After staying in Bedourie, Cooper Cabins was a great surprise. Very modern self contained cabins with great bed in separate bedroom. Excellent location off the main road. Very clean and with cooking facilities provided. We however opted to dine out at the attached restaurant and spent quite some time at the bar. Great home-cooked style meals. The hosts were terrific... More

Double bed only but still very comfortable, reasonable price for quite well sized and fitted out cabin, owners very friendly. Only suggestion would be needs another aircon in living, as only one in bed and not enough to cool whole cabin and we couldn't even enjoy the living room as it was too hot all night to sit in there

After travelling over 7,000 klms Cooper Cabins gets my top award for accommodation. The town though small is well cared for and and Cooper Cabins is a lovely surprise for a place so remote and with a tariff which one would expect very basic accommodation. The cabin had everything needed and it was well maintained.and was the cheapest accommodation we... More

Absolutely the cleanest place I have stayed at. Was so thrilled after some very ordinary places the previous days. The cabin was almost luxurious - absolutely everything we needed and more. There is a small licensed area, a restaurant, great laundry facilities plus bbq area. Everything absolutely spotless. A credit to Ross and Di! And wonderful hospitality! Can't rate this... More

Thank you very much for your positive feedback. I particularly like your comments about being "modern" as some of our cabins are 16 years old this September. We hope that if you ever return to the area you will consider saying with us again. More

We spent 5 nights at the cabins and thought they were awesome. They had everything we needed. The meals cooked by Di were spot on and very filling and the bar service by Chumpy was very well appreciated after a long hot day. Best accommodation in town.

Yes for a family of 4 this is an excellent place. The Hotel/Motel cannot cater for any more than three people as a family, but the Cabin here was excellent, well appointed, very clean with all amenities you could ever want..!!
