Ok place to stay. It is a standard experience that ensure your basic needs are fulfilled. Service ok. The restaurant's menu is boring. Do not go the near the fitness room. It is worthless since everything in there is broken.
It's a surprisingly good hotel. Let's start with the great stuff: - service, there are some really nice people employed, - it has bowling and bilard, both in a nice club in the basement, - sauna and jacuzzi are nice and calm, - rooms and bathrooms are clean and the general interior design is both nice and practical, - view from the windows are also a plus; we have seen a river. The worst aspect of the hotel is food. Breakfast average at best, dinner was barely eatable. We got a separate menu as part of our packaged stay and the bast part of our dinner was wine. Soup - extremely fat. Fish - with almost no taste. The other two issues I had with our room was a lack of boiling pot and some coffee/tea which is usually a standard in *** hotels and the pillows were horribly flat, which also could be improved. Overall - good for a short stay.…
Very good breakfast, tasty and you have good variety of food, really! :) Very clean and nice place. Rooms are big, nice and have atmospheric lights which helps you to chill out. Just come and relax. It could be cheaper than I would be there more often.
Nice facilities, and they had very good resonable priced food inn the restaurant. Very modern and fresh interior design, with fitness room, sauna, game-rooms and more. I will come her again, and I will definitively recommend the place to my colleagues!
Hotel has quite big parking place, restaurant and bar. It is a modern and clean place with friendly staff. We got a room next to the basketball pitch - luckily there was no one who wanted to play there during our stay, otherwise it would be noisy in a room.
Very nice and good hotel, the staff is attentive and friendly.Rooms is good with enough space, also the bathroom.Breakfast is wery well with lot of differente choices. The spa part with sauna and jacuzi is good and clean! Also in the hotel all is very clean.
Hotel situated in a quiet area. Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. Hotel facilities are good. Room was clean with modern interior, comfortable beds. Food and drinks are tasty and well served. Great for business and family trips. Public transport is available within a close distance. Hotel is not too far from 4*.
I have made a phone reservation the very day I checked in later on. Here it has started. First, the clerk told me that there are plenty of vacant rooms and he reserves for me last room in the corridor (as I specifically requested- due to acoustic concerns after reading other reviews). When I came- it turned out that there is NO such room- and due to almost none vacant rooms- I need to take other one, which was not the last in the row. I was tired and chose not to leave- which I should do on the spot. Late in the night tv was playing in the neighbouring room, disturbing my sleep. Next, I was told the hotel (which is NOT in the major Polish City of Gdynia, but 18km or 11 miles from the Port in Gdynia and far from any boundaries of that city, in completely other, small city/village called Reda, which is NOT part of Gdynia) is located 1 km from the train station (about 40 minutes travel from Gdynia train station). In fact it is 1,6 km. When I called the desk and asked about taxi, I was told it will be within 5 minutes. After 3 minutes the desk called and told me it will be in 20 minutes. When I asked for an corkscrew to open the bottle of wine- I was told the bar DOES NOT have it- that "somebody took and did not return". Bar attendant asked concierge- she told her that there is no such thing in all of the hotel. That is correct. No wine opening device in all hotel claiming to be proud of being part of a family of Accor/ Ibis hotels, from France, country of wine. All other things, room with no shower door, breakfast buffet with no operating coffee machine (no sign, everybody is told 'it does not work'), place this hotel either in a "Ibis Budget" class- or even outside Ibis family at all. Perhaps one thing right was a breakfast beacon (served near terrible instant eggs), which surprisingly was not over-salted. Other reason I add one star is cleanliness of the room. There is no place silent. During the day- noise of cars on ever- trafficked road. In night- the loud noise of large external air handling unit placed under windows. You need to choose when do you need some silence. Ah, I almost forgot the large transmission tower/ electricity pylon in the direct proximity of the hotel.…
It is good hotel to stay during a business trip. Room was big with convenient work desk and fast wifi. Bathroom was clean and spacious. Parking place was free and big. Breakfast with decent choice of dishes. They have sauna, small fitness center and jacuzzi. It was a good side. Cons: you have to pay on check in, the room had the heating turned off and I had to wait an hour to warm up, treadmill and stationary bicycle in fitness center was broken, receptionists are not very nice, they do not even say hello (good morning, good day, etc)
Very nice, modern hotel. Like every Ibis, not very sophisticated but looks really ok. Hotel rather new. Additionally quite good restaurant. If you have some more time, squash and bowling are available.
