The one thing that one generally does not expect in Germany is "cool" and a smile! And I got both in this hotel. :-) The hotel is located at the heart of the downtown, literally a hop from the center of the city where everything happens. The room was spacious, clean, nicely furnished and well attended to. I landed there in... More

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and our room for two was plenty big enough with room to sleep six if required. The breakfast wasn't great but this is my preference of not being too keen on continental breakfasts but the hotel was clean and we had no real complaints other than the beds which were hard with poor,... We found the hotel while approaching Lörrach on route from the Netherlands to Piedmont, Italy. The parking garage (€5) is very convenient and plenty of space. You may also try parking on the street like others did. The Symposium restaurant is next to the hotel and service good Greek food. Very busy though, at 20:30 we had to wait 10... More

We arrived at 6 pm very tired after a long day on the road, with our booking printed in hands but we didn't have a good or at least "normal" welcome at this hotel. The man at the reception said he didn't find our reservation and was really lost and angry. Then he called his wife and she was also... More

Its a place without luxuries. Just basic amenities which are provided in a clean and hygienic manner. The hotel is just a walk from the station. The location is near the town market so you dont need to rely on the hotel for everything. The staff is good and breakfast served is frugal but neat.

Very nice hotel at the edge of the shopping district. Room was very spacious and clean. For the children there was a double deck bed which was lovely. Breakfast was very good. The hotel has its own garage, which is a double deck garage and was very easy to use. Great stay!

We have just returned from a week in Meyerhof hotel. I am exhausted. There are two very sleep sets of stairs up to family rooms. There is no access via lift to these rooms. To be honest it put a huge dampener on our holiday as I could only leave the hotel with double pram with help. Also if one... More

We stayed here near the city center and train station to day trip into Switzerland (3 nights). The location is terrific, near affordable shopping, frequent trains to Basel, good breakfast and a clean room. Our stay was during a hot spell, they provided a fan to cool off the room at night. Glad we stayed here. Ate at the greek... More

My family stayed at the hotel for a night on the weekend. The hotel is standard, and the rate EUR85 per night on Booking.com was appropriate. <Location> It's centrally located in the shopping district of Lörrach. There are movie theatre, Rewe supermarket, restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops, opened until late at night. <Parking> The parking in the basement garage... More

This is a wonderful cozy hotel close to the main plaza, train station and lots of restaurants. Hotel gives you free train/bus passes to Basle which is only about 1/2 hour ride away. Staying in Basle and Zurich is expensive so Lorrach is an easy and less expensive stay - less stressful too. Great breakfast. After a day of walking/streetcar... More
