Had a fabulous stay in this hotel. It very well run! Mostly dealt with the 2 lucazs an they were really helpful with everything. You can hire your ski equipment and get a lift pass here. We went half board and the food was reall nice. The faciities are good and they put on different activities each night for the guests which we were not expecting and we enjoyed them all especially the BBQ and the Kareoke night. Most important for a ski holiday - its right on the slopes next to a button lift and you can ski to the door - would really recommend this hotel - they deserve to do well!! Thank you...

I think everyone knows this amazing feeling when you are going to the trip on your birthday. What can be better? :) Unfortunately, the Universe has its' own plans. I want to share my story with you. My trip began at 4.30 a.m and it took more than 16h to reach the first destination - Warsaw. Google maps were telling me only about 9 hours. But the Universe, you know. ;) We had a booking at Zieleniec Hotel - only few hours drive from Warsaw. Nothing seems to go wrong, but fire in our bus made their corrections. It was 2 a.m., no people around and still 10 km to go to the hotel. Children and the man, who was born in 1936 were in our group of 50 people. Krzysztof, the manager of the Zieleniec Hotel was so kind and sent staff to pick us up. This kind of support was so much appreciated! Zieleniec Hotel is very beautiful. Rooms are clean and cozy with comfortable beds and TV. Coffee at the balcony in the morning is made for relaxation and enjoying the nature around you. Breakfast in the restaurant was really yummy and healthy. Staff in the hotel is professional, helpful and friendly! They are doing a really good job. And I will never forget the smell of the soup and shampoo. Zieleniec Hotel is really amazing place :) …

Excellent hotel.Very helpful manager and staff.Breakfast and dinner varied,plentiful,and tasty.Room spacious,clean,and with superb views.I cannot fault this hotel and we will most certainly stay here again.

What a wonderful hotel in the mountains of south Poland!!!! The hotel is very well located, on the top of the hill, offering an unsurpassable view! The staff is very friendly, helpful and kind. The food, OMG!! The best Polish food I have ever eaten!!! Fresh, beautiful to the sight and very, very tasty!! I will recommend this hotel to everybody!

Very well located hotel with good facilities. Rooms are big and with a great view! The food was amazing and the entertaining was even better. It's very good for the adults, to go with friends or just with your special one but it's great to go with the family as it's specially good for the kids: the baby room is great and the babysitter amazing, at night they have lots of great activities for the kids (which they obviously loved) and of course, when your kids have a great time, you have a great time! Only negative thing: The bathroom was always clean but the room was never cleaned during my 7-day stay...

Being there for the second time, we were certainly not disappointed. Actually we were impressed by the continuous progress, the hotel made. Location is excellent, although comparing to Szarotka quieter as Hotel is the first building you encounter driving into Zieleniec. You are spared of the hustle and bustle of much more lively far end of the village along the newly upgraded Nartorama lifts. The hotel itself is ski in, ski out as Mieszko lifts are virtually next to the ski storage room and Hotel ski rental place.. Food was very good, hearty Polish choice although nothing sophisticated. Rooms were definitely of good sizes, very well maintained. All in all, although not the cheapest in the resort, very good value for your money. Highly recommended!
