For those who want to take a break from children and crowds, I recommend staying during the off-season (for us it was the beginning of September). Sometimes practically the entire pool and sauna area is for you. Great stay and great massages. Tasty and varied breakfasts. The service at the main reception and at the SPA was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a beautiful area with a beautiful view. A great location for water sports fans. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful hotel with a wonderful view of the lake. Playrooms, swimming pool, fitness and spa are just some of the attractions this hotel offers. Perfect for couples and families with children. There are many bicycle paths and a promenade for walks in the area. In summer you can rent water equipment. We will definitely go back there.

We spend a perfect weekend. Room was quiet with beautiful view on the lake. The sunset was amazing. Swimming pool is quite big with nice sauna complex. There is walking path in front of the hotel. Things we will not forget is food. Grilled chicken breast and milk flan was delicious . I’m sure that we will come back even if only to try one more time these dishes.

We recommend the hotel. Very pleasant conditions for your stay. Large swimming pool and nice spa area. The room was clean, spacious and had a nice balcony. The location by the lake adds charm to the place. Delicious cuisine. Nice bicycle paths close to the hotel.

...as on one hand I would love to give this hotel ALL the credit it TRULY deserves, on the other I am afraid I will never be able to book again If it becomes so popular due to word-of-mouth and internet recommendations :-).
The good: - extremely clean and well kept; - nicely designed, modern, but still cosy, - gorgeous view to the sunrise/sundown at the lake either form the room or from the pool or frm the reataurant; - lovely, friendly and helpful young staff that make you feel not all gen-whatever-letter-holds-now are lazy and spoiled; - perfect amenities incl. swimming pool, bowling, pool billiard; PS4 for kids and playgrounds (internal and external) for the youngest ones; - great location, if you really want to rest (it's a bit in the side); - close to Chojnice where you have all shops etc.; - good food (the HB package); - convenient parking.
One "warning": during the vacation period it's a hotel for families only. Repeat: families ONLY, with boisterous kids etc. So forget about a romantic trip for a couple in July or August (later/earlier - why not).. While the rooms are quiet so the noise kids make won't bother you, don't expect peace in the restaurant or the lobby or at the pool. But if you are with kids, that's THE place to go.

Rooms - small, but comfy and clean. Definitelly on 5/5. Room service - also ok, nice and friendly. Breakfast - it’s ok for a 4* hotel. Could be better, but tasty. Dinner - 1/5. The variety of food is poor. If you’re alergic or eating only standard meals, then you will be hungry. Kids meal - small choice, bad taste and not prepared for kids, like rice with vagetables, chicken with green stuff (90% of kids do not eat anything with green stuff). Service - too fast. You’re still eating and they want to take your plate. You’re going to buffet to take something else, your table is already cleaned. It’s irritating like hell. Animations for kids - not much, my kids didn’t like it all. Playroom - not much for kids 2-7, for older it’s better. But pool should be replaced, as it’s very bad quality. Bowling also requires some attention. Table tennis is ok, PS4 is some idea, but when you’re going for a vacations, you want your kids to take a brake from PC, PS4 or TV. Swimming pool - for such a small hotel it’s enough. During rainy weather you’re gratefull that you can go for a swimming. SPA - separate non-textile sauna aera, but unfortunatelly extra paid. Massages could be better, but it’s not so bad. I would say 4/5.
Summary - definieltelly not for a vacations with kids. For a weekend it’s ok, but not for a longer stay. For couples I would say also ok. If you like good food - chooce different place or do not buy anything in the hotel. The buffet or a’la carte restaurant are awful. Very expensive and not worth it. Fortunatelly near the hotel is small shop called „Zabka” and the you can get some hot-dogs or paninis, which tastes much better.

Szanowny Panie, z przykrością przeczytaliśmy Pana opinię dotyczącą pobytu w Notera Hotel SPA. Naszym zdaniem jest ona krzywdząca. Jesteśmy zaskoczeni tak niską oceną menu w restauracji. Ogromną wagę przykładamy do jakości, co nasi Goście bardzo doceniają, dając temu wyraz w rozmowach i publikowanych opiniach. Nawet Pan Robert Makłowicz zachwycał się kunsztem kulinarnym naszego Szefa Kuchni podczas pobytu w naszym hotelu. Goście doceniają także różnorodność animacji i zaangażowanie animatorów oraz bogatą propozycję zajęć wellness. Dzieci mogą brać udział mi.in.: w akademii spa & wellness, podczas której odbywały się warsztaty tworzenia eko kosmetyków i ceremonia saunowa w Tucholskiej Bani, akademii ziemi z warsztatami ogrodniczymi, akademii kulinarnej, podczas której mogły osobiście przygotowywać smakołyki pod okiem doświadczonych kucharzy, waterpolo na basenie, czy poszukiwaniu skarbu na terenie hotelu. Nie sposób wymienić tu wszystkich zapewnionych przez nas atrakcji dla najmłodszych. Nasze programy pobytu zawsze z wyprzedzeniem publikujemy na stronie internetowej. Na terenie hotelu dostępna jest Strefa Rekreacji, w której znajduje się bowling, bilard, piłkarzyki, tenis stołowy i PS4. Dodatkowo dla dzieci przygotowano pokój zabaw dla najmłodszych, salę kreatywności wyposażoną w klocki XXL i przestrzeń, w której dzieci mogą zagrać w gry XXL - szachy, chińczyk, gra w klasy. W strefie SPA dostępny jest brodzik dla dzieci, a na zewnątrz - doskonale wyposażony plac zabaw i ścieżka sensoryczna. W przyszłości rekomendujemy wcześniejsze zapoznanie się z ofertą hotelu na stronie internetowej, tak, by mógł Pan wybrać miejsce, które spełni Państwa oczekiwania. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie!

Notera is newly built hotel at the lake Charzykowo. Modern with very tasty food and spa area. The staff is very nice and helpful! The view from window on the lake is really great! Also place for kids to play is available!

The hotel is brand new, with nice, modern and elegant design. Great facilities allow you to enjoy your stay in any weather: outside - very close to the Charzykowy beach, literally at the promenade / bike tray (you can rent a bike), next to the boats / kayaks rental facility; inside - fantastic swimming pool with outstanding lake view (what a sunset!), spa (we tried classic massage, was really nice) bowling, billiard, playroom for kids. Very tasty breakfast and dinners including regional specialties. Staff very helpful and friendly, try to help with any questions you might have. Highly recommended!
