This place is surprising. One would not expect this quality of food and service in a small town. Food is fresh and delicious. We had chosen among simple or fancy dishes and we were absolutely satisfied. I can recommend to everyone as one cannot fail on this place.

Well, what can I say, superb right from the moment my partner and I entered the reception. The decor of the hotel is fantastic with a real authentic touch, that makes you feel very welcome. The hotel staff (all) were simply brilliant. Helpful, friendly, welcoming and just felt like they took time out to really assist in making our stay pleasurable. The room was comfortable, with great amenities within the room. WIFI was amazing, and better than most places within England. Hotel facilities were great, with the lounge/bar area which has a lovely Polish feel about it, that makes it feel cosy and very clean. Certainly a place to relax and try their fantastic beers (a must is the PILS or AMBER - Essence!). Food was great, a nice breakfast buffet section and then lunch/dinner meals were very tasty and well priced. The spa experience is well worth trying at the end of your day before a nice relaxing evening trying the local brews. Overall well above expectations and very happy with everything regards to the hotel and will certainly be booking again in the autumn when we return. Thank you to the staff at the hotel.

The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated. When the weather is nice the view on Vistula from the breakfast terrace is spectacular! We arrived very late at night and the service we got was really good - the kitchen was still open with all menu to choose from (my huge salad was delicious) and home-made beer, obviously. Nice place to stop on the way to Kazimierz Dolny, Magic Gardens for Kids and other attractions of the region.

Stayed here for the first time but is a very regular traveler in Poland and knows what the country can offer The Hotel it self in a newly build hotel incorporating an old workshop, it is placed along the Vistula river so river view is beautiful, however the neighborhood lees so. Hotel rooms are large, clean and well functioning. Small bathroom as you typically find in polish hotels but works with plenty of water in the shower and also hot so this is also fine WIFI works although on the slow side, but easy access and stable Resturant is where it all goes wrong We had a shrimp starter which was ok and tasty, nothing fancy but reasonable, then the rib eye steak for main course as recommended by the waiter. The meat was chewy, poorly cooked (was not even asked how we wanted it cooked), poorly presented and was virtually not eatable. The service was slow and the waiter forgot my coffee The highlight was the local brewed beer. The Indian pale ale was very good but this is only on the polish menu not the English !!! Breakfast was a disaster, starting with 1 coffee vending machine not working and nobody offering an alternative despite the restaurant have a very modern espresso machine. Selection of food very limited and healthy options even more so And most importantly staff does not seem o understand what travelers need to have a comfortable stay away from home. So in short this hotel have the potential to be a quite good place, nice building, nice facilities & great location but is let down by poor management and staff

This a nice hotel overlooking the Vistula river. The place is nice and clean. The staff are helpful and polite even though the struggle with English. The best is the local beer, which is brewed on site, I tried all 4 varieties and the quality is excellent. The staff show the brewery and all equipment and are very enthusiastic. Overall as in the title, recommended.

The hotel was great: most rooms are big and nicely decorated. The restaurant and bar are wonderful and the local beers pretty good. You can eat there without doubt: big portion of good Polish food for small prices. However, the staff wasn't so nice and don't speak English.
