The staff were all very helpful. I've got celiac disease and they made sure with their Restaurant staff I'd be taken care of at meal times. I loved the ambiance throughout as well. Location was fabulous. Room was very nice, bed incredibly comfortable. I loved the battery powered lights so much when I got home I bought a set. Anything I asked about got answered. It felt like family there.

I booked this Hotel for the First time.
Located 5 minutes walk from the Trainstation and in the neighboorhood are several Shops and Restaurants. The rooms modern Equipt and Clean.
Breakfast is nice as well , only the breakfast staffmember doesn' say a word.
Check-in fast and very polite.
I will come Back again

Very pleasant and quiet place. The staff was very accommodating and friendly (the hotel manager even greeted us personally). The rooms were very modern and very clean. You rarely find such a large shower as here.

We were received by a very friendly and helpful member of staff, however our (clean) room was beyond small (yes, I know, I could have upgraded for 30 Euro/night) and the bathroom could not be used by the two of us at the same time. The hotel bar was closed. Since all other bars and restaurants around town were open for business, this was obviously more of a cost saving exercise - like the breakfast buffet, which was resembling that of a budget hotel though there was hot breakfast on demand (and you had to book your slot in advance - again unlike the rest of the restaurants artound town). On top of that, maid service had also to be requested speficially (and did not bother to turn up until reminded). All in all, a clean and functional hotel - if you get it for the right price.

I have stayed here several times because the hotel is close to the company I work for. Otherwise this is an average hotel with small rooms. Now they have started charging 45 Euros for an early check in (I arrived at 11:15am, check in time is 3:00pm), which is about 50% of the daily room rate. In many years of business travel I have never experienced this. Hotels have usually been very happy to accomodate me if they had a room available, especially when I arrived tired from an international flight - as was the case today. So from now on I will avoid IBB and go back to the lovely hotel in Mainz that is happy to have me early without fee and where rooms are so much nicer.

Modern, very clean and stylish city hotel in Ingelheim. My room was very large and modern. The bathroom was nicely separated from the sleeping area with a large shower. The beds were very comfortable and the whole room was very clean. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, very near the train station and major shops and restaurants and gaffes. New, clean, comfortable, very quiet with very efficient and helpful staff. They offer good and abundant breakfast. The lobby has the offer of tea and coffee and drinks refrigerator.

Hotel feels light airy and open with a nice restaurant on the 4th floor which has quite nice views. Very handy for BI as it is a 10 min walk. Food in the restaurant was very nice, freshly prepared and very good value
