If you are looking for a beautiful stay in one of Poland’s most picturesque settings, look no further! We stayed in the apartment Jałowiec, and had one of the best family vacations in a while. The apartment was modern, flawlessly clean, and well taken care of. Sleeping was comfortable in the bed and sleeper sofa, which was very easy to use and didn’t require much effort to expand to form a full bed. The room also came with a fridge, a stove, a dishwasher, and appliances, which were all easy to use. Pots and pans were also provided. The free daily breakfast was warm, delicious, and freshly made every morning — never once did we eat the same food during our seven night stay, and there was always something for everyone in our breakfast basket. The best feeling was admiring the view of Śnieżne Kotły while enjoying morning coffee from our balcony. As for the staff, they will move mountains to help guests staying at the resort. They met our every need, including creating a gluten free breakfast plan, and providing lotion for sunburn. If you have any questions, whether they be about the area or about your stay, they will answer them knowledgeably. The area is fully safe, even for non-polish natives. We spent there a family weekend in 2 lovely cottages. It was relaxing and peaceful, staff was very friendly and straightforward. However, couple of things were disappointing and definitely need improvements. Firstly, at the check in they didn’t allow me to get keys for the second house I booked stating some procedures and important instructions for the guests (such as how to use coffee machine!), which I find ridiculous. Secondly, on one of the evenings, we booked a table for dinner - we expected some proper menu with warm dishes or soup but it was basically some bread and cold cuts - really disappointing. Last, but not least I don’t mind animals, but since dogs of our guests were running around freely all the time, I had an impression it’s a dog hotel rather then a chillout place for a family. In general we liked the stay because it was a family get together, but would not chose it again. Though the price is reasonable, it’s too remote, there’s not bikes and offering needs a bit adds on.…

Thank you for taking the time to review our facility. We always strive to keep our service and standards at a high level so our Guests can have a great time. However, in order to make it work for everyone, we need to follow certain rules and regulations included in the booking conformation every guest receives and should read to ensure their pleasant and safe stay. We’re sorry you were disappointed about the meal; please bear in mind Drewniana Róża doesn’t have its own restaurant. We do provide dinners and suppers to our Guest, but they are delivered to us from outside of our facility. This information is clearly stated on our website and in every booking conformation we send. Every Guest making a reservation receives an email with details of their stay including details about the meals, their content and cost. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding and a supper was ordered instead of a dinner? Drewniana Róża is a pet friendly place. Again, we ask our guest to keep their dogs on leash, however, we’re not able to fully control the animals’ behavior. Thank you for your feedback though; we will look into adjusting the pets’ rules to ensure the animals do not affect the quality of the time our guests expect to have while staying at our place.
