After a cruise, we disembarked on Barbados to stay several nights at Coral Reef Club. My 6th time staying on this lovely island. 2012 will mark the 60th year that the O'Hara family has owned this classic, and it is better than ever. Over the years they have expanded and updated, but always true to its origins, which are spacious...

I have been to the Coral Reef on a number of ocassions with my boyfriend and have just booked to go over New Year (which is SO exciting...). I dont think anything can better the Coral Reef - with its friendly staff, welcoming O'Hara family, beautifully kept grounds, delicious food, happy atmosphere, pretty interior, friendly bunch of guests, tennis every...

I am leaving this hotel this morning after a three night stay, and I only wish I could of stayed here longer... the hotel fronts on to a beach with a coral reef, so the first thing I did was pick up my snorkel and snorkel for ages and ages. There is a cordoned off part of the beach for...

We were moved to the Coral Reef Club at the last minute when our original hotel was unable to reopen on time. We were obviously disappointed and a little apprehensive, but we needn't have been! The Coral Reef looked after us extremely well and, although different to the holiday we were planning, we had a superb time. The staff are...

We stayed for 10 days in October with 2 teenage children. Slightly rainy time of year to go, but the weather was generally great. This is a real gem of a hotel. We had two adjoining rooms, with balconies and they were spacious and beautifully - if quite simply - appointed. Rooms are set out in amongst the grounds so...

We have stayed at the coral reef several times over the last eight years and although it is looking a bit frayed I still love it.we did stay just as they were reopening so really had the hotel to ourselves which was great! The staff were very laid back as they are on the island but on the whole are...

Excellent venue, staff and food. Private beach and reef just off shore made it ideal. Had a couple of family problems during the stay requiring medical attention, and the staff and owners could not have been more helpful and caring.

As repeat guests with very young children, we again enjoyed another superb stay here. The staff here are all very friendly and some truly go out of their way to ensure the kids feel extremely welcome. Yes there some older retired guests who do tend to stare should your youngster make a little noise (which can be a tad annoying...
