT the sound from the traffic is like the window is open. I had to convince myself that it wasn't. There's a lot of traffic and much of it is very noisy: mopeds, motorbikes etc. You can even hear the car radios. And this was a Sunday night. Sorry, but this isn't necessary...

Dear Guest, we are sorry to read your disappointement regarding your recent stay in our hotel. We would like to let you know that we also have rooms at the back of the hotel. They are quieter than the ones at the front. We advise you to choose one of those next time you plan to stay in our area.

It's a disgrace Mercure has this open for business. It's a building site. The room is tiny, What is this and Ibis or Formula One? Room smelt of paint so much that I woke with a headache. Reception is bleak. No breakfast room or lounge. Breakfast in the room yes but hardly standard we expect from Accor. I am furious,...

According to Accor's website, this hotel opened the 16/01. So I was expecting a brand new hotel. The same day I booked the hotel + breakfast, I received an email stating that, due to the construction work being performed, the breakfast would be served in my room. I complained so they told me they would not charge me for the...

The rooms have both air conditioning AND windows that open. After the string of places we had just been at, this seems like an amazing and welcome concept. The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating.

This is a cheap hotel (less than €50) but that also means it is favored by tour groups who tend to be very loud. I had to bang on the door of one room at 1am in the morning so they would stop their noise and let me sleep. Breakfast is a disaster if you come later than 8am as...

We stayed for 3 nights in this hotel in standard room. It is small, but neat. The hotel and the rooms are exactly the same as on pictures. Small but pretty backyard. Room is small too, but there is everything you need to: AC, shower, flat TV, free WI-FI, safe, they it was clean. Daily cleanup in the morning. Breakfasts...

Very nice staff and rooms. Not luxurious but perfectly basic. There are three garden rooms out back in the patio. These have kitchenettes. They have one room with a double and a single which was perfect for me traveling w teenagers. There are several restaurants within a couple of blocks.
