Stayed a Friday/Saturday night in a double room with a small kitchenette (not that I planned to do any cooking when fantastic restaurants are all along Lygon Street which is just down the road). Was nothing flash, but clean and comfortable. The best thing is the location, you are very close to the city and there is plenty of free...

Great little place We stayed for 1 night to meet a friend who lives in the area. Walking distance to Sydney Road and Lyon Street. One Street away from Barkley Arcade. Short walk up to Sydney Rd for tram straight into city. Rooms were adequate, small kitchen if needed, bathroom a bit crowded with too big of a vanity unit....

Room is not set out very well. Tv is above the bed head so you can't watch tv in bed. Reading lamp didn't work. Crockery and glassware were dirty with lipstick marks on wine glass. Waste refuse pipes ran above our room so there was the nous of a gush of water when the above loo was flushed. Floor or...

The apartment was quite clean (although we did wash dishes before use as they didn't look vert clean). Our apartment seemed to be only partly ready. No reading lamps, additional linen not in the cupboard although the sign said it was. Not a scrap of a picture on any wall. Now we all know that hotel art may not be...

A little small for a one bedroom but manageable. The location is fantastic and the apartment is sound proof given it is on a main road. There are cooking facilities and can sleep a family of four comfortably. We had a problem with ants but this could easily be fixed. The staff were very friendly.

Stayed there for 2 nights. When we arrived, there was a very funky smell in the reception area, not sure what it was, however the apartment was reasonably clean. I would recommend washing the glasses and crockery before using them as they've only been washed by the people staying in the room previously. The air-conditioning was old, but did the...

Located in a university inner suburb, it was a nice place and cosy and really quiet but the heating was too cold because it was a portable mini oil heater. It clearly didn't heat up the room well and it stopped after a few minutes for 15 minutes / 30 minutes then again a few minutes and stopped for 15...
