The rooms here are very simple but very clean and comfortable, with exposed beam and reed ceilings and stone floors. This kasbah was built in 1944 as a reception hall (rather than a fortification as is the function of most kasbahs). It was later converted into a hotel / guest house but retained the original architectural detail.

The hotel itself, and the location right on the edge of the dunes was brilliant. However, when checking out their card machine wasn't working, and the staff were not very helpful. The nearest cash machine is about half an hours drive away, luckily we got sorted but a big hotel should be more aware this is pretty important!

The hotel was very friendly. It was well laid out with lovely view of the sand dunes, a pool area and spacious room. We took an overnight trip into the Sahara with a camel ride to a Bivouac managed by the hotel. We were not sure what to expect. In winter take warm clothing it is very cold at night....

I chose this location as I knew it was a bigger hotel and I wanted to go with a group to do a camel safari and my mom could stay in the hotel and enjoy the company of others. The best thing about this option was that we stayed two nights and we had a double room rate for one...

The staff was so very helpful. We stayed here 1 night as part of a group going to the Erg Chebbi dunes. Situated in the middle of nowhere, the Kasbah blends in with nature. The terracotta colour of the walls and the round corners in the room make it very inviting and calming. Sleep came easy: the beds were super...

When we walked into this place at the edge of the desert, I thought we were walking into a palace. This expansive property has a huge pool area that was enjoyed by all. The room was huge, nicely decorated with colors and items that highlighted the property's desert oasis theme. We had 2 twin beds that were pushed together, and...
